We are looking for a Key Account Manager within the business unit Global Tools & Storage to manage some of our largest accounts in Sweden and become a crucial part of a growing team. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the daily contact with the customer. The work is to be carried out proactively and will revolve initiating marketing activities including implementing annual plans and activities aimed at creating long-term relations, in order to drive the business with the customer. This role is a virtual role based from home and with flexible access to our office location in Gothenburg when needed.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for;
· Business through co-operation with the assigned key customers
· Ensure a continuing positive development in both turn-over and profit
· Work out and monitor the implementation of annual plans for national key customers.
· Create long-term planning and cooperate with other internal business units
· Ensure that the company’s overall strategy is aligned to our customer plan
Competences & skills;
· +3 years of Key Account Management or similar experience working with national or international accounts
· Business or Marketing degree is desired
· Commercial awareness - Understanding of the dynamics of the market, the impact of decisions and the needs of our key retailers
· Communication / Negotiation – To be clear and precise in interaction with all internal and external parties and the ability to effectively communicate the key points in a presentation
· Analytical – To be able to develop the business based on data and financial reward
· IT skills – high level knowledge in MS Office and advantageous with experience in tools such as Salesforce & SAP
· Product or B2B market knowledge is desired but not a necessity
· Language: Fluent Swedish & English
· Driving license
