As a Manager Experience Technology, you’ll be leading & working as part of an agile team with other passionate, driven, and talented people, creating innovative solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include developing interactive web based, mobile, and/or desktop applications using Publicis Sapient as well as industry best practices to deliver high value and quality to Publicis Sapient's clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with client stakeholders and other backend architects to define and design end to end the frontend architecture of the application. Collaboratively deciding on the Frameworks and tools, deployment strategy, devops pipelines, quality gates, defining Non-Functional Requirements, defining Automated Testing solutions.
• Focus on quality by implementing best practices like logging, calling out technical debt, meeting KPIs using code quality tools like SonarQube, ESLint (customize and sync with Sonar), Stylelint/Sasslint and so on.
• Hands-on with automating redundant work, like common component structure, both in terms of scaffolding as well as using the right design patterns / creating abstractions.
• Mentor engineers in helping review code, guiding on technical decisions
• Hands-on with devops pipeline and able to tweak/change build/deployment pipeline as needed in context of a module (e.g. Jenkins / Travis / Now.sh / Gitlab)
• Support in growing and upskilling the team
Qualifications
• Excellent hands-on experience in developing Responsive web applications and usage of CSS grids
• Good understanding of Semantics in HTML, CSS, HTML DOM, CSSOM and Rendering
• Experience in setting up Front end architecture of an application, evaluating and deciding on the frameworks and tools, deployment strategy, dev-ops, quality gates and front-end automation tasks from scratch
• Excellent hands-on skills with ES6 / TypeScript, Node, Express, Next.js or similar server-side JavaScript tools.
• Hands-on experience with Functional Programming (FP)
• Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS),
• Good understanding of design patterns in JavaScript
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of JS frameworks / Library viz. React, Angular or similar.
• Solid understanding of React.js, its core principles - lifecycle methods, virtual DOM etc. and at least 12-18 months hands-on experience with the same
• Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPA) with universal rendering capabilities and or Micro-frontends
• Understanding of one-way data flow and the Flux architecture.
• React Hooks, context API, Suspense, Memo, Good Understanding of different state management libraries viz Redux/MobX.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Frontend Performance Optimization
• Mentor engineers in helping them review code and guiding on technical decisions.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills for effective communication and to Collaborate with different stake holders like Back-end Engineers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, UX designers, Front-end Engineers, Product owners, etc.

6+ years of experience in UI Development
Hands on experience with design and implementation of Web-based applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS.

As a Senior Service Designer, you drive service design activities for existing or new propositions within our full portfolio, through:
Design service experiences with lasting impact based on understanding of user needs
