Vi söker en kreativ och driven Projektkommunikatör inom IT för ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos ett ledande bolag inom samhällskritisk infrastruktur med kontor i Malmö.
I rollen får du arbeta nära ett bolagsövergripande SAP-program där du ansvarar för att skapa tydlig, engagerande och lättillgänglig kommunikation till olika målgrupper inom organisationen. Vi söker dig som har en stark känsla för både text, grafisk form och digitala kommunikationskanaler.
Om rollen
Som Projektkommunikatör kommer du att stötta programorganisationen med kommunikation och informationsspridning via intranät, Teams-kanaler och andra digitala plattformar. Du arbetar både operativt och kreativt med att producera innehåll, skapa presentationsmaterial och stötta vid större interna informationsinsatser och event.
Du kommer att samarbeta nära projektledning och olika intressenter inom verksamheten och bidra till att säkerställa en tydlig och effektiv kommunikation genom hela programmet.
Arbetsuppgifter

Producera och publicera kommunikationsmaterial för intranät och digitala samarbetsplattformar


Skapa och redigera text-, bild- och videomaterial för interna målgrupper


Klippa och sammanställa videor för informations- och presentationssyften


Ta fram grafiskt material för både digitala och tryckta format


Planera och koordinera informationsmöten och större samlingar, både digitalt och fysiskt


Stötta programmet med kommunikationsstrategi och budskapsanpassning för olika intressenter


Samarbeta med projektteam och verksamhet för att säkerställa enhetlig och tydlig kommunikation


Vid behov resa till andra kontor inom Sverige för informationsinsatser och event

Vi söker dig som är kommunikativ, självgående och har lätt för att omsätta komplex information till tydliga och engagerande budskap. Du har ett öga för grafisk form, är van vid att arbeta i digitala miljöer och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera kreativitet med struktur och projektstöd.

Erfarenhet och kompetens

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom Media & Kommunikation, exempelvis YH/KY eller motsvarande


Minst 6 års erfarenhet inom projektkommunikation eller liknande roll


Dokumenterad erfarenhet av internkommunikation och kommunikation mot medarbetare


Mycket god erfarenhet av textproduktion och mediehantering


Stark kompetens inom grafisk framställning och visuell kommunikation


Erfarenhet av videoredigering och produktion av digitalt innehåll


God vana av att arbeta i:

About the RoleAs a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in defining and optimizing digital processes for Recovery operations.
