We have reached the point where we need to create a brand new production site in Europe, Malmö. During the past years, all our production activities have been in Taiwan and our goal with this second site is to move production closer to our customers in our main market in EMEA. The site in Malmö will focus on final assembly and test.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be the first Production Quality Engineer onboard. You will be responsible for quality control of incoming material and you will also be monitoring and analyzing quality performance in our production.
In this role, it's important to be on your toes and always try to find ways to make improvements in production. You will drive investigations and troubleshooting for product and production issues with the goal to develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements. We are always striving to be the best version of ourselves.
Another mission of yours will be supporting at customer and third-party audits regarding certification in production. This is a very important part that shows how important quality is for us.
Your journey will start in Taiwan where you will learn the processes and methods that we are using to make this new site equal to the one in Taiwan. Later on, you will have a close collaboration with other production sites within Beijer.

We have reached the point where we need to create a brand new production site in Europe, Malmö. To be able to rock this, we need to extend the quality engineering team with a skilled DevOps Engineer on cloud solutions.

Our fantastic product management team is growing and needs yet another product specialist to join the crew.

Your focus during the days will be to conduct market research and analyzing trends. Knowledge is power and a key to always be up to date is to never stop learning. To be even more on top of what's currently cooking in the business, you will attend product launches of rival companies (wearing a weird hat). And when not doing that, you will be the host of our own releases and do product demonstrations.

You will also perform product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the engineering and sales team. Facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches, can also be something that fills your days.

A big part of your job is collaboration within the Beijer organization and externally. You will have an active part in developing our software and hardware with our suppliers, today in Brazil and Germany, as well as strategizing with the business and engineering teams internally.
