Om tjänsten

I tjänsten som Business Controller på E.ON så får du möjligheten att kombinera ditt intresse för Ekonomi och IT.
Du får möjligheten att arbeta med budgetprocesser, prognoser och utfall.
Till din hjälp så har du ett team med både regionala och centrala kollegor inom controlling.

I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även bland annat:


Sammanställning av ekonomiska rapporter, balanserade styrkort och KPI:er.
Analysering av avvikelser och förbättringsområden.
Hantering av relevanta planerings- och ekonomisystem.
Mycket samarbete och dialoger med andra bolag inom E.ON.


I tjänsten så rapporterar du till chefen för Portfolio och Economy.

Vi tror att du som söker har en universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande.
Du har minst några års erfarenhet av controlling sedan tidigare och förståelse för hur en
IT-verksamhet fungerar.

Du får gärna ha:


Förståelse för investeringar, Förvaltning etc.
Intresserad av olika ekonomisystem
Kompetens i att skapa pedagogiska presentationer och sammanställningar
Mycket god erfarenhet från MS Excel
Mycket god samarbetsförmåga

RPA Center Of Excellence team leader

We are now setting up a RPA Center of Excellence team in the Swedish business IT organization. Machine Learning Engineer

Data Protection Officer

I rollen som Data Protection Officer ansvarar du för att övervaka och säkerställa att E.ON har hög kvalitet inom området personuppgiftshantering och att denna följer dataskyddslagstiftningen. Du är dataskyddsinspektionens huvudkontakt för E.ON och även representant för vår svenska verksamhet inom ramen för E.ONs systematiska dataskyddsarbete. Granska personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal och andra avtal utifrån ett dataskyddsperspektiv.
Inventera och rapportera om dataskyddsfrågor och eventuella förbättringsmöjligheter.
Arbeta för att införa säkerhetsskyddsåtgärder enligt dataskyddslagstiftningen.
Ge råd vid genomförande av konsekvensbedömning av dataskydd och övervaka genomförandet av den.


Du kommer ha en självständig roll i verksamheten men kommer tillhöra avdelningen Legal & Compliance och du rapporterar till E.ONs chefsjurist. Du är troligen jurist och har erfarenhet inom dataskyddsjuridiken, förmodligen arbetar du i en liknande roll idag. Då en stor del av ditt arbete innebär samarbete med olika parter är du van att kommunicera på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt. Du har stort intresse för och kunskap om EU-regelverket och dataskyddsförordningen. E.ON står inför en stor förändring att bli mer digitala och din roll kommer vara delaktig i detta och för att kunna vara rådgivare gällande dessa frågor har du kunskap inom IT-hantering och lagring.

Avdelningen Energy Network Delivery inom Business IT i Malmö består av ett 20-tal medarbetare som arbetar med utveckling och förvaltning av administrativa IT-system.   Vårt uppdrag är leverera hållbara , säkra och moderna IT-lösningar och supporta verksamheten att bli mer digitala. Gruppen består utav application managers, arkitekter och utvecklare och vi vill nu utöka teamet med två domänarkitekter inom respektive område Supply Chain Management och Asset Management/Meter Management till kontoret i Malmö.

Head of Portfolio Development

As Head of Portfolio Development you will support the strategic implementation for E.ON´s businesses in the Nordics with respect to portfolio measures. In the role you will lead a team of two very competent and engaged project managers. One of your responsibilities is to prepare and conduct negotiations of commercial terms and contracts with transaction counterparties. You will determine and implement the best suitable investment or divestment strategy for transactions which have been delegated by Corporate M&A with the focus on E.ONs goal to be 100% renewable and recycled in 2025.

Being the process lead of delegated Mergers & Acquisitions projects or project modules includes:


Co-ordinating local teams including internal project team members for all transactions.



Responsible for process management from kick-off to closing of the project
Co-ordination of internal set-up of the project team and external advisor support
Key contact person for E.ON’s global M&A team in Essen.
