The responsibilities

We are looking for a strong product designer with a focus on mobile UX/UI (iOS, Android). You combine empathy for the user with an analytical mind and like to take ownership of your work. You thrive in fast-paced, iterative, and agile startup environments.

THE ROLE

- Define the user experience for new and existing users: Build from the first idea to sketches, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design

- Take your work from discovery to final production together with the product and development team

- Assist in user interview/testing sessions as well as A/B tests

- Collaborate with our graphic designer to ensure streamlined representation of the brand, while owning UX/UI for the app and the clinician platform

Role description

You will primarily work to

- Prepare, maintain and analyse financial and operational data
- Prepare and maintain a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance
- Model, evaluate, and analyse new projects and investment opportunities
- Identify and analyse potential acquisition targets
- Develop and analyse internal reports by collecting, analysing, formatting and presenting information
- Ad-hoc analysis for executives and other departments within the organisation as required
- You independently manage the financial processes and work with ongoing follow-ups and analyses.


More specifically your tasks will be:

- Monthly and annual accounts for the Swedish AB
- Reporting and ongoing communication regarding US based parent company

The responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to ensure that we are compliant with relevant regulations as we expand globally (right now Flow is CE marked as a medical device in Europe).

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Assist our supply and quality managers with quality controls and documentation.
- Maintain and improve our existing quality management system and processes.
- Design control, testing, verification and validation of updated and newly designed products and services, both hardware and software.
- Work with our suppliers to improve our quality control and manufacturing processes.
- Assist customer support with technical troubleshooting.

Skills and experiences we are looking for

We would love to hear from you if you have a BSc in a related engineering field. Experience in working with medical devices, product and/or software quality assurance is desired but not strictly required. You are fluent in English.

Knowledge of all or any of these standards/regulations is a merit: ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001, FDA QSR, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 60601.
