I rollen får du arbeta med design av glasögonbågar för etablerade varumärken inom premiumsegmentet så som J.Lindeberg, Peak Performance, Morris, Björn Borg m.fl. Produkten är en spännande kombination av konstruktion och estetik, vilket gör rollen både kreativ och tekniskt utmanande. Du blir delaktig i hela kedjan – från första skiss till färdig produkt i produktion.
RollenRollen innebär att assistera och driva projekt inom design och produktion samt ansvara för daglig planering, support och uppföljning av design- och produktionsrelaterade uppgifter. Du bidrar aktivt i design av produkter och koncept, arbetar i designrelaterade verktyg med färgbibliotek och material, samt avlastar design- eller kreativ chef inom givna områden. Arbetet inkluderar även kontakt med fabriker, leverantörer och kollegor, deltagande vid mässor och inspirationsresor samt administrativt stöd och övriga uppgifter inom företaget.

You will be a part of Present The Offer team, who is responsible to create a successful, consistent, and relevant experience of IKEA across all customer meetings, through the unique IKEA way to present the offer. Key Responsibilities as?Present The Offer Leader:
Enable a successful, consistent, and relevant experience of IKEA across all customer meetings, developed together with key stakeholders across the value chain in order to secure a constant relevant conceptual content and presenting the range in an omnichannel retail environment.

Facilitate and lead the assignment of creation of?retail solutions?through the development assignment agreement with Ingka, contributing to IKEA Growth Plan. Co-ordinate the process and set ways of working to constantly improve the process, performance and quality of the deliverables. Contribute with goal settings, reviews and follow-ups.

Safeguard the IKEA Brand and support business success through follow up on the performance and?implementation of the IKEA concept. I ensure constant business improvement by capturing the learnings and initiating actions.

Lead initiatives and assignments around Presenting the Offer and across organizations (including Franchisees) for the continuous development of the IKEA retail system and operating model to secure a commercial, profitable, and sustainable business model. (5+ years)

Lead the development of how we present the offer in future retail environment, reflecting trends, shopping behaviors, consumer needs and utilizing relevant insights (both external and internal insights) for future success. (10+ years)

Initiate and lead development of solution design within modular retail system, including guidelines, solutions and examples for how the IKEA offer is presented across all customer meeting points, using democratic design principles as guiding formula for exploration, development and deployment.

Contribute to the creation of enablers to build competitive advantage through outstanding expertise in areas such as home furnishing, retail/shop design, interior design, range presentation, communication or merchandising solutions.

As a Senior Industrial Designer at Above, you will be an integral part of our industrial design team and creative practice at large, while working with diverse, multi-disciplinary project teams on a wide range of cutting-edge design & innovation projects for some of the world's most exciting clients.

Du har sedan tidigare några års arbetserfarenhet inom området produktutveckling och det är meriterande om du tidigare arbetat med konstruktion i trä och plast. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av Solidworks och/ eller Inventor.
Du kan självständigt driva projekt framåt och är en god kommunikatör. Vi ser gärna att du har förståelse för vikten av att fokusera på kostnader, intäkter och är van att arbeta med budget. Du har goda färdigheter i hantering och samordning av information samt ett strukturerat arbetssätt.
Du behärskar engelska flytande i tal och skrift och du rör dig obehindrat i digitala miljöer. Resor kan förekomma men utan övernattning.

Din roll

Som Teknisk dokumentatör så kommer du arbeta tillsammans med konstruktörer och andra nyckelpersoner för att skapa illustrativa dokument kring företagets produkter. Tjänsten kommer främst att supportera en avdelning i Skottland.

Du kommer ansvara för både utformning och innehåll i text och bild.

- har utbildning och erfarenhet av att arbeta med dokumentation inom industri

- mycket god datorvana, system och hantering av information.

- meriterande är om du har en teknisk utbildning

- har goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt

About the role
The UI & Visual Designer is a key member of the Verisure Design Group, reporting to the UI Design Manager. The role will be based in our Malmö R&D centre with some European travel required. 

The position is fundamental to delivering world-class visual design across the Verisure product portfolio. You will be instrumental in evolving the look and feel of our customer touchpoints, as technology, behaviours and visual design trends evolve and change. 

The UI & Visual Designer will be responsible for the creation, development, refinement and documentation of visual design solutions that are in line with the design objectives and goals of Verisure. The position will work on both tactical projects and programs as well as more strategic and explorative workstreams. 

Main Responsibilities 
Main responsibilities will include supporting the business in a multitude of aspects when it comes to UI and Digital Content Creation.??Key tasks include but are not limited to:? 
* Take a lead role in owning, evolving, and maintaining the Verisure Digital Design System.
* Define, design, and iterate visual design concepts and solutions for a variety of digital customer touchpoints including Web, App, and dedicated Human-Machine Interfaces. 
* Develop and build upon the Verisure Digital Design Language Strategy from the perspective of visual design including graphical user interfaces, product graphics and to some extent print media.
* Envision and visually help communicate concepts across the customer experience journey.
* Identify visual improvements of existing digital repositories and services and drive the management visual artifacts such as UI components, illustrations, icons, animations.
* Collaborate with team members and work with stakeholders and other team members to bring designs to life, balancing user needs, business requirements, brand aspects.
* Advocate new tools, methodologies, and better practices to drive learning and development of visual design within the Group Design Function. 

About the candidate profile – what you bring
We are looking for a UI & Visual Designer with passion for visual design and user experience committed to delivering world-class user experiences and visual design excellence.

You are an analytical problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and have proven ability to create collaborative relationships with stakeholders and peers in a matrix organisation, be recognised as a value-added partner and accustomed to working in multicultural teams. 

You have high energy, flexibility and drive combined with proactivity and willing to listen, learn and educate others. 

Qualifications
* Documented experience building and working with Design System e.g. by using Design System tools such as inVision, Figma and Zeplin.
* Documented experience of design solutions that have been released to the market.
* 3+ years of experience working as a designer within a Corporate Design Group or reputable Design Consultancy.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders, clients, functional leaders, software developers and software engineers.
* Experience working with and producing low and high-fidelity prototypes. 

* Proven track record of utilising best practices and research insights to inform design decisions and directions.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken is essential. 
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Visual Apps and Sketch for both design exploration and production asset creation. 
* International experience is desired but not essential. 
* Knowledge and experience working with accessibility issues in mind is a huge bonus.

Required skills
- Bachelor or Master in Industrial design, UX Design, or similar.
- You have experience and good knowledge of HMI designs for Digi-physical solutions.
- You have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience working as a UX designer (physical and digital products) or background as an Industrial Designer.
- Documented experience of leading successful team projects, from ideas to implemented products.
- Good understanding of customer needs, the skills, and toolset to realize your ideas and sell them to an audience/management: strong concept and visualization skills.

The Senior Industrial Designer is a key member of the Verisure Design Group, reporting to the Global Design Director.  The role will be based in our Malmö R&D centers with some European travel required.

The Senior Industrial Designer will be essential to delivering our world class Industrial Design solutions across the Verisure product portfolio. The position will be tasked with executing Industrial Design cohesion and consistency in our future offerings through collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners as well as external agencies and vendors located predominantly in Europe.

The Senior Industrial Designer will be responsible for the creation, development, refinement, and documentation of innovative and compelling industrial design solutions that are in line with the design objectives and goals of Verisure. The role will work closely under the guidance of our Lead Industrial Designer and Global Design Director. They will become involved in all stages of a project, including research, concept development, concept refinement, product development and delivery as well as the preparation of presentations.

The position will work on both tactical projects and programs as well as more strategic and explorative workstreams as and when required by the organizations' leadership team.

Main Responsibilities

Main responsibilities will include supporting the business in all aspects of Industrial Design. 

Key tasks include but are not limited to:
* Taking a supporting role in projects, from conception to market delivery, providing creative and technical industrial design expertise to the overall project team.
* Developing a thorough understanding of the technical, operational and marketing constraints of each project and successfully applying new technologies/solutions to innovate within these constraints.
* Translate business requirements into tangible concept opportunities, while balancing the needs of our end-users, installers and sales teams.
* Always ensuring that deadlines and requested deliverables are met to the highest level of quality for both internal team reviews and leadership presentations.
* Develop productive and collaborative relationships with our internal functional partners as well as external vendors, suppliers and partners.
* Work pro-actively to push the level of quality in both design thinking and execution, constantly coming up with new ideas and ways of solving stakeholder problems.
* Actively monitor industrial design trends, tools and practices to ensure that best practice is always being maintained.

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
* BA (Hons) Degree or equivalent in Industrial Design is essential
* 5-8 years working in a similar role ideally in the consumer electronics, telecommunications operators, cable operators or other similar industries
* Advanced 3D Modelling (Autodesk Alias Design) and Rendering (Keyshot) skills are essential
* Seasoned experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator as a minimum)
* Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
* Proven track record of delivering successful products to multiple global markets
* Fluency in Written and Verbal English essential
