Your future with us ????
As an Account Manager, you will own the overall relationship with your customer portfolio and make sure that your customers both are happy and keep on growing towards maximizing their GetAccept investment. You will have full commercial ownership of your customer portfolio.
As Account Manager your days will consist of:
Ongoing account management to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
Work towards an Up- and Cross-Sell budget with a strong focus on finding new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all features and introduce them to new product releases in a sales-oriented way.
Develop strategic relationships with customer accounts and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team regarding onboarding and engagement to ensure that your customer portfolio thrives in the best way possible!
Manage renewals and proactive anti-churn work.

As Account Manager, you will be part of our Sales team in Sweden (who has an outstanding +92 on our eNPS ????) and work together with other Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and our Marketing and Product teams. Our appreciated Sales Director, Erik Persson, will be your closest Manager and take part in your personal development.

Cool. So what's the role about?????
As Product Marketing Manager you will make sure that our product and its value is clearly communicated towards the market! It’s all about creating amazing content which acts as a bridge between what our product does and what our customers need!
Analyze the market, customer and competitor trends to understand and anticipate customer needs and behavior
Execute go-to-market plans that attract the attention of relevant users, conduct competitor research to understand how we differentiate and build stories to win our battles!
Collaborate with our engineering & product teams to create attractive templates and flows that our customers will be excited about and build stories around how the product will bring value to our users
Our product releases are a big thing (!) and your role in this will be to create the project plans, customer cases and content pieces together with the Product Manager in order to make them excellent!
Last but not least you will enhance the product-related landing pages, website, in-app campaigns, SEO product content as well as product engagement throughout the user base!

Reporting directly to our CMO Frida, you will be a part of our global marketing team (24 competent, kind and inspiring colleagues!) and work closely with Gokul, also Product Marketing Manager.
You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure copy, tonality and design are aligned throughout all parts of our product interactions. You will collaborate with your colleagues in the content team to refine messaging, marketing, and sales engagement material.
