Om rollen

Vi söker en affärsdriven och resultatinriktad Account Manager, till vårt affärsområde Dining Solution med fokus på produkter som servetter, dukar och ljus, som motiveras av att skapa tillväxt och bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer.

I rollen som Account Manager blir du en nyckelperson med helhetsansvar för att utveckla både nya och befintliga kundrelationer i ditt distrikt. Du ansvarar för hela säljprocessen från prospektering och behovsanalys till förhandling och avslut. Du arbetar strategiskt och operativt med att identifiera affärsmöjligheter med skräddarsydda lösningar som driver tillväxt. Du har budget och resultatansvar för dina kunder och ansvarar för att nå uppsatta försäljnings- och tillväxtmål.

Du arbetar nära interna avdelningar, såsom ditt team, produktutveckling, marknad och kundservice, för att säkerställa professionell och värdeskapande helhetsupplevelse. Försäljningen sker framför allt genom fysiska slutkundsbesök och via grossister inom HoReCa (hotell & restaurang) och dagligvaruhandeln.

Du utgår hemifrån och bor med fördel i Malmö med omnejd med ansvar för region Syd. Du rapporterar till Sales Manager Dining Solution Sweden.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• Proaktivt identifiera och bearbeta nya potentiella kunder genom prospektering och målmedvetna canvas och -kundbesök.

• Utveckla och implementera försäljningsstrategier för att uppnå affärsmål och resultat.

• Etablera och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med befintliga och nya kunder för att driva affärstillväxt.

• Kartlägga kunders behov och presentera skräddarsydda lösningar som skapar värde.

• Delta på mässor och nätverksevenemang för att marknadsföra våra produkter och öka synligheten.

• Erfarenhet: Minst 5+ års erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning. Försäljningserfarenhet inom HoReCa eller närliggande bransch är meriterande.

• Utbildning: Eftergymnasial utbildning inom företagsekonomi eller ett närliggande område från universitet eller yrkeshögskola är meriterande.

• Färdigheter: Starkt kund och -servicefokus, utmärkta förhandlings- och kommunikationsförmågor, lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och resultatdriven. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och målinriktat. Erfarenhet av CRM-system är meriterande. B-Körkort är ett krav för tjänsten.

• Samarbete: Du har en stark samarbetsförmåga och trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor både internt och externt för att nå uppsatta mål.

• Inställning: Nyfiken och ambitiös med viljan att göra skillnad.

• Kommunikation: Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

The role
In the role as System & Support Administrator you’ll support the organization with technical support. You will handle different IT-related issues that will come from your your colleagues all around the organization. The cases can come through the ticket system or from other communication channels such as teams, email or someone coming up to you at the office. Who are you?

The role

As an intern for the global social media, you will be a part of the global marketing team at the Duni office in Malmö. Being responsible for the global account on Instagram will mean that you will be a part of the planning of the content, engage with our followers and target group and make sure that you connect potential customers to our customer service.

Requirements for this position:

• You are a student within digital marketing.
• You should understand and be interested in the world of social media.
• Great knowledge in the English language.

The person who will have this role needs to be structured, like to be ahead of things and have a lot of contact with different stakeholders within the company. You should also have an eye for creative, qualitative content to make sure that we have a high qualitative brand account.

You are a team-player that takes ownership and is accountable, you have good communication skills and business acumen. We will soon embark on a journey to do a greenfield implementation of EWM on S/4, that will replace our old existing version, and you would be a key player in this project.

The role of the Project Manager is key in order to secure efficient and flawless project management throughout the organisation, ensuring that all projects meet set requriements, are completed on time and within budget. The role

Therefore, you will have an important role when it comes to securing alternative non- fossil based plastic solutions with the potential to compost or recycle. In this international role as a Sourcing Manager, you travel around Europe and Asia for about 20 days a year making sure that our partnerships bring us to the next level (post the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic). You will be part of our international sourcing team together with 5 other sourcing managers located in Malmö, Singapore and Poznan. You will be located at our head office in Malmö with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.

Some of your exciting tasks are:

• Generate and implement efficient souring and commodity strategies
• Calculate and analyse cost break downs, as well as propose methods for reducing costs.
• Negotiate and secure attractive agreements and ensure that suppliers are constantly challenged
• Manage and expand the European supplier base for paper based packing, including supplier evaluations, as well supplier consolidation.
• Function as both strategic and operational in the commodity and work closely with planners to maintain excellent service levels
• Participate in various New Product Development projects
• Capacity and lead time management with the supplier base
• Constantly striving for improving and developing the strategic sourcing team way of working to assure a best in class function

Who are you?
You are an action-driven person with a lot of self-drive and commitment. You have a strategic mindset not minding the operational work since you have the main responsibility of your supplier’s performance. You are a champion when it comes to communication and collaboration as you will work closely with your team colleagues, product managers, project managers and suppliers.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a relevant post-secondary education and that you have a few years of relevant procurement experience at an international company. There you have gained the knowledge on how it is to work with big suppliers, you have made a few mistakes that you have learned from, and you are now secure enough in yourself to challenge the Duni Group supplier base to secure attractive and competitive agreements. If you also have experience of handling large amount of article numbers in a business where the customer's demand can vary greatly, we see this as a big plus.

For this role communication is the key to success, and since you will come to work in an international environment you need to be fluent in English.

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Overall, actively work to improve Business Area Consumer results by supporting as well as pro-actively challenging the Business Area Director and other members of the Business Area Management team such as Marketing, Sales and Production.
- Collect, consolidate, analyze and challenge reported numbers from various parts within the Business Area.
- Manage and run projects of various scope and nature, such as business process improvement, pricing etc.
- Manage and develop a monthly financial package and a management report with comments and recommendations to the Business Area Management Team.
- Perform price, margin and profitability analysis from a customer and product perspective, including KPI’s/scorecards. Simulate effects on profitability with changes in volume and price. Propose and present recommendations.
- Manage and develop the working capital process.
- Manage and develop yearly planning and forecasting process.

The position is full time and based at our headquarters in Malmö. You will be part of the Consumer Management Team and report directly to the Business Area Director Consumer. Business Area Consumer, Duni’s retail segment, has a turnover of approximately 1.000 MSEK. The position requires occasional travel (app. 2-4 days per month). 

Background and personality

You have a university degree in business administration, economics or similar and a minimum of 3 years’ resent experience of business controlling within an international company. Understanding of business processes and experience from the retail industry is a requirement. You have excellent IT understanding and are used to BI-tools. You speak and write Swedish and you are fluent in English, both verbal and written. 

As a person you are structured, analytical, ambitious and pro-active. You possess the ability to identify and realize process improvements and to collect relevant information for the task at hand.
