·        You can express yourself fluently in both English and Swedish
·        You preferably have previous experience in customer support
 
What will you do?
·        You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us
·        You will work close to the product development team to feedback customers input
·        You will make sure that all relevant information is available to our customers in a user-friendly manner
·        You will define processes and tools to secure that we are able to provide the best possible customer experience
·        You will be part of defining the future for connected devices within Festina Group
