Assignment Description:

Our client is looking for a self-motivated UX Designer who can work independently, take ownership of their tasks, and collaborate effectively with others. The role involves designing and aligning user interfaces for various functions within an existing web application, which serves both internal and external users. The role requires on-site presence.

Key responsibilities include proposing an information architecture tailored to different user groups and their responsibilities, as well as designing interaction flows and prototypes for new features. You will validate these mockups—mainly with internal users—and clearly document your design proposals using both text and visuals.

The role also involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and analysts to understand and document processes, define requirements, and support development efforts. This includes coordination with external development teams when necessary.




Required Qualifications:

Kravspecifikation
Vi söker dig som har minst sju års erfarenhet inom konstruktion, gärna med gedigen erfarenhet av metallkonstruktion, plåt, svets och lastbärande konstruktioner. Erfarenhet av plastkonstruktion är en merit, och du har dessutom arbetat i SolidWorks. Om du även har erfarenhet av hållfasthetsberäkningar, simuleringar eller från medicintekniska produkter, är det ett extra plus. Med ditt självständiga och drivna arbetssätt trivs du med att arbeta praktiskt och iterativt för att utveckla prototyper och ta projekt framåt.

The Role
As Senior Product Designer at ustwo you will be expected to explore and communicate design concepts for digital products through artefacts like sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes. Get heavily involved in the full end to end product design process from validating design concepts by eliciting user feedback, measuring usability, considering market analysis and balance against technical constraints/opportunities.
You'll use prototyping tools to convey movement and functionality of concepts and create ‘looks like/works like’ prototypes that help tell a project’s story with industry-standard design, prototyping and handover tools. Requirements
Aside from having a portfolio that demonstrates breadth of cross-platform work, core craft skills and design process, you are;
A Design Generalist. Whilst you may have a developed a specialism you have a range of typography, layout and Information visualisation skills with a working understanding of lean design processes, iterative prototyping using common design software.
A critical design thinker. Able to make the distinction between “good” and “great” work and can design flows and experiences that are intuitive and delightful. You have developed a point of view about your work.
Current in your practice. You have a good working understanding in user-centered design, testing, research usability principles, techniques and methodologies. You keep up with the latest trends in design and technology.

The role
The UX Research Operations role is an integral part of the Research Function within the Verisure Global Design Team. Reporting to the UX Research Manager the role will be based in our R&D centre in Malmö, Sweden with some European travel required.

The UX Research Operations role will work closely with a wide cross-functional team that help defines user problems to solve, evaluates new concepts, improves our existing products, and validates design solutions.

The role will work across a wide range of product and service experiences incorporating both physical and digital touchpoints for the purpose of enhancing Verisure’s end to end user experiences.

The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, passion, and a team player attitude that thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The UX Research Operations role works with a degree of independence and is responsible for the overall operations surrounding the UX Research Teams ability to define, plan, execute, analyse, and deliver on any given research programme.

The role will work closely with the UX Research Manager to enable the overall team of researchers to build robust insight and knowledge in supporting the overall Design Teams goal of delivering world-class experiences for our customers, markets, installers, and businesses. This role will develop, maintain, and optimize processes that enable research activities and knowledge share. Set user research in motion through people, tools, and strategies. Supports researchers in planning, conducting, and applying quality user research.

The role will liaise with many functional process partners inside and outside of the Verisure organization including but not limited to the Global Design Team, Proposition Management, Legal, Procurement, Design Operations, R&D, IT, Country Markets, and External Vendors.

Main Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include supporting the UX Research Team in all aspects of User Experience Research.  Key tasks include but are not limited to: 

Participant Management
Support participant recruitment and management. Develop new recruiting channels (internal, external and across our various geographies), mechanisms, and best practices; track respondent panel composition and recommend strategic recruits based on upcoming projects or gaps identified.
* Facilitate increasing demand for coordinating and scheduling customer research sessions.
* Consistently research and explore ways to recruit participants
* Maintain the database of research participant sources
* Build relationships with our markets to establish go-to opportunities for recruitment
* Manage respondent incentives and process for incentivising respondents
* Establish a network of external vendors for recruitment in our key geographies
* Apply GPDR practices in agreement with our legal department

Research Logistics
Support the Research Team in all aspects of research logistics. From planning and scheduling work assignments and testing sessions to communicating with respondents, supporting team members, and detailing travel, timings, locations, and any other aspects necessary for the research team to work effectively and efficiently.
* Work with the research team to Plan research sessions in line with the overall Design Operations plan
* Manage, communicate, and update schedules for all those involved in any given research assignment
* Communicate with all relevant stakeholders on research specific logistics
* Manage and coordinate any travel logistics and location details for any given assignment.

Governance & Compliance
The Research Operations role supports research that is safe, legal, and ethical by following processes and guidelines for consent, privacy, and asset/information storage. The role is responsible for ensuring policies and process remain up to date with our legal teams and that established process are followed.
* Ensure research ethics are understood and upheld by individual researchers across studies
* Consult with legal and compliance on incentives and honorariums.
* Hold quarterly reviews with the legal team to ensure that GPDR & DPA processes and protocols remain up to date
* Liaise with our internal Procurement team when establishing relationships with new vendors and suppliers
* Liaise with external vendors to ensure that any outsourced or support research is conducted according to our legal and ethical obligations.
* Standardize supporting documentation (e.g., scripts, templates, and consent forms) to save time and enable consistent application

Tools
Ensure that the research team has and maintains the necessary tools to complete their assignments. Support the strategic procurement and management of tools and platforms to increase efficiency and scale research.
* Research and advocate new research tools as needed
* Serve as a liaison with vendors
* Ensure Digital Tools comply with our IT, Security and GDPR protocols
* Manage and maintain a Physical Devices Database for any and all essential equipment need

Knowledge Management
Help manage the processes and platforms for collecting, interpreting, and sharing research insights.
* Manage user-research insights and make data accessible throughout the team and the organization
* Maintain the database of research data, tracking and ensuring consistent keyword with researchers
* If necessary, participate in research sessions by fielding, assisting the moderator as directed

About the role
The Service Designer is a key member of the Verisure Design Group, reporting to the Service Design Manager.  The role will be based in our Malmö R&D centre with occasional European travel required.

The position will be instrumental in exploring, developing, prototyping and executing services and products across our 16 markets in Europe and LATAM. You will use your facilitation, analytical and synthesis skills to understand context, users, their behaviors, motivators, needs and wants and be able to clearly communicate and envision how, why and when people would use our product & service. By applying user centric design principles into our business processes, you will play a fundamental part in increasing our competitiveness, customer loyalty and profitability by ensuring a world-class experience, high customer satisfaction and usage of our products & services over time.

You will drive design work in both tactical projects and programs as well as more strategic and explorative workstreams. The role will be central in expanding design maturity deeper into the organisation and our markets, as we strive to envisage design-led initiatives, services and products that benefit the business and customers in the best possible way.

Main Responsibilities 
Main responsibilities will include supporting the global design team and the business in all aspects of Service Design.  Key tasks include but are not limited to:
* Make complex ideas simple for users by distilling complex data and information into simple and understandable forms.
* Work with consumer insight & design research professionals to design and execute experiments, concept & usability testing to validate ideas and assumptions and gain insights & learnings.
* Design and facilitate workshops.  This could be anything from existing “templated” workshops, such as Value Proposition Canvas, to entirely tailored workshops that we develop in-house for our specific needs.
* Be a creative lead, shaping new product & service experiences from early concept to detailed design, across both the digital and physical domains.
* Be a hands-on design expert, with ability to communicate and envision complex concepts and ideas using methods & tools that illustrate all components and touch points across the customer journey. At Verisure, this not only covers the daily use of the product by the consumer, but also the alarm service, and the way in which the product and service is sold, installed and maintained.
* Work closely with the product managers and engineers to balance technical and business implications of the product & service being designed.

Your responsibilities
In the role as Planning Project Leader you will be part of creating the future IKEA by leading project preparation and planning of new customer meeting points (CMPs) and major rebuilds based on our most recent home furnishing and merchandising solutions.
You will:
• be responsible to lead a high performing group of specialists throughout the project with focus on design and planning of retailing solutions in new CMPs and major rebuilds.
• lead the expansion process with focus on architectural design, commercial planning, procurement and fit out and retail build up and secure that deliverables meet time plans, scope and quality.
• lead and coordinate Commercial planning team, Procurement demand specialist, Establishment specialist, CMP Planning specialist and Customer experience specialist on a project level
• establish a close cooperation with Country Project Leaders and be the main speaking partner throughout the project
• secure appropriate communication to different stakeholders and receivers by reporting project-status on a regular basis to relevant governance forums.
• work closely with and manage relevant stakeholders within Group Expansion, other group functions and Inter IKEA Core Business Franchise (CBF).
• coach and support countries in order to optimize project results and to enable sharing of best practices across country organisations
• work with latest solutions developed by Market Support and Group Expansion planning team
• work with the market organisation to secure that designed solutions are aligned with Market pre-requisites
• take lead in working across functions within Ingka Group and collaborate with other IKEA units
• take lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values
• lead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA - guided by the People and Planet Positive commitments
This role is located in Malmö and will report to the Planning Project Manager.

About the role

The Interaction Designer is a key member of the Verisure Design Group, reporting to the UI Design Manager. The role will be based in our Malmö R&D centre with some European travel required.

As an Interaction Designer at Verisure you will be responsible for the creation, development, refinement, and documentation of innovative and compelling interaction design solutions that are in line with the design objectives and goals of Verisure. This position will also work on both tactical projects and programs as well as more strategic and explorative workstreams.
 

Main Responsibilities 

Main responsibilities will include supporting the business in all aspects of Interaction Design.??Key tasks include but are not limited to:? 
* Contributing to the shaping of new product & service experiences from early concept explorations to detailed design solutions across our digital portfolio including Web, App and Proprietary interfaces. 
* Define the overall experience structure of new interaction products including user flows, wireframes and specification documents.
* Expertly envision and communicate concepts and ideas using appropriate design tools that illustrate all touch points across the customer experience journey from purchase and installation to daily use and maintenance.
* Work closely with product managers and engineers to balance technical and business requirements of the product & service being designed.
* Identify and drive continuous refinement of existing products and services to improve the overall user experience. Identify and use metrics to guide and structure this process.
* Work with stakeholders and other team members to bring designs to life, balancing user needs, business requirements and technical constraints.
* Have an understanding of modern project management methodologies (e.g. agile, lean?UX)
* Support the greater Global Design Team and UI Design Manager throughout a range of internal initiatives such as; contribute to and own a bigger design, document existing and new solutions, explore new skills, tools, ways of working and practices under the direction of your immediate supervisor.
* Hand over and present a design and then support the IT organization during development and validate the implementation throughout the process.

About the candidate profile – what you bring

We are looking for an Interaction Designer who is driven by curiosity and able to apply an analytical mindset to identify root causes of issues and deliver outstanding design concepts.

You are a design campion who stands up for customers and makes sure their voice is heard and understood throughout the process.

You have a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary and multi-site environment where the creation of collaborative relationships with stakeholders and peers is paramount.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience working with strategic design/innovation, UX/concept design, service design, user centric design - with a focus on interaction design.
* A University degree (preferably BA or BS degree) in an appropriate design discipline such as Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or any other related design field.
* Documented experience of software design solutions that have been released to the market
* Familiar working with Design Systems.
* Preferably knowledge within the domain and importance of Accessibility.
* Experience of hands-on working with software engineers and developers to turn design concepts into production products that are released to the market.
* Proven track record of utilizing research insights to inform design decisions and directions.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken is essential.

Once you’re in the role you will
Work with multidisciplinary teams on a range of products as the design authority on the project, often managing designers from a range of backgrounds

The role:

The Service Designer is a key member of the Verisure Design Group, reporting to the Service Design Manager.  The role will be based in our Malmö R&D centre with occasional European travel required.

The position is fundamental to delivering world class design across the Verisure product and service portfolio. The position will be instrumental in exploring, developing, prototyping and executing services and products across our 16 markets in Europe and LATAM. As a Visual Design Intern at Freedrum, you are passionate about music and technology, and excited by the creative challenges of branding a new category of music instrument that is delivered to thousands in over 50 countries. Our team is a tight, cross functional group that explores and experiments together to bring the most innovative and flexible digital drumming products to our global customer base of creative enthusiasts.


Your responsibility will be to create and manage the visual content used to support our brand and outreach initiatives. This includes (but is not limited to) creating the visual content used on our website, as well as social media channels. Being comfortable both with industry standard digital design tools as well as some familiarity working with cameras to create content and edit images is required.


We are looking for an individual who has recently graduated, is highly creative, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and support various functions within the team. This is a 6 month role with the intent of evolving into a permanent junior design position for a designer displaying the right design skills and cultural fit. Primozone vet hur ozon fungerar! De grundades 2000 med målet att omdefiniera ozonteknik. Traditionella ozongeneratorer har många svagheter och utvecklingsgruppen fick i uppgift att designa en ozongenerator som reducerade så många av dessa svagheter som möjligt. Resultatet är en ozongenerator som både har den högsta ozonkoncentrationen och lägsta livscykelkostnad på marknaden.

OM TJÄNSTEN
Tjänsten är en direktrekrytering vilket innebär att rekryteringsprocessen sker genom Academic Work men du kommer anställas direkt hos Primozone.

Sedan 2003 ägs Primozone av norska Westfal-Larsen Technology som investerat flera miljoner euro i utvecklingen av Primozones ozongenerator. Idag är Primozones ozonteknologi ett beprövat koncept och används till exempel för olika industriella vattenbehandlingsapplikationer av kunder över hela världen.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Primozone är ett familjärt bolag med drygt 30 medarbetare och du kommer tillhöra ett dedikerat team utvecklingsingenjörer. I rollen som utvecklingsingenjör kommer du bland annat:


* Utveckla och konstruera nya produkter
* Söka bättre lösningar för befintliga produkter
* Utveckling och underhåll av produktstruktur i CAD-miljö
* Supportera andra avdelningar med information om produkter
* Kontakt med Primozones underleverantörer av tjänster och produkter


Det förekommer ca 20 resdagar/året, främst i Sverige och Danmark för att träffa leverantörer.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom maskinteknik eller motsvarande utbildning
* Har minst 1 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet av konstruktion
* Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, såväl skriftligt som muntligt

Det är meriterande om du tidigare jobbat i Solidworks.

Ljusdesigner/Sales support
Brinner du för ljusdesign och är en stjärna på projektarbete från start till slut? Schréder etablerar sig nu i det framväxande affärsnästet Hyllie i Malmö och söker dig som vill arbeta med ljussättning i utomhusmiljö och kundrelationer, i en dynamisk och internationell organisation.



I den här rollen arbetar du tätt tillsammans med säljorganisationen, andra servicefunktioner och kommer att rapportera till Michael Ferm som är Country Sales Manager som närmsta chef.



Schréder ljussätter över hela världen och på den svenska marknaden har vi skapat lösningar för bland annat Förbifart Stockholm, Västlänken i Göteborg och Hyllie i Malmö. För att fortsätta resan i Sverige söker vi dig som har ett genuint intresse för ljussättning och att driva dina projekt tillsammans med oss och våra kunder. Arbetsbeskrivning:

Hos oss får du arbeta med ljusdesign från första kontakt med kund till slutfört projekt. Det är därför viktigt att du drivs av kundrelationer, har ett starkt lösningsfokus i samråd med kund och sitter på stor kunskap om belysningsmarknaden.

Som ljusdesigner stöttar du säljorganisationen i kommunikation med kund och är ett bollplank med din tekniska kunskap. Tillsammans med andra funktioner tar du emot anbud och svarar på dessa. Du skapar order i Axapta, förbereder offerter och tar fram produktspecifikationer, mot både kund och kollegor. Du tar fram beräkningar och ansvarar för att specifikationer överensstämmer med beställning och anbud.

Du arbetar som support gentemot kund och svarar på inkommande tekniska frågor, tar fram produktinformation till kund och säljteam.

Schréder arbetar globalt, det är därför viktigt att du har lätt för att arbeta i en internationell miljö. Tjänsten kommer innebära att du deltar vid utbildningar och andra affärssammankomster utomlands när så behövs.



Kvalifikationer:

Du förväntas ha en akademisk utbildning inom ljusdesign eller industriell design. Vi ser gärna att du har minst 2-5 års erfarenhet i liknande roll men så länge du har rätt driv välkomnar vi din ansökan. Saknar du utbildning ser vi att du har mångårig motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet. Vi tror att du har dokumenterad erfarenhet, med fördel av utomhusbelysning. Du har teknisk kunskap vad gäller elektriska komponenter, fotometri samt LED.



• Krav: Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet, Dialux Evo och Relux

• Du förväntas tala och skriva flytande svenska & engelska medan andra nordiska språk är en merit

• Meriterande är kunskaper i större CRM eller ERP system, med fördel i AX
