OX2 is looking for a Grid Specialist to strengthen our Grid Asset Management team. You will have a very important role in our technical team, where we strive for long-term and efficient growth of the management of large-scale wind farms, solar and battery assets and their connecting grids.
Grid Specialist
As TCM Grid Specialist you will work closely as a support to the TCM team to ensure the quality and functionality of Grid Assets Management on the assets that we manage or own. The role will include support and process ownership and process responsibility in other countries as well, but Sweden will be your home market regarding regulatory compliance and electrical safety.
You will together with Head of Technical Management explore additional scope and new product offerings for Grid Asset Management.
As Grid Specialist you are contributing to ensure the function and performance of our grid assets with both a technical and a business mind set to optimize performance and availability.

We believe that you have at least 5 years relevant work experience from having worked with electrical installations and operations. It is a plus if you have also worked with grid related topics for wind/PV production assets. You are a self-going person with a high sense of ownership for what you do. You are a good communicator and will take lead on technical questions to enable a high-quality delivery to our customers by the support from knowledgeable colleagues.
This role contains certain travelling to our sites for inspections and other site visits.
Role Main responsibilities:
Strengthen our Grid Asset Management processes and way of working for all the electrical grid infrastructure that we develop, manage or own in all our markets.
Ensure efficient and proactive operation of the assets together with experienced colleagues through planning, analysis and follow up of the technical aspects.
Process Manage and when needed act as the Electrical Safety Responsible PREI "Elanläggningsansvarig” and when needed act as the Person in control of an installation during work activities "Eldriftledare" “PCEIW” for the assets in Sweden.
Manage process and collaborate with the site teams for maintenace planning and efficient maintenance execution and follow-up.
Overseeing the commercial relationship with our subcontractors as well as to support the site teams with technical and commercial management of the grids.
Manage process and routines for delegations, switching, work order management and operational planning.
Process development of grid monitoring and grid analytics capabilities in cooperation with our monitoring and analytics team.
Support the commercial team in procurement of Grid O&M agreements.
Technical project management for implementation of regulatory changes like new grid code requirements for example RfG and NIS 2.0
Contact person on a fleet wide level to the DSO’s for projects and relationship management.
OX2 strives to be a leader in HSE until 2030 and the role will together with TCM HSE Manager conduct HSE-audits of our contractors.

Your qualifications and experience:
Relevant technical training and experience from managing grid assets and handle their functionality, service planning and execution is a requirement.
5 years of relevant work experience from the industry
High working proficiency ESA19.
Experience and good knowledge within electrical safety requirements and regulations in Sweden and implementation of EU-legislation for example RfG.
Knowledge and handling of IT systems and the Office package
Experience from grid monitoring and SCADA, grid data management and grid data analytics.
Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset with high sense of ownership
Good language proficiency in English and Swedish, both in verbal and written communication
Driver’s license

We are now looking for reinforcements for our Procurement team in the form of Procurement Manager. This position can be in any of the countries where OX2 wind procurement is located: Finland, Italy, Poland, or Sweden.
Your main responsibilities:

The Procurement Manager is a vital part of the project team and will be the one handling the main negotiations with all suppliers and contractors in the project. The PM is responsible for handling the internal contacts with Construction Project Manager, Technical Project Manager and the technical team, and the external contacts with the supplier network. As Procurement Manager you will decide upon the procurement strategy, lead the procurement process, manage and lead the contract negotiations, terms and conditions, commercial topics and risk profile of the contracts.

You will decide for each project upon the procurement strategy, lead the procurement process, manage and lead the contract negotiations, terms and conditions, commercial topics and risk profile of the contracts.
You manage and/or support procurement processes of design & build contracts for Civil and/or Electrical Balance of Plant and Main Transformer supply agreements in all phases of our projects, bringing your skills to the development of initial phase strategies, evaluation, tendering processes, negotiations and creation of supplier contracts.
You work closely with different stakeholders and skillfully identify ways to enable a good balance between procurement contracts and the interests of OX2's customers.
Support in choosing technical solutions, budgeting construction, scheduling different phases of projects, identifying risks and negotiating with OX2's customers.
You recognize opportunities for efficiency and increasing commercial value.
Through active networking, you create good relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Your qualifications and experience:
A technical or commercial university degree.
At least five years of experience in independent management of procurement processes and similar procurement contract negotiations or alternatively sales process management and similar contract negotiations in project business, ideally in the field of renewables and grid infrastructure such as transformer substations and transmission lines.
Technical knowledge of especially grid infrastructure and EBOP and/or construction of BoP and/or WTGs, Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage.
Versatile and broad understanding of various contracts, risk management and negotiations, as well as experience in negotiations of different type of design and build and supply type contracts (FIDIC, ABT, YSE, Orgalime, ABA, etc.)
Good understanding in claim management and legal aspects regarding supply contracts.
Commercial aspects of the negotiations and the construction.
Strong language proficiency in English.
