Your tasks
• Overall responsibility for the execution of wind farm projects with regard to the project time schedule, quality and costs from the planning phase until the takeover by the customer;
• Supervisory responsibility for the compliance with the HSE requirements;
• Initiation and coordination of project optimizing measures in cooperation with the internal partners;
• Coordination and technical management of the Site Managers, Electrical Engineer, Logistic Coordinators and external subcontractors;
• First point of contact for the customer during the project planning and implementation phase;
• Monitoring of the project time schedule and initiation of steering measures if necessary;
• Control services rendered with regard to quality and costs;
• Support the Commercial Project Management concerning contract and claim management;
• Continuous external and internal reporting and compilation of documentation set
Your qualifications
• Graduate master degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering);
• Project Management knowledge and skills;
• Experience as Project Manager gained in the Civil, Construction or Energy sector;
• Flexibility as well as independent and self-motivated working style;
• Good communication and negotiation skills as well as selfconfident manner;
• Willingness to travel, international focus;
• Excellent knowledge of English verbal and written; knowledge of Swedish or German is an advantage;
• Intermediate MS Project, SAP, MS Office skills;
• Required is an approved health check for ability to work at heights
A responsible job in a young, dynamic and growing organization. The General Project Manager works with the Site Managers, Construction Manager, Electrical Works Managers and is part of the Project Team. This team focuses on an optimal way to realize our project in terms of time, cost and quality. The main activities within the project include the logistics, installation and commissioning of the wind turbines and construction roads, crane platforms, foundations and electrical infrastructure.
