We are now looking for an Legal Counsel to join our team in Malmö!
Your role
Enercon needs a Legal Counsel, who is the legal expert to all stakeholders during the entire wind farm lifecycle. The right person will be supporting our local business units in the entire Central Northern Europe region (CNE) on their day to day legal affairs, including claim management, coordination of formal litigation, court proceedings etc. 

Key  responsibilities: Front-line negotiation and direct communication with all business partners (e.g. suppliers, clients, banks, investors).
Drafting, negotiating and handling of complex agreements in English, with a focus on sale, construction, financing, procurement and servicing of wind turbines.
Playing an active role in the development of suitable country/region-specific standard contracts.
Safeguarding the correct implementation of our corporate policies.
Managing local law firms (if occasionally necessary for specific tasks or projects).
Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts.
Business travels (mainly to the region and to the headquarters in Germany).

Your profile

University degree in Law, preferably Sweden.

Excellent skills of the English language (suitable both for negotiating and for ad hoc contract drafting).
Good knowledge of Legal English (first Common Law experience is a plus).
2 years of professional experience in an international law firm or international company (preferably in the area of engineering, construction or energy).
Proactive, self-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on attitude with the ability to set the right priorities in a busy working environment.
Sound judgement, composure under pressure and a collaborative mind-set.
Confidence making decisions where there is ambiguity or incomplete information.

Your role
As Head of Grid, you are responsible for the development of our grid operations, primarily in our daughter company Markbygden Net Väst AB.
You will play a key role in the further development of Enercon´s grid business and manage all relevant stakeholders such as partners, suppliers, entrepreneurs, landowners, internal resources, the authorities and more. You will be based at our Nordic Headquarter in Malmö.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Lead the safety- and operational work in Markbygden Net Väst AB
P & L responsibility
Negotiations- and governance of contracts
Keep a close dialogue with Svenska Kraftnät regarding connected customers, tariffs, grid contracts, technical aspects etc.
Report to Energimarknadsinspektionen
Plan and execute stoppages
Stakeholder management



Your profile
We are looking for an experienced and senior professional with general knowledge from the energy sector and more specific competence from grid management. You have a background within project management and are used to working in a multi-tasking role covering both technical- and business-related aspects.
As a person you are well-structured and quality oriented. You are confident, forward thinking and likes to work in the different phases of development projects.


You hold an academical degree within energy related technology and have worked a minimum of ten years after graduation. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

Som en del av vår utveckling söker vi nu två Produktionsingenjörer för att fylla upp vår Produktionsteknikgrupp. En mot extrudering/formsprutning och en mot Pharmasauticals. Du som söker har ett stort intresse av teknik och farmaceutisk produktion.
Du kommer vara ansvarig för en produktgrupp där du kommer att aktivt jobba med, driva och implementera förbättringsprojekt inom säkerhet, kvalité, supply chain, process, arbetsmiljö, underhåll, teknik. I tjänsten ligger också bland annat att utarbeta SOPar, arbeta med ändringsärenden och batchdokumentation.
I rollen som Produktionsingenjör kommer du bland annat att:
- Vara ansvarig för utrustning
- Ansvara för kvalificeringar, valideringar och testkörningar av utrustning
- Bidra till att Säkra att cGMP upprätthålls (EU, FDA)
- Skriva ändringsbegäran, avvikelserapporter och störningsrapporter
- Göra uppföljning av produkt och processer med CPV/SPC
- Utveckla operatörernas kompetens
- Ha kontakter med kunderna


DIN PROFIL:
Vi söker dig som har minst 5 års erfarenhet i farmaceutisk eller annan GMP-produktion. Eftergymnasial utbildning, Civilingenjörs- eller Apotekarexamen ses som en merit. Du förväntas vara ett föredöme för produktionsgruppen därför ser vi att du är positiv, driven, självgående, arbetar strukturerat, har en god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga och kan ta stort eget ansvar. Du förutsätts ha goda datorkunskaper och goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska i både tal och skrift. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har erfarenhet av förbättringsarbete enligt t ex LEAN eller sex sigma samt av formsprutning eller extrudering.
