To succeed as a FM Service Delivery Manager, you need:
3-5 years of experience from a managerial position
Proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
5-8 years of experience in a multi-unit facilities management organization, preferably in a high-volume retail sector.
Preferred, academic degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management (or equivalent)
Proven project management and change management experience
Preferably, good knowledge of the IKEA culture and understanding of Facilities Management in IKEA

Your responsibilities
In the position as FM Service Delivery Manager, you will Lead people and manage all FM service deliveries in all units in the cluster to optimize the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way according to the real estate scope in Ingka.

Amongst other tasks you will:
Responsible to ensure the delivery of FM services through the District and Site FM Managers.
Responsible to make sure that each property is managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, customers and other stakeholders.
Ensure implementation of relevant property management innovations, digital and technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and the many people
Responsible to secure that each property is kept in safe and as new condition
Coordinate and implement Facility Project delivery strategies.
Manage and develop the district team members’ competence, performance and succession planning
Create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.



You will report to the FM Manager (Cluster North). This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden.
The assignment requires you to travel on a regular basis since coworkers are placed in the Nordic countries.

The purpose of the Operations Analyst is to support the Ingka Real Estate cluster organization towards optimal business performance. You will identify business improvement potential, sharing best practice and sharing performance analysis. You will be a proactive business partner to the Real Estate cluster organization in strategic as well as operational development, closely connected to the business and contributing to a better performance of the business and ultimately to the customer experience.


Cluster Europe North is defined by the countries Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. Today, the Facility Management team has the biggest need for support, and you will as an Operations Analyst work more closely to their team.


Amongst many tasks you will:


• Develop local procedures based on global routines, Standard Operating Procedures and Ways of Working and promote lean, simple and effective ways of working as well as describing, aligning and harmonizing processes and working methods connected to the Real Estate scope.
• Provide business owners with accurate budgets for Real Estate investment projects, reinvestment projects and Facility Management scope.
• Provide cost analysis in order to keep to budget and steer and improve the business.


This position is in Malmö and will report to Real Estate Manager Cluster Europe North.

· extensive experience at management level from large-scale retail real estate development

· experience of different procurement and project delivery methods including contract development and negotiations, Ingka construction standards and investment procedures
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the position as Cluster Construction Manager, you will lead people and the Real Estate Construction Delivery business to deliver safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solutions according to the Real Estate scope in Ingka.
Amongst other tasks you will:
· Lead the Construction business in Cluster Europe North, deliver directions, collaborate with Group functions, support governance, guidelines, methods, tools, sustainability best practice and innovation to ensure delivery of safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solutions
· Lead and develop the team of Construction Project Managers and Engineers and encourage and secure collaborative work across the Nordic borders for Retail, Centres and CFF projects.
· Manage and develop the construction competence across the Nordics in cooperation with relevant stakeholders in Retail and Centers organised in total ten different business owner entities.
· Develop effective ways of supporting both Real Estate Development, Asset Management and Facility Management need of Construction support and competence.
· Secure and support that all construction projects are on budget and within the agreed timeline and establish frequent follow-up to manage the project well and learn for the future.
You will report to the Cluster Real Estate Manager and be part of the Europe North Real Estate Management team. This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden.
