As we continue to grow and make an impact, we’re now seeking a Marketing Manager to execute a diverse range of marketing campaigns. This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing efforts to support business growth and expand Dosetest’s reach.
What You’ll Do:
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns: Oversee offline advertising efforts, including conference sponsorships, and online campaigns targeting both B2B and consumer audiences.
Execute creative campaigns: Develop marketing materials, such as advertisements and other assets, tailored to specific audiences and campaign goals.
Plan and manage B2B marketing efforts: Design and execute strategies to engage businesses, agencies, and other partners through impactful campaigns and initiatives.
Oversee consumer-facing campaigns: Create targeted online marketing initiatives to build awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Analyze and report campaign performance: Track metrics, evaluate success, and refine strategies to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.

Core Responsibilities:
Campaign management: Plan, launch, and optimize offline and online marketing initiatives to achieve measurable results.
Creative oversight: Coordinate the development of creative materials, including ad concepts, presentations, and event sponsorship assets.
Performance tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Cross-functional coordination: Align marketing activities with sales and operational objectives to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Vendor and partner management: Work with external agencies, designers, and other vendors to execute campaigns effectively.

As we continue to grow and make an impact, we’re now seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee and optimize our sales processes, supported by a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). A key aspect of this position involves managing our most important sales contracts and handling sales directly to ensure the success and expansion of our initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day sales operations: Ensure seamless coordination between the sales team and fulfillment partners.
Analyze and optimize sales metrics: Ensure strategies align with business demands and contract requirements.
Lead cross-functional projects: Drive improvements in sales workflows, from conception to execution.
Collaborate with customer support: Resolve sales-related issues efficiently and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team: Develop operational strategies that drive efficiency and enable scalable growth.
Manage key sales contracts: Ensure all terms are met and foster strong relationships with key clients.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts by conducting sales calls, engaging directly with clients, and supporting our Sales Manager in expanding our market presence.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct Sales Calls: Engage with diverse clients, including non-profits, hospitals, and county agencies, to introduce and promote our products.
Manage the Sales Process: Handle the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Prepare Sales Materials: Create and organize presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents to support sales activities.
Coordinate Sales Meetings: Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure timely and professional interactions with clients.

Vad du kommer att göra:
Fungera som en nyckelkontakt mellan tillverkningspartners och logistikteamet för att säkerställa en effektiv drift och problemfri produktions- och leveranskedja.
Analysera lagernivåer och optimera produktionsscheman för att möta affärsbehov och förhindra brist eller överskott.
Assistera i kundsupport vid behov, lösa frågor och identifiera möjligheter att förbättra kundnöjdheten, samt implementera effektiva lösningar.
Koordinera och stödja säljteamet med administrativa och operationella uppgifter för att säkerställa en hög servicenivå och en smidig säljprocess.
Samordna och förbättra interna processer, samt bistå VDi att driva strategiska verksamhetsinsatser för att stötta företagets tillväxt.

Kärnansvar:
Säkerställa effektiv kommunikation och samordning mellan tillverkningspartners, logistik och andra operativa team.
