About the role
As Group COO, you are responsible for leading and developing the company’s global operations, including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics. You will drive operational performance, efficiency, and large-scale transformation across all markets.

Responsibilities
Lead global operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics
Drive improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including network optimization and capability development
Develop and implement strategies for an optimized and scalable manufacturing and logistics network

Group IT
Hilding Anders’ Group IT function focuses on supporting the Group in achieving its’ business objectives. In a global group such as Hilding Anders, exchange of information is key and Group IT oversees and manages information channels, security monitoring and Business Intelligence platforms. THE ROLE
We are looking for a BI Data Specialist to join our dynamic Group IT team. This is a specialist role, with clear scope to be involved in all aspects of the work our brilliant team do.
Coming with a strong technical background complemented with finance and/or IT background you will understand business intelligence (BI) and analytics and will be passionate about translating data into actionable insights. The ability to work cross functional is key, as are strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities
· You will be the business intelligence partner to several executive or senior managers (mostly finance) within Hilding Anders to understand different data needs and build a solution that delivers high quality and reliable data.
· The position includes working closely with Hilding Anders BI users to capture business needs, analysing, designing, developing, testing, and validating new developments.
· Handle support issues regarding report changes, validate report outcome with internal system data.
· Develop and implement strategies related to Data management and system processes.
· Support in creating site specific standardized way of working to secure that the output complies with the data quality.
· You will be responsible for presenting and distributing operational data, from the mail and logistics domain.
You will report directly to our Head of IT.
WHO YOU ARE
We believe that the ideal candidate has worked with business intelligence, and has the following qualifications and experiences:
· 2-4 years of experience within data analysis and/or finance.
· Data professional, potentially data engineer, with strong knowledge of relation databases and dataflows.
· University degree in relevant field such as computer science, data analytics or finance.
· Experience from working with data in a finance setup.
· Programming capability in .
· Solid experience in understanding and implementing Data Governance, Data modelling together with to ERP-systems M3.
· Good understanding of ERP system, M3, processes and to be able to interpret business requirement from local needs.
· Working knowledge of Power BI. Report and/or dashboard building. Eye for visualizations.
· Important of course is the specific IT and general data capabilities.
· We expect you have passionate interest in data warehouse and knowledge of extract, load and transform data from different structured and unstructured data sources.
· Expert skills in working with PowerBI and developing PowerApps. Experience in creating advanced dashboards, and reports is also required.
· Ability to explain complex and technical concepts.
· Fluent in English.

Job Description: Google Cloud Data Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Data Engineer to help us build and develop our brand new BI setup from scratch. You’re going to be part of a small BI/analytics team with the goal of providing support, high quality data products and insights for a wide range of stakeholders from product development through marketing, sales, supply chain, operations and finance. We are working with many data sources in a scattered environment, and we need to make sure all information is up to date, reliable and easily accessible in order to optimize our business on a continuous basis. We are in the beginning of this journey, so the first period will mainly be about sourcing data and building out our reporting, but we aim to activate our data through our product and marketing communication soon via data applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Be the owner of our BI infrastructure setup
· Work with business stakeholders and analysts from concept to operations, providing deep technical subject matter expertise for successfully deploying large scale data solutions in the enterprise, using modern data/analytics technologies
· Experience in building solution architecture, provision infrastructure, secure and reliable data-centric services and application in GCP
· Work with data team to efficiently use Cloud infrastructure to analyze data, build models, and generate reports/visualizations
· Integrate massive datasets from multiple data sources for data modelling
· Formulate business problems as technical data problems while ensuring key business drivers are captured in collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications and skills
· Hands-on GCP experience with a minimum of 1 solution designed and implemented at production scale
· Minimum 1 year of architecting and implementing next generation data and analytics platforms on GCP cloud
· Minimum 1 year of designing and building production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption within a hybrid big data architecture, using Java, Python, Scala etc.
· Minimum 1 year of designing and implementing data engineering, ingestion and curation functions on GCP cloud using GCP native or custom programming

Hur ser en arbetsdag ut?

Som Supportspecialist kommer du framförallt att arbeta i en serviceinriktad IT-roll där du rapporterar till IT/IS Manager. Vi arbetar vi inom ett IT-ramverk där du som supportspecialist verkar med stor frihet inom ramarna.

* Dina arbetsdagar som Supportspecialist ser oftast olika ut och kan innebära såväl användarsupport och problemlösning som implementering av nya system.
* I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat installation, drift, underhåll, användarstöd, felavhjälpning och vidareutveckling av IT-miljön som består av nätverk, servrar, användardatorer, skrivare med mera.
