Dina ansvarsområden
Du kommer att ha daglig kontakt med våra kunder, säljkollegor, produktchefer och kundservice med fokus på följande arbetsuppgifter:
· Kundmöten med fokus på slutenvården men även kommunala samt privata vård- och omsorgsboenden.
· Presentationer för ledningsgrupper på sjukhus, kommuner och politiker
· Planera och hålla utbildningar inom trycksårsområdet för vårdpersonal och andra stakeholders
· Ansvarig för att skapa medvetenhet och kunskap på marknaden, identifiera nyckelkunder samt äga säljprocessen hela vägen.
· Tillgogöra dig relevant klinisk information, mestadels på engelska och använda det på lämpligt sätt i dialogen på svenska kunder
· Du kommer att leda och implementera strategin kring den här delen av produktportföljen i Sverige
· Delaktig i arbete inför och under upphandling för hela vår produktportfölj inom trycksår

Kvalifikationer
· Akademisk utbildning inom sjukvård, företrädesvis leg sjuksköterska

· Erfarenhet från arbete inom vården är starkt meriterande likaså säljerfarenhet
· Ansvarsområdet innefattar nya produkter i portföljen varför det är en fördel att du tycker om att skapa kontakt och söka upp potentiella kunder.
· Lätt för att kommunicera i tal och skrift; svenska och engelska
· Enkelt för dig att tillgodogöra dig klinisk information på engelska

Du kommer att vara en del av ett dynamiskt säljteam med många interna kontakter. Du kommer arbeta mot många externa parter bland annat med att vidareutveckla våra kundrelationer och som en del i detta besöka inköpare och inköpsavdelningar. Du kommer att vara Arjos representant vid upphandlingskonferenser, fokusgrupper inom branschorganisationen och andra viktiga kontaktytor.
Dina egenskaper och kvalifikationer
För att lyckas i rollen bör du ha goda kunskaper om LOU samt flerårig erfarenhet av upphandlings- eller anbudsarbete inom offentliga upphandlingar, antingen från inköps- eller från leverantörssidan. Det är meriterande med erfarenhet från MedTech eller relaterade branscher.
Du har erfarenhet av att leda och driva projekt och att vara spindel i nätet. Du arbetar metodiskt, är noggrann och har en god förmåga att planera, hålla deadlines och hålla koll på detaljer. Du arbetar ansvarsfullt och kan arbeta både självständigt och i team. Vi förutsätter att du har förmågan att prioritera och navigera även när oförutsedda händelser ändrar förutsättningarna i projekten. We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our head office in Malmö! The skills you will need

The Ideal Candidate has:

At least 5 years from a strategic marketing role, ideally in pharma or MedTech
Minimum 3 years of training and facilitation experience in business or non-business
environment. MedTech is a plus.

This includes registration of orders, answering questions and other type of communication with the customer, forwarding of tracking numbers and delivery notes & booking of transport/pick up for logistics from our warehouse in Poland.


The other part of the role (50%) is tasks within customer service with Arjo products, such as;
Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department.
Answer inbound calls to resolve general customer enquiries & service calls, issues and problems on service, invoice enquiries.
Answer calls and e-mails regarding sales and rental orders.
Handling and registration of sales/spareparts and rentalorders in M3.
Issue creditnotes in case of customer returns and other discrepencies.
Invoice salesorders.
Support other teams in the department as necessary to ensure that all customer service enquiries are completed in a timely manner.
Manage and protect customer information, in accordance with relevant legislation.
Follow the company complaints procedures and escalate customer complaints to relevant persons.
Provide feedback and escalate when necessary where customer service processes and procedures are not followed properly.



Who are you?
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Previous experience working in an office based customer service environment
Experience of M3 would be highly desirable
Good organization skills and ability to plan workload effectively, copes well under pressure - meeting objectives & deadlines.
Displays data management skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word).
Good communication skills both written and verbal in at least one of the Scandinavian languages, and preferably good understanding of at least one of the other Scandinavian languages.
Good communication skills in the English language.
