The role As Manager for Service Performance, you will play a key role in driving stability and performance across our IT service delivery.

This is a leadership role combining operational ownership with a strategic impact. You will lead IT Service Management and 2nd line application support, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable services across critical business systems.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, product, and business functions, aligning execution with strategic priorities in a fast-changing global environment.

Qualifications

In this role, you will join the MyPages team, responsible for MyPages, which is a modern and user-friendly web application that allows our customers to help themselves in a safe, easy and stable environment to handle their alarm system(s). About the job

As IoT Connectivity Product Manager at Verisure, you will contribute to the IoT connectivity solution of our smart home alarm products and our future. You will be a vital part of an empowered agile team that monitors, manages and evolves our solutions, systems and strategies within the IoT connectivity domain. You will be responsible for overseeing that the technical solution needed for alarm panel connectivity is defined, implemented and operated per requirements and business needs.

This is done by defining projects and leading them through the innovation funnel to get proper priority and resources both internally and at the supplier side (predominantly mobile operators) for a timely execution.

Daily operations are a large portion of the work, generating a need for leadership and ownership in decisions and input across the organization. IT’s a cross-functional role, seen as the SPOC for (cellular) connectivity within the company, interacting with many internal teams, from IT, R&D, Finance/Procurement, country operations, technology strategy and product management etc., to secure that technology requirements and business rules & needs are synchronized and optimized.

Som Field Operations Trainer kommer du att arbeta i södra Sverige, du kommer att vara ansvarig för att utbilda säkerhetsexperter på sju av våra franchisefirmor. Arbetsuppgifter:

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar att leda och genomföra utbildningsinsatser till Säkerhetsexperter för kanalerna Franchise, Team Verisure och FOS, i syfte att maximera möjligheten för nya och befintliga Säkerhetsexperter att lyckas och utvecklas i sin roll inom ramen för innehållet i Perfect Visit (kundnöjdhet, merförsäljning, kvalitet). About the role                                                                                    

As a Field Quality Assurance Engineer at Verisure, you will be responsible for driving and monitoring the performance of our products in field. This means that you need to be able to read and analyze data, understand and define KPI's, and are able to be hands on when it comes to investigating on issues. This includes hands on lab testing of the products (hardware & firmware), gather and analyze data, discuss metrics, include teams in solving issues and follow up until they are solved, and manage a controlled roll-out.  

This is a possibility to define, develop, execute and document a wide range of repeatable tests, to assure premium functionality and performance of our products. This includes benchmarking and calibrating new product performance against previous versions.

To avoid unclarities around the definition of Quality Assurance: at Verisure this is not a software testing role. Software testing is part of the delivery cycle, while Quality Assurance is a governance process to ensure overall quality, compliance to (external and internal) requirements, optimization of processes and more. This role includes:
* Troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions for the development teams and presenting findings and proposed solutions
* Supporting to analyze quality metrics / data
* Testing and validating of new HW and FW
* Follow up installation quality metrics with our stakeholders
* Travelling to stakeholders in northern Europe for onsite quality checks and education

Location: Malmö, partly remote working is discussable but at least 3 days per week in the office.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role as Field QA Engineer you need to be socially skilled and communicative since you interact with many various stakeholders. You are not a stranger to work in an advisory role and being able to challenge when needed, as well as guide and coach the delivery teams.

Arbetsuppgifter:

* Coacha och följa upp kvalitetsarbetet hos säkerhetsexperter, genom exempelvis samåkning på kundärenden och uppkopplingar
* Samverka med andra tränare för att sprida best practice
* Analysera statistik över Säkerhetsexperters utveckling och föreslå actions/utbildningsinsatser
* Säkerställa så utbildningsplaner finns och följs för att Säkerhetsexperten får rätt förutsättningar och support att klara certifieringen vid första försöket
* Ansvarig för att sprida utbildningstips och material till ledare för lokal utbildning av Säkerhetsexperter
* Vid behov arbeta som resurs för installation- och service

About the role                                                                                    

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Verisure, you will be responsible for driving the quality plan for a product group. This means that you will write the quality plan, and execute the steps to assure the quality accordingly. This includes hands on lab testing of the products (hardware & firmware), gather requirements, discuss metrics, KPI definition and KPI reporting.  You will also run the pilot and field trial, where we test the new products in the field.
 

To avoid unclarities around the definition of Quality Assurance: at Verisure this is not a software testing role. Software testing is part of the delivery cycle, while Quality Assurance is a governance process to ensure overall quality, compliance to (external and internal) requirements, optimization of processes and more. This role includes:
* Driving the quality plan in the project
* Drive pilots and field trials
* Continuous monitoring of the product performance and data analysis
* KPI definition
* Requirements gathering (internal and external e.g. CE / EN)
* Testing
* Report and recommend on quality and readiness for our markets, in different forums
* Work with development teams on improvements

Who are you?

The role will reports to the Head of Security Architecture & Engineering (day to day work will be coordinated and supervised by the Technical Lead of Software & Hardware Security Assurance area) and will work with Security Architecture & Engineering team members, SW Developers and Engineers, Product Owners, Business Owners, Regional Information Security Managers, Global Governance, Risk and Assurance Analysts Technical SMEs.

Responsibilities:

The Software Security Engineer (SSE) is responsible for improving the software security posture of Verisure software globally. In particular the SSE will maintain and improve the secure development standard and guidelines and automate the security tools and controls in the software development pipelines for all development and engineering teams in Verisure. As a Software Security Engineer you will also support the development teams to understand and solve security vulnerabilities detected in their code and applications. In principle, the support will be provided to teams located in South region (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, LATAM), but can expand globally to North region as well. The Software Security Engineer will prepare and deliver training for developers on security best practices and how to use software security tools. Furthermore, you will coordinate the pentesting service globally for Verisure, contributing as well technically by conducting activities that include verifying vulnerabilities, and discussing and guiding developers on how to mitigate vulnerabilities. As a member of the Group InfoSec team, the SSE will also cultivate a culture of security awareness and incorporate a security mindset in developers’ daily work.

this role is based in our office in Madrid, under a Hybrid Model with the possibility to work from home a couple days a week.

Qualifications:

You are a perfect match for this position if you bring an excellent academic record in Computer Science or similar degree, you are eager to learn new things in a fast paced environment, have a good experience in software development, and bring passion for the interplay between cybersecurity and software. You will work in an international environment with many teams and people from different nationalities, so having a collaborative approach and strong communication skills are a must. We expect you to have a a thorough knowledge and experience of Cybersecurity, Secure SW development, SAST, SCA and IAST/DAST tools.
