You'll be available on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as two extra days a week.
The position is based at the COSTCO store in Malmö, opening on July 1st 2025, where you'll be part of a team with whom you'll work throughout the week and year.
We offer a very wide range of products from Monday to Saturday: whether you're a multi-tasker or a specialist, we're interested in your profile!
Your mission:
- Welcome COSTCO customers and animate your stand with good humor.
- Meet your sales targets by presenting your products (food and non-food) in accordance with the product description sheets
- Prepare food samples in compliance with hygiene standards

Shift Supervisor
Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to today's shoppers sounds appealing, then Club Demonstration Services (CDS), Costco's in-house product demonstration company, could be the place for you!
We're looking for a Supervisor who will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the store, opening on July 1st 2025, including opening and closing operations for events. He/she will ensure that all warehouse standards for customer service, product quality and store cleanliness are met, and will serve as a role model or resource for other staff members. The Supervisor will influence buyer behavior through customer education, engagement and enthusiastic product promotion and demonstration. The Supervisor is required to work the second shift to complete all assigned closing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Engage Costco members by creating brand awareness and enthusiasm.
- Dynamically sell product to Costco members.
- Assist other Sales Consultants as needed in a team-oriented environment.
- Act as lead in coordinating, organizing and closing the work area, including cleaning and sanitizing, washing and drying dishes and proper storage of equipment.
- Confirm that all exact event times are recorded, including prompt and accurate sign-out by sales consultants at the end of their shift. Supervise scheduled events in the absence of the Event Manager and Senior Shift Supervisor.
- Set up and organize merchandise; prepare vendor products according to written instructions.
- Adhere to all food safety handling and sanitation training and guidelines.
