We’re currently looking for a skilled UX Designer to join an innovative team within the global retail industry. About the Role
In this assignment, you’ll be embedded within a cross-functional development team, working closely with planners to ensure high-quality delivery of technical solutions. You will focus on functional and exploratory testing for both frontend and backend services, while also supporting accessibility (a11y) adaptation and verification. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, international team, with a strong emphasis on communication, agility, and continuous improvement. • Perform manual and exploratory testing of web applications and backend services • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to verify new features and bug fixes • Support accessibility (a11y) testing and adaptation initiatives • Work with development teams in an agile and DevOps-driven environment • Analyze and validate complex business requirements in a technical context • Utilize tools like GitHub Actions and Sentry for test management and monitoring • Participate in the full lifecycle of technical products, including release validation and operational follow-up • Contribute to continuous improvement through monitoring and testing feedback loops
About You
You are a hands-on, detail-oriented Functional Tester with at least 5 years of experience working across both frontend and backend testing. You enjoy solving complex problems and creating smarter, more efficient ways of working. With a strong sense of curiosity and a proactive mindset, you actively keep up with new tools and trends to grow your expertise. You thrive in agile teams, value collaboration, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience and Skills
• 5 years of experience or more in software testing • Experience with manual and exploratory testing • Used to working with and verifying complex business requirements • Experience in working with accessibility (a11y) • Experience in working with Sentry for monitoring and issue tracking • Familiar with the product technical lifecycle • Experience working in DevOps and agile environments • Experience working with Databricks and Power BI or other visualization tools • Experience in managing GitHub and GitHub Actions • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Experience and skills: Proven experience leading agile software development teams in complex environments
