Om rollen

Vi söker en affärsdriven och resultatinriktad Account Manager, till vårt affärsområde Dining Solution med fokus på produkter som servetter, dukar och ljus, som motiveras av att skapa tillväxt och bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer.

I rollen som Account Manager blir du en nyckelperson med helhetsansvar för att utveckla både nya och befintliga kundrelationer i ditt distrikt. Du ansvarar för hela säljprocessen från prospektering och behovsanalys till förhandling och avslut. Du arbetar strategiskt och operativt med att identifiera affärsmöjligheter med skräddarsydda lösningar som driver tillväxt. Du har budget och resultatansvar för dina kunder och ansvarar för att nå uppsatta försäljnings- och tillväxtmål.

Du arbetar nära interna avdelningar, såsom ditt team, produktutveckling, marknad och kundservice, för att säkerställa professionell och värdeskapande helhetsupplevelse. Försäljningen sker framför allt genom fysiska slutkundsbesök och via grossister inom HoReCa (hotell & restaurang) och dagligvaruhandeln.

Du utgår hemifrån och bor med fördel i Malmö med omnejd med ansvar för region Syd. Du rapporterar till Sales Manager Dining Solution Sweden.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• Proaktivt identifiera och bearbeta nya potentiella kunder genom prospektering och målmedvetna canvas och -kundbesök.

• Utveckla och implementera försäljningsstrategier för att uppnå affärsmål och resultat.

• Etablera och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med befintliga och nya kunder för att driva affärstillväxt.

• Kartlägga kunders behov och presentera skräddarsydda lösningar som skapar värde.

• Delta på mässor och nätverksevenemang för att marknadsföra våra produkter och öka synligheten.

Vi söker en affärsdriven och resultatinriktad person som brinner för försäljning och service.

För att bli framgångsrik och trivas i rollen är du en person som motiveras av att arbeta mot högt uppsatta mål. Du har en stark ansvarskänsla och ett strukturerat arbetssätt som gör att du kan prioritera och leverera enligt satta deadlines. Att hantera flera uppgifter av varierad karaktär i ett högt tempo är något du föredrar och känner dig bekväm med. Förändringar och utmaningar har du en optimistisk inställning till och ser lösningar där andra ser hinder. Du är en relationsbyggare och besitter skickligheten att etablera, utveckla och behålla starka kundrelationer. Din försäljningserfarenhet ger dig tryggheten att driva strategiska beslut till konkreta resultat.

• Erfarenhet: Minst 5+ års erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning. Försäljningserfarenhet inom HoReCa eller närliggande bransch är meriterande.

• Utbildning: Eftergymnasial utbildning inom företagsekonomi eller ett närliggande område från universitet eller yrkeshögskola är meriterande.

• Färdigheter: Starkt kund och -servicefokus, utmärkta förhandlings- och kommunikationsförmågor, lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och resultatdriven. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och målinriktat. Erfarenhet av CRM-system är meriterande. B-Körkort är ett krav för tjänsten.

• Samarbete: Du har en stark samarbetsförmåga och trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor både internt och externt för att nå uppsatta mål.

• Inställning: Nyfiken och ambitiös med viljan att göra skillnad.

• Kommunikation: Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

We are looking for a project manager with sustainability interest to help implementing a an IT project aimed at enabling Duni Group to comply with the EU Deforestation Regulation. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team!

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and executing supply chain operational plans and strategies. With a significant part of our products being produced in Asia (long lead times), this role is key to balance service level and costs in close cooperation with the rest of the planning team as well as stakeholders such as Sourcing, Material Planning and Sales. Furthermore, for the right candidate, there will be a great potential to influence the role and we of course expect you to challenge current ways of working and forums.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze data and reports to improve the delivery of our products and service to the customer
• Optimize forecasting using a variety of tools and have the operational responsibility of statistical forecasting
• Regularly communication to in house stakeholders regarding forecast and future sales expectations for BA BioPak
• Drive and support continuous improvement projects to improve the efficiency of existing processes
• Inventory management
• Mid- and long-term capacity planning
• Support phase-in and phase-out analysis and process
• Ad hoc analysis

Who are you?

We are looking for you that have the passion working in supply chain and get energy from optimizing the service level to our customers and can do that to the lowest possible cost. You are driven, analytical, can handle big data with ease, communicative and have an open mindset to constantly improve the way of working. You work structured and like to build network throughout the organization.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a relevant post-secondary education, you have great knowledge in excel are fluently in English and experience from SAP is a plus.

The Role

As a summer trainee you will work with sustainability related projects together with others as well as on your own. The role

As a Product as a Service Manager at Idun, you will play an important role in further developing Idun. Idun is DUNI group new circular brand.

The role of the Project Manager is key in order to secure efficient and flawless project management throughout the organisation, ensuring that all projects meet set requriements, are completed on time and within budget. Do you have a strong business focus? Are you an analytical person with a great interest in project management, continuous improvement and business control? Right now, we are looking for a new Business Controller who can challenge us, influence us and broaden our views.

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Overall, actively work to improve Business Area Consumer results by supporting as well as pro-actively challenging the Business Area Director and other members of the Business Area Management team such as Marketing, Sales and Production.
- Collect, consolidate, analyze and challenge reported numbers from various parts within the Business Area.
- Manage and run projects of various scope and nature, such as business process improvement, pricing etc.
- Manage and develop a monthly financial package and a management report with comments and recommendations to the Business Area Management Team.
- Perform price, margin and profitability analysis from a customer and product perspective, including KPI’s/scorecards. Simulate effects on profitability with changes in volume and price. Propose and present recommendations.
- Manage and develop the working capital process.
- Manage and develop yearly planning and forecasting process.

The position is full time and based at our headquarters in Malmö. You will be part of the Consumer Management Team and report directly to the Business Area Director Consumer. Business Area Consumer, Duni’s retail segment, has a turnover of approximately 1.000 MSEK. The position requires occasional travel (app. 2-4 days per month). 

Background and personality

You have a university degree in business administration, economics or similar and a minimum of 3 years’ resent experience of business controlling within an international company. Understanding of business processes and experience from the retail industry is a requirement. You have excellent IT understanding and are used to BI-tools. You speak and write Swedish and you are fluent in English, both verbal and written. 

As a person you are structured, analytical, ambitious and pro-active. You possess the ability to identify and realize process improvements and to collect relevant information for the task at hand. Furthermore, you are an outgoing relationship builder with a positive personality, and you have the ability to see the big picture.
