Your main tasks
Strongly collaborate and bridge sales and operations.
Active operational support for the short-cycled business, including quotations and order execution of single machines and service agreements.
Prepare and execute sales initiatives for the short-cycled business, including independent sales in alignment with the responsible relationship manager
Drive product absorption for the short-cycled business.
Technical sales support for service projects; small projects, machine modernizations and single machines
Pro-active support of all other processes within the short-cycled business.
Use CRM daily and as a single source of truth.
Your qualifications
Post secondary technical or mechanical education.
Technical knowledge to understand and identify customer needs.
Sales flair, presentation and negotiating skills with focus on short-cycled business.
Fluent in English (corporate language)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM, etc.
Merit
Business knowledge of major value drivers of our customers profit & loss (P&L) statement and ability to explain services agreements and their impact on the return of investment (ROI).
Ideally minimum 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service or Single Machine Business within the technical processing industry.
Ideally know-how about technical solutions for the milling, food/feed and/or the confectionary industries
Knowledge of sales and service in process engineering operations.
Technical background (depending on market) to understand customer processes, not only machines but overall transformation and operation processes.
Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish, German is a merit
