The main purpose of the team is to develop and deliver innovative and high-quality solutions for clients that provide actual business value. As a front end developer you will contribute by designing well-performing, accessible and testable web apps. Being part of a team also means you have a shared ownership and responsibility of helping the team in the development process to solve the right problems in the right way. You’ll get to use both your creativity and your problem solving skills in this role and there are many opportunities to learn new things and grow within the role.

About the role
The main purpose of the team is to develop and deliver innovative and high-quality solutions for clients that provide actual business value. As Project Manager you will be communicating closely with our customers, lead and prioritize tasks in the team and you are responsible for the delivery to the customer. Listening to the customer you understand and challenge their needs and are able to translate that to concrete deliveries for the team. You are leading a project/product team of 4-8 people and are responsible for the end delivery, budget as well as project documentation. In this role you don’t shy away from sometimes getting hands on as a resource in the team.

About the role


We are looking for Cloud engineers that are specialized in cloud-native application development, infrastructure automation, observability or devops tooling. As a Cloud Engineer, you will work within a delivery team responsible for the entire software life cycle, including plan, code, build, test, release, deploy, operate and monitor; in other words creating software that will run on AWS.


Where you will fit in the team is up to you, your current skill sets and the career goals you are pursuing!


Possible roles within the team:


You could be mastering infrastructure automation by creating code with IaC tools for AWS infrastructure, services and cloud-native technology deployed on AWS.
You could also be mastering the tools for setting up and running CI/CD pipelines in combination with observability of the entire workload.
Or perhaps you are developing event-driven microservices and data streaming pipelines, utilizing cloud-native technology and AWS services.



These are hands-on roles and will require a great deal of “can-do” attitude.


Learning by doing, and getting better every day, is the most effective way to become and to stay an expert in your field. We encourage you to get better, through training, experimentation and certifications.
We have a hybrid remote /office working model. We believe it's important to meet the team at our or the clients offices, when necessary, but not everyday.


About you
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a few years of working experience from within your specialization.


If your focus is more on infrastructure automation or devops, you will need to have experience in using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK or Pulumi to spin up AWS services like network, compute, storage, database, security, etc. Hands-on experience with building CI/CD pipelines is always good to have and a working knowledge of container solutions like K8s and Docker is a plus. It is great if you have experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Go.


Are you focusing on software engineering? You need to have experience from cloud-native development, maybe with event-driven microservices, serverless or any workload built to be run in containers. You are also fluent in one or several modern programming languages like Javascript/Typescript, Python, Go or Java.


You are fluent in English on a professional level in order to communicate with various stakeholders both technical and business oriented.

Your main task is to create qualitative and robust apps and digital solutions for our customers. Qualifications

Knowledge and professional experience in writing modern language (Java, .Net, Node.js, Go or equivalent)
A genuine interest in sharing knowledge
Experience working with databases.

Be able to drive the backend development autonomously
