Om rollen Nu söker vi dig som vill jobba som People & Culture Generalist i en bred roll på vårt huvudkontor i centrala Malmö. Denna heltidstjänst är ett vikariat från mitten av augusti 2026 till och med mitten av april 2027 med god chans till förlängning.
Du kommer att jobba närmast vår People & Culture Generalist och ingå i ett People & Culture team på sex personer. Vi jobbar också tätt ihop med vår Finance-kollegor.

Det vi söker hos dig Vi letar efter en junior People & Culture Generalist som antingen har precis tagit examen eller som hunnit arbeta något/några år. What you will do
Working as a Senior Lead Designer at Tactel, you will lead and contribute to creating both new innovative services and products as well as already existing services. You will take an active role in design work, leading, coaching and challenging your fellow designers. You may also prepare and lead local and international customer workshops, both live and digitally, with the purpose to help drive, inspire and challenge the participants to co-create innovative solutions, or to get to know the customer (most often an international airline) to be able to compose the best solution for their business.

In this role, understanding and conveying the “bigger picture” to all stakeholders is key but you’ll also get the chance to work on the design details based on your background. You’ll be doing a variety of activities, ranging from brainstorming and creating concepts and logic for new innovative services and products, to contributing or leading the design work of digital products for an international airline. Your role will also include offering your UX expertise and support in sales situations.





What you need to have to succeed in this role:

- Documented experience leading designers and design work in design projects
- Documented experience in user-centred activities such as service design, interviews, and user testing
- Strategic skills and the ability to understand and meet client goals
- Experience in planning and leading remote and live workshops, in international environments

Vad du kommer att få göra:
Vi söker nu Androidutvecklare till flera av våra projekt/produkter. Exempel på projekt du kan komma att få jobba med:

CMS verktyg för In-Flight Entertainment system: I detta projekt kommer du vara en del av teamet som utvecklar en del av det ramverk som ska effektivisera och förändra processen för hur flygbolag bygger sina In-Flight Entertainment system. Du kommer att arbeta i ett unikt ramverk med flera delar, använda Android som grund men även innovera fram helt nya lösningar anpassade för en applikation i luften.

Kartapplikation: I detta projekt kommer du vara en stor del i att utveckla vår rörliga, högupplösta kartfunktion Arc. Arc är ett unikt system som vårt team har tagit fram, från idé till färdig produkt som nu är uppe och flyger hos flertalet flygbolag och fler står på kö! Du kommer arbeta med en 3D motor för att visualisera världen, jobba med data i realtid och utveckla ett användargränssnitt i världsklass.

Du kommer att ingå i ett team och arbeta agilt tillsammans med både utvecklare och designers. Gillar du att resa finns möjligheten att åka till Panasonics kontor i Kalifornien ibland och jobba med teamen därifrån i flera av våra projekt!

Det vi söker hos dig:

- Intresse för Android-utveckling och det senaste inom teknik!
- Du är en lagspelare som uppskattar och förstår värdet av att lära av varandra och har tidigare arbetat med kodgranskning

Your assignment:

Our customers want to expand their business in existing or new market segments. This can be supported by their existing or already planned product portfolio, as is or with smaller modifications, it may also require creating completely new products. A typical assignment for you will be to research and analyze the market problems and user needs of the segment, create an engaging, attractive, yet realistic concept of how to solve the identified market problems. You will then present the concept to the customer’s senior management and get them immersed in the concept using storytelling and by weaving the concept into the bigger picture. You will of course always have to be ready to justify the concept and the analysis behind it.

What will be required of you:

You need to be able to clearly link the benefits of the concept to the market problems and user needs. You need to be able to explain how the solution fits into the ecosystem that it will belong to and how it will make the customer’s other products in the ecosystem even stronger. You need to investigate the solution technically to at least be sure that there aren’t any total showstoppers for the concept. Our concepts are usually pushing the envelope, but we always try to be realistic even though we might have explored several unrealistic paths along the way.

You will be solely in charge of preparing the concept and presentation material, but will have support from visual designers, UX designers, software architects and developers. When presenting, you must create and visualize models that help the whole audience keep up with the conversation, but that also allow for expanding upon in discussions with those that really want to drill down in a specific area.

You need to make the customers feel heard and involved in order for them to engage and help drive the concept forward, but remember that you are the driver. You always have to be well prepared and confident enough to navigate confusing discussions. And you will get your message across, even though the audience may be skeptical, or you're being interrupted.

You will not only know how to get the customers' attention, but you thrive on wowing them! Just coming up with the obvious is not enough for you, you want to present something that will impress and that will help the customers strengthen their product offering to their customers.

If the concept gets funded and realized, you will many times play a role in the continued product development, at least in the earlier phases of the product development.

What we think you need to have:

- Solid experience in packaging concepts, with a great story that visualises/demonstrates the business case
- Ability to explain and talk about the concept objectively and convincingly in a way that is easy for anyone to understand
- Experience working in an international environment and feel comfortable navigating in large scale organisations
- Ability to think visually, find patterns and visualize your thinking for others.
- Leadership skills to be able to motivate and lead your team in the concept-creation phase.
- Experience in planning and leading workshops and concept exploration sessions, preferably in international environments

- Create and establish design systems
- Establish and drive processes for management of design systems

You will:

- Create UI designs for new concepts and product features.
- Collaborate with designers and developers, to solve design problems and business challenges, and to find the best solutions and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with product design systems.
- Present and motivate designs to colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
- Create prototypes and or animations to showcase and motivate functionality.
- Continuously seek feedback and challenge your design, through reviews and user testing, to improve your work and identify new solutions and ideas.

Detta är du - Din tekniska kompetens

- Du har tidigare erfarenhet av olika programmeringsspråk och ramverk (React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc)
- Du har kunskap om Git och dess arbetsflöden
- Du har förståelse för UX/UI och är van att utveckla produkter med användaren i fokus
- Det är meriterande om du har kunskaper inom AWS, Ember, PHP, Gitlab CI, Webpack, Gherkin och E2E testing

Who are we

Sometimes those ideas and concepts end up in actual products that we design and implement, and even launch to customers.

What we are looking for

One of those products that we’ve followed all the way from initial concept to shippable product, is a unique inflight map solution. As we’re now starting to ship the product to customers, we need to boost the focus and the engagement to continue making the best future maps product. One of our steps to do this, is to add a 100% dedicated Product Designer who can continue this journey with us, and contribute to building up an efficient organization to take care of and improve our product.

What you will do

You will be part of driving the product development from a design perspective, with great possibilities of affecting the future of the maps product. You will be working in an agile environment together with product managers, designers, developers and testers, to understand new possibilities, find edge cases, and explain and create logics and rules. Both internally and externally you will act as an ambassador for the product, through listening as well as speaking confidently about our design work, and convince others of our reasoning based on insights and well thought through arguments.

An important aspect of your role as a product designer is to understand the different stakeholders and users of the product. Testing the product yourself and through others is a key success factor for this. Another key factor is to understand how client requests might affect the product and identify the potential need for alternative solutions to that request is an example of tasks to navigate in this role.

What we think you must have, to succeed in this role:

- Minimum 5 years experience of UX design, both applications and web
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience from working with and creating design systems
- Experience from discussing requirements with stakeholders on different levels
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with a fast-paced change of priorities, with an understanding of tools and processes commonly used (Jira & Scrum)
- Comfortable working with designers to together shape the product, as well as alongside developers to identify possibilities and limitations
- The ability to focus on the right priorities and always think about creative solutions, even in stressful situations
- Ability to explain your design objectively and convincingly in a way that is easy for anyone to understand
- You’re “fluent” in Sketch, inVision and other relevant design tools
- Native or bilingual English and Swedish


And a couple of bonuses you might have:

- 3D modeling skills (Cinema4D primarily, potentially Blender)
