Rollen:
Stöd kommunikationsteamet med copywriting för både intern och extern kommunikation.
Bidra till att skriva och skapa innehåll för våra sociala mediekanaler.
Kartläggning av mediemöjligheter.
Översätta avancerad engelsk text till svenska.



Krav:
Jobb- och färdighetskrav:
Kandidat/Magisterexamen relaterad till kommunikation, media, marknadsföring, utvecklingsstudier eller liknande. Eller likvärdig yrkeshögskoleutbildning alternaivt reell erfarenhet.

Context:
Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation (BHHF) is an international non-profit organization established in 2015, with headquarters in Sweden . About the Role
We are seeking a passionate person for a role as IT and Admin officer for our Sweden office, located in Malmö, to build an IT and Admin system required for our day-to-day work. The key objective of this role is to bring efficiency to our daily work life in the office by introducing a compatible IT system.

Responsibilities:
1. Introduce adequate work management tool/security, assess, and manage web/cloud security and build an IT infrastructure to handle all IT-related issues.
2. Implement new technologies and IT strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
3. Ensure IT and administrative policies meet regulatory standards and are adhered to within the organization.
4. Redesign and manage the website (our current website designed in Webflow) and make it user-friendly for audiences to browse smoothly.
5. Transform the emailing system from webmail to Google Suite/Microsoft Suite, whichever is appropriate, without changing the domain.
6. Install Google/one drive (whichever is appropriate) as a universal system of cloud storage, train people to use it properly, and manage remote connectivity.
7. Provide support for issues related to software and hardware installation.
8. Develop needful policies and plan to establish an effective IT system within the organization.
Establish connections with the other two offices and provide administrative support in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation to new joiners, training, and performance management.
Developing needful administrative policy and procedures, including appropriate controls around organizational change management
Demonstrate commitment to and promote a culture of value and performance-based organization
Coordinate IT and administrative training and support for all staff members.


Requirements:
Job qualifications and skills set.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
· Attitude to serve humanitarian concerns across the world.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the right mindset to work effectively within an international working environment.
· Practical knowledge and evidence of exposure to Windows operating systems, cloud management, google suites, IT infrastructure, tools, security systems, and related field.

Since our inception, we have expanded our operations to include durable development programmes run on the ground in Northern Iraq, and delivered aid to countries across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Furthermore, Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation focuses on bettering the wellness, health and education of refugees, Internally Displaced People (IDP) and the most vulnerable populations all over the world.
The purpose of the post Research Officer-intern is to conduct a high quality desk research on existing programs or practices that integrate history education in the language training or any other curriculum related to the integration of immigrants and refugees in Sweden. This research will provide the basis for preparing guidelines for a national report/policy paper on how history education can positively influence the integration process among the immigrants and refugees in Sweden.
Job Description
Provide research on existing integration processes, languages, and other history courses/programmes offered to immigrants and refugees in Sweden to identify how historical aspects or lessons are included in the integration process
Collect information about the official legislations and policies on immigrants/refugees integration.
Find and analyse qualitative and quantitative data of the integration process of immigrants and refugees in Sweden
Collect information on the current integration, language and other programmes and courses provided or funded officially by the state and private sector for newly immigrants and refugees
Explore the role of the civil society organizations in Sweden in relation to the integration processes of immigrants and refugees.
Contribute to prepare a brief National Report in English.



Requirements:
The Successful candidate must have:
Batchelor degree or higher level education on any of the following disciplines: Political Science, Social Science, International Relations, Migration, History, or Education
A broad knowledge of history, culture, social norms of Sweden
Good knowledge of the migration policy and history and integration in Sweden.
Attention to detail
Experience in doing researching and literature reviewing (irrespective of academic and work related)
High proficiency in both Swedish and English languages.

Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation was founded in 2015 in Malmö, Sweden and Northern Iraq. Bring Hope was created as a response to the increased need for aid for millions of displaced people who were forced to migrate into Iraqi Kurdistan attempting to flee from the ISIS incursion, its subsequent torture, and resulting starvation -- arriving any way possible, many on foot.
Job Duties
· Maintain CEO calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Coordinate and manage meetings.
Work with CEO, and HR representative to set agenda for all meetings.
· Manage, organize, and maintain all meeting minutes, agendas, and documents.
· Prepare monthly reports and presentations.
· Organize the activities and workload of the leader(s) to facilitate efficient operations.
· Assist in coordinating national and international travel for team members and volunteers.
· Generate memos, emails, presentations and reports when requested.
· Coordinate meetings and calls, and take and share timely minutes and follow up on action items.
· Work as a focal point for the HQ team for any administrative tasks.
· Help Field offices filling out and reviewing registration applications before the final submission.
· Responsible for drawing up and revising individual implementation plans and other documentation.
· Part of the management team.
· Give employees support and service in matters of working methods, feedback, interpretation of decisions and implementation plans.


Profile Requirement
· Has good knowledge and experience of administrative work and coordination.
· Has experience of working with humanitarian field.
· Has recruitment experience and are thorough with introductions.
· Has experience working with documentation.
· Good knowledge of English, both speaking and written.
· Is very accurate and efficient
· Is prestigeless and solution-oriented
· Is humble and sensitive to other people
· Is flexible both in own tasks and to also be able to support your colleagues.
· Is stable, structured and clear in your work.
· Has great computer skills/experience.
· Is stress-resistant and can handle several things at the same time

The work is Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00 incl. 60 min. lunch.
