PURPOSE OF THE JOB
You will be an important addition to the team that looks after our customers and ensures they have a pleasant experience in the store and during treatments. By understanding what they need and answering their questions about various products you will demonstrate to them that we care about them, giving them a meaningful experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide various face treatments to clients. Your responsibilities include advising clients on suitable treatments, answering all beauty related questions. You should be able to provide customers with information on the suitability of the products for their specific needs, knowledge on ingredients and how to apply the products for best results. You will inspire customers to further visits and purchases through your creativity, professional pride, professionalism and good product knowledge. Also be able to exercise caution when using certain products, tools and equipment.
Ideally has experience gained within a similar role in a spa or salon.
REQUIREMENTS
A love and respect for ‘Clean Beauty’ makeup, hair and skincare products.
Evaluating clients beauty needs by asking questions and skin analyses.
Experience in facial and body hair removal treatments.
Experience with different massage techniques on clients face, hands, feet and back
Experience in performing skin treatments to clients needs, such as peels, facials and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Experience providing manicures and pedicures
Knowledge on skin biology and cosmetic chemistry
Strong communication and sales skills
Customer service skills
Available to work on weekdays and weekends.
