YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a service support you are the visitor’s first point of contact, you will ensure a positive and inspiring welcome, and give support that creates a better working day for our co-workers and many visitors.
Your main tasks will be:
• Manage the day-to-day office operations in the Startbox (our reception), including cooperation with the other support functions in the office.
• Manage and support visitor’s registrations at the gates.
• Support requests and daily questions and taking care of reservations through direct personal contact, via phone or e-mail.
• Manage and book meeting rooms through Outlook, lend out technical equipment, pool cars and bicycles,
• Inspire the co-workers and be an ambassador for the workplace.

Support requests and questions on practical areas, such as repairs, furniture assembly, refurnishing recycling, and preparations for meeting.
You will support by technical questions, such as Skype/Teams/Office 365.
Manage the day-to-day Facility operations in the office, including cooperation with the other support functions.
Secure knowledge and understanding of our agreement with Customers.
