We’re looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager to join our Apron Business Line. Here, you’ll play a key role in developing solutions—leveraging advanced technology and AI—that automate and optimize the aircraft turnaround process. Your Role
As Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of our product strategy and roadmap, collaborating across teams to bring impactful solutions to market.
Product Vision & Roadmap: Shape a clear and compelling product vision aligned with our strategic goals.
Customer & Market Insight: Build a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in airports and aviation.
Product Development:
Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with R&D and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Your Experience
Must-Have:
Proven Product Manager experience in B2B, ideally within aviation or technology.
Strong skills in product vision, roadmap creation, and business case development.
Commercial acumen and experience with value-based selling and pricing.

The Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer in our R&D team, you will play a key role in hands-on development—implementing new features, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with talented colleagues to deliver world-class software for airports worldwide.

The R&D Manager will have direct reports in Sweden and collaborate closely with colleagues at other offices, mainly in Graz, Austria. Our R&D teams primarily work on the Safedock AVDGS system and our Intelligent AiPRON suite of products.
The Role:
As the R&D manager, you will lead a talented R&D team consisting of both hardware and software engineers. You will help guide the development of new features and the enhancement of our existing product suite using the latest technologies. You will foster a culture of innovation using your international leadership experience to navigate the nuances of language and culture within a global company. The R&D Manager will apply project management skills to drive projects to completion, adeptly managing multiple parallel project teams.
We're Looking For Someone With:
Proven international experience, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams of 10 to 15 people.
Project Management experience

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team at the Malmö office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product development and managing the entire lifecycle from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals and prioritize the product backlog. As the main point of contact for stakeholders, you'll provide updates on product progress and performance while supporting market research and competitive analysis. Reporting to the System Engineering Manager of our Apron Business, the Systems Engineer will be focused on the delivery of Apron solutions into customer environments. This role involves international travel as our solutions are used at hundreds of airports across the globe, including the top 10 busiest airports.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven and problem-solving System Engineer who bring success to the team and customer by leveraging your experience in JavaScript and knowledge of High-availability systems. Together in a team of System Engineers, you’ll support the Project Engineer in technical deliveries of customer projects.

You will make an impact by...
Deliver training for customers on the Apron Solution.
Support the dedicated Service Team in cut over post go live.
Configuration, testing and commissioning of the SW products towards the customer requirements
Document the implementation and design of solutions.
Support best practice processes: ITIL knowledge, DevOps environments a plus.
Targeting in quality, in time and in budget execution.
Follow the DevOps principles, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing key input to the agile development processes and product design.


The talent we want to inspire has..
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science related subject
Advanced Linux system administration
Basic network knowledge
Experience in JavaScript
Understanding of High-availability systems
Great English proficiency (additional language is an asset)
Ability to pass a Criminal Records Check for an airport airside pass.

As a service engineer, you will get the opportunity to participate in our commercial projects and work with our docking system and lightning control system. You will be responsible for the following:
Troubleshooting
Test and commission our advanced airport solutions and systems
Handle support related matters towards our customers
Train our clients on how to use the systems and
100-120 travel days per year, mainly in Scandinavia and eastern Europe

You will be joining a team of five colleagues; A committed group who enjoy challenges and likes to work both independently as well as in teams. You will also have a close collaboration with other departments.
