The role

We are now seeking a Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Malmö.

This position is for you if you:

The responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to assist our production, supply and quality team to ensure that our product quality meets our high-set expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

- Together our production and quality managers be responsible for quality controls and documentation.

- Maintain and improve our existing processes related to quality assurance.

- Perform design control, testing, verification, and validation of updated and newly designed products and services, both hardware and software, in accordance with product requirements and medical device regulations.

- Perform service and troubleshooting on malfunctioning or worn-out devices.

- Assist customer support with technical troubleshooting and documentation.

- Handle the packing of special orders and document the procedure so that the instructions can be transferred to our warehouses.

Skills and experiences we are looking for

We would love to hear from you if you have a BSc in a related engineering field.

Experience in working with medical devices, product and/or software quality control is desired but not required.

Knowledge of all or any of these standards/regulations is a bonus: EU MDR, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001, FDA QSR, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 60601.

You are fluent in English.

The responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to develop our e-commerce site and assist the marketing team with various technical tasks. Your main responsibilities will be web development, both frontend and to some extent integrations with 3rd party tools, and to run experiments to optimize the sales funnel.

Role description

You will primarily work to

- Prepare, maintain and analyse financial and operational data
- Prepare and maintain a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance
- Model, evaluate, and analyse new projects and investment opportunities
- Identify and analyse potential acquisition targets
- Develop and analyse internal reports by collecting, analysing, formatting and presenting information
- Ad-hoc analysis for executives and other departments within the organisation as required
- You independently manage the financial processes and work with ongoing follow-ups and analyses.


More specifically your tasks will be:

- Monthly and annual accounts for the Swedish AB
- Reporting and ongoing communication regarding US based parent company
- Preparing financial reports to the quarterly board meetings
- Closely work with the CEO to develop KPIs
- Drive and further develop the financial processes (budget and forecast)
- Internal control and some responsibility for cash flow and treasury
- Ongoing contact with our auditors
- Perform relevant business control activities by being close to the business. Participate in the sales quotation process, hands- on business control over production and technology activities


About the role

You need to be unpretentious and see it as natural to help where needed, both high and low. You are also expected to be involved and provide input on issues concerning both digital development and the business as a whole.

Skills regarding scripting, automation and experience with various digital tools for creating automated flows and integrations will be important in the how we rate the candidates.

- Developing wearables and/or medical devices
- eCAD in Altium Designer

The responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to lead the development of the next generation of our electronics platform for our transcranial electric stimulation (tES) treatments.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- PCB design for products and test systems
- Firmware development
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with medical device standards and regulations.
