About the Role
As Commercial Finance & Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial and financial solutions towards customers globally.
You will work closely with:

You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are:
commercially structured
financially viable
legally secured
correctly budgeted and calculated


Main Responsibilities
Financing Solutions & Customer Financing
You will be responsible for structuring and coordinating:
Export credit / ECA financing solutions
Leasing structures
Rental solutions
International project financing
Customer communication regarding financing
Collection of required documentation and application materials
Coordination with banks, credit institutions, and financing partners

You will ensure that all financing applications and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and professionally prepared.

Quotation & Commercial Calculation Management
You will also be responsible for the company’s quotation and calculation department.
This includes:
Ensuring that project budgets and calculations are correctly structured
Ensuring proper margins and commercial conditions
Developing processes and structure around quotation workflows
Supporting the organization in how quotations and calculations should be prepared
Quality assurance of larger projects and commercial proposals


Contracts & Commercial Legal Coordination
An important part of the role includes working with:
Sales agreements
Commercial contracts
Financing agreements
Leasing agreements

Registration of securities and liens in different countries

You do not need to be a lawyer, but you should have a solid understanding of:

About the position:
We are currently looking for a driven, well-organized and communicative Technical Service Coordinator with a practical experience from the construction industry, facility maintenance or similar. You are a handy person with the ability to easily find technical solutions and even fix things yourself. You can easily build relationships with service technicians as well as clients, and have a service-mind thinking in everything you do.
As a Technical Service Coordinator you would be responsible for planning, quoting, coordinating and following up on service and maintenance needs for both existing and new customers. The work involves arranging and doing inspections, fixing warranty issues, making extra sales for products and services, as well as solving problems that could appear after a project installation. You will also help our customers and colleagues with technical advice and support, take care of our service vehicles, service technicians and warehouse stock balance. Your daily tasks may also include traveling and doing minor repairs for our customers.

We are now looking for a new concept designer to join our highly skilled worldwide design team. We are expanding and are therefore now looking for a new designer who will have a focus on:
· Experience in technical drawing in all phases of the project (preliminary, definitive, executive).
· 2D layouts for multi centres and concepts.
· 3D Designs for conceptual areas (Family entertainment centres, restaurants and kitchen areas, receptions, Laser areas, Mini Golf areas etc).
· Logistics and planning of the building
· Quality control of drawings
· Develop new concepts and products (models and technical drawings).

About the position:
We are currently looking for a motivated, driven and communicative Inside Sales Coordinator with a background from B2B sales or inside sales, who ‘burns’ for active sales and can easily build relationships from the very first contact. About the Project Coordinator position:
The Project Management department is responsible for planning, executing and following-up projects all around the world. You will start with working closely with our existing Project Coordinators, learn to execute variety of different type of projects, and then move on to handling your own projects. About the Project Coordinator position:
The Project Management department is responsible for planning, executing and following-up projects all around the world. Du är bra på Word och Excel samt behärskar engelska och svenska i både tal och skrift. Övriga språkkunskaper är meriterande.Du har körkort och tillgång till egen bil. Du kommer passa i rollen om du är:Du är en väldigt service- och kundorienterad person, som har en stor vilja att hjälpa till och som älskar att vara spindeln i nätet. Du är en person som går den extra milen för att lösa en uppgift på bästa sätt. Du måste ha erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter. Erfarenhet från projektkoordinering är meriterande. Andra viktiga egenskaper är att du är en person med högt ansvarstagande, noggrann, lyhörd, tydlig, självgående och kan strukturera och planera ditt eget arbete. Du ser lösningar, inte problem och har lätt för att kommunicera.
