The PR & Communication team is a part of the Marketing & Communication team at IKEA Food. As a communication specialist in the PR & Communication team at IKEA food you will join a dedicated team of internal and corporate communication specialists. Your main responsibility will be to work with PR & media relations, identifying stories and angles, develop content and share communication around how IKEA Food develops and supplies its products and range. You will support the business and all IKEA markets with proactive and reactive content, incoming requests and advice when IKEA is being challenged and you will support in stakeholder management with key external stakeholders such as NGOs.

As a communication specialist you are responsible for leading planned and unplanned PR strategies. You shall identify and run long term, proactive PR & corporate communication opportunities and support the long term Marketing and Communication plan as well as cater for the best possible support for the unplanned requests.

Your tasks include to identify and run PR & corporate communication initiatives, plan including KPIs and follow up and communicate to affected internal stakeholders. You are also expected to have knowledge of media monitoring and that you will take an active part and contribute in the general risk process at IKEA Food. You will take lead in situations where IKEA Food is challenged and secure trained spokespersons according to the IKEA principles in relevant areas.

In your role you will develop communication material for both PR as well as for presentations for external audience where you will do background research for valid facts and arguments.

You will support the IKEA retail markets with advices and communication material, securing that IKEA Food is presented in a proactive and positive way as well as support the markets with communication expertise in issues and crisis handling.

We will strengthen the core of what we do and Sales is one of these areas.The Sales Leader role is a business focussed role, part of the Sales team and reporting to the BA Food Sales Manager. The position will be based in Malmö with occasional travelling.As Sales Leader you will be part of the Range & Product team and you will be responsible for leading the sales components into the planning of the HFB range portfolio to secure a relevant and commercial offer and the preconditions for a successful meeting between food and the customer in all touch points. You will also be responsible for leading the creation of the HFB Tactical & Operational Sales plan including goals and movements, price and volume.Your responsibilities will include:• Responsible for performance, identifying and act on deviations (sales KPIs) of running business and development projects according to scope• Set the priorities within the sales plan• Secure that the outcome of the Range Dimensioning and Sales Plan collaboration process (on HFB level) deliver to the agreed Tactical sales plan• Give input to resource planning for Sales specialist in the development teams• Responsible for securing that all sales requirements on a product level are part of the project scope• Secure that range principles are reflecting the market relevancy and growth plan contributing to create Range principles & Portfolio• Responsible for expansion input to the Range portfolio and tactical Sales plan (new countries, new franchisees, new touch points etc.)• Responsible for the Price & Quality ladders & VBP principles within the HFB• Responsible for securing that Market & competitive insights are incorporated into the Range portfolio and project scopes• Manage the tasks of Meeting The Customer specialists in the development teams QualificationsIn this role we believe that you have a strong understanding of business and business development and that you are passionate about building strong and trustful relationships across the organization and with other IKEA units. You have great leadership capabilities with the ability to lead in change and inspire others to see possibilities and you have a strong ability to connect to a big stakeholder group and facilitate processes in complex context.Furthermore you can combine working on a strategic level with taking action on an operational/tactical level.
