About the Role:
As a Warehouse operator. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
Operation Scanning Packets (scanning and processing incoming packages)
Conduct quality inspections of returned products according to SOP guidelines. Ensure packaging standards are followed
Record inspection results accurately in the system
Communicate any issues or discrepancies with relevant departments



We are looking for warehouse helpers. The main tasks include:
Carrying and moving boxes
Handling pallets
Organizing and tidying the warehouse

This job requires physical strength and good attention to detail.


Schedule:
Day Shift: 09:00 – 18:00
Evening Shift: 17:30 – 21:30
(Shift schedule may vary depending on workload.)



Requirements:
Prefer to having work experience in packaging, organising clothing and cleaning service etc.
Have work permit/visa (working visa is not sponsored for this position)
Good English proficiency (the system interface is in English)
Have a patient attitude to do repetitive work and pay attention to details
Have team spirits, organized and self-disciplined.
Basic computer skills
Ability to work physically and on shift schedules
Forklift license is a plus

About this role


We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. If you have a background in forwarding, strong communication skills, and leadership experience, we’d love to hear from you!


Your main duties consist of:
Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments.
Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal rates and services.
Monitor and ensure smooth execution of shipments, from booking to delivery.
Manage and oversee a small team of logistics personnel to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with shipping partners and clients.



Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in forwarding or transport brokerage.
Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
Strong understanding of international shipping and transportation regulations.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading logistics projects.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with freight forwarding software and logistics management systems is a plus.

About this role
YunExpress Nordic is now looking for a Project Assistant for the office in Malmö. We are looking for people who want to be involved in creating best solutions for our customers. As a logistician with us, you will work both operationally and tactically with our central warehouse with follow up of suppliers and delivers as well as with supporting operations regarding stock volumes and warehousing. You work continuously with order points, forecasts, logistics analyzes and investigations. Your duties also include troubleshooting, adjustments, improve processes and actions in the event of deviations in the supply chain. You will work closely with our project team to resolve project specific issues for members/respondents.
Your main duties consist of:
Questioning/answering and problem shooting
Participation in assignments and projects
Daily correspondence and support to the internal organization
Support to the dealer network regarding logistics issues
Provide updates in the given format and timings to the project management team on the work done for projects, progress, results, and action places to deliver the allocated studies within the provided timelines and specs.
