Are you experienced in coordinating projects with good technical and planning framework this might be for you.

Responsibilities
You will support the commercial execution of Installation Projects.
This includes coordination of all project activities to ensure projects are executed in time, within budget and contract scope.
Your key responsibilities are within procurement, controlling costs, purchasing and contract related. Invoicing and general planning and coordination along with support of project management and site operations are other responsibilities.

Qualifications
You are currently a student at a University/Högskola within engineering, with a planned graduation within about a year and are keen to work a couple of days / week.
Competencies
* Strong-hands-on mindset
* Good planning and organizing skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience from the wind industry is a plus
* Good skills within MS Office, SAP a strong plus
* Business level proficiency in English and Swedish

Job Description
Packaging Development is a section within AFRY that keeps on growing, and we are therefore looking to hire you as our new Packaging Consultant!
What we are looking for: A co-worker who wants to develop the future of packaging through external collaborations with our clients. You are able to see the big picture and can optimize packaging to be beneficial for the entire value chain. Knowledge of relevant legislation and sustainable practices is important.
At AFRY we collaborate with a large number of customers from a variety of industries, and you will get the possibility to work with different topics regarding material choice, sustainability, smart packaging and logistics. We are working with companies within the food industry, retail and e-commerce as well as the recycling industry. The projects are of varying extent and scopes; it could be a complete review and optimization of the packaging value chain within a company, or a delimited project focused on packaging development or problem solving. The assignments could also be from a holistic perspective, to support a company in preparing a packaging strategy or sustainability goals.
The role is based at the AFRY office in Malmö. Some of your time will be spent in the office, whilst depending on customer needs and characteristics of the assignment, some assignments will be conducted from a client’s office or remotely. The role will include travels to clients within and outside of Sweden.
Below are some examples of previous assignments to provide some insights on the role:
Sustainability is a focus for our customers and for AFRY and is therefore a significant part of our work with clients. A recent assignment was to create an internal company guide to assess the recyclability of packaging, which is sold in multiple markets. The internal company guide consolidated and collated relevant legislation, constraints of recycling systems and Design for Recycling recommendations.
We are working with a client to evaluate the whole supply chain and find ways to make it more efficient, basically lowering cost and at the same time make it much more climate friendly…a combination seen impossible by many…but we are doing it and it´s happening!
What are we demanding and what are our expectations on packaging? To be able to get exactly what you want, you need to know what to ask for. In this project we are making packaging specifications for a client, so that they can make a better choice when purchasing packaging.



Qualifications
As a person you are driven, actively take responsibility and last but not least you have good communication skills. You work in a structured and independent way, whilst still able to collaborate with other professionals in different fields and with internal and external parties.
Expected qualifications:
> 3 years’ experience from working with packaging at brand owners, material production, converters or other
Relevant higher education within this field or corresponding work life experience
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Experience or knowledge from project leading
Experience of different types of material and their characteristics
Knowledge and experience from machine systems, filling machines or packaging machines
Meritorious: Experience from Artois CAD, Cape Pack, Adobe illustrator and InDesign

Arbetsuppgifter

Som central Produkt och supportspecialist för EMEA/APAC kommer du att agera tekniskt stöd internt till kollegor i dotterbolag samt till distributörer. Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig med med minst en gymnasieutbildning inom teknik, naturvetenskap eller praktisk yrkesutbildning inom bygg. Viktigare än utbildning är kanske ändå att du har ett praktiskt handlag och intresse, samt en förmåga att lätt ta till dig ny teknik. Förmodligen är du en person som på det privata planet renoverar eller mekar med bilen, kanske med Youtube-filmer som stöd. Du är väl bevandrad i sociala medier och har en allmänt god IT-mognad. Dina kunskaper i svenska och engelska är mycket goda, både i tal och i skrift. En stor merit är om du har arbetat med teknisk kommunikation eller webinarier.

Personliga egenskaper

Utöver tidigare nämnda praktiska handlag och intresse tror vi att den främsta egenskapen för att nå framgång i tjänsten är en stark kommunikativ förmåga, med ett driv att dela med dig av dina kunskaper på ett pedagogiskt sätt. På ett strukturerat och proaktivt sätt hanterar och uppdaterar du teknisk information. Du trivs i en utåtriktad roll där du bygger relationer med kollegor internt och där du dagligen har kontakt med människor.
