Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management (Primary Focus)

Contribute to administration and improvements within within Entra ID (device identity, Conditional Access), Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps), and Microsoft 365 tenant health, licensing, and service changes
Collaborate with security and cloud teams to align endpoint management with Zero Trust principles

General
Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for endpoint-related escalations
Participate in M365-related projects and service improvements
Maintain accurate technical documentation and architecture decisions
Stay current with Microsoft’s endpoint management roadmap and best practices

About you
You’re a hands-on endpoint specialist with strong enterprise experience running SCCM and delivering modern management with Intune. You’re comfortable owning legacy infrastructure while driving a structured migration to cloud-based endpoint management. You troubleshoot confidently, document decisions clearly, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and service operations. Security, compliance, and user experience are always on your radar.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience operating SCCM in an enterprise environment
Proven experience deploying and managing Windows devices and applications using Intune
Experience with SCCM–Intune migration scenarios
Solid understanding of Windows client management, Active Directory and Group Policy, and endpoint security/patching concepts
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical areas
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 and MS-102r
Familiarity with modern security concepts (Zero Trust, Least Privilege, Just-in-Time access)
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (e.g. healthcare)

About the position
You will be part of Diaverum’s IT Operations team, which is responsible for providing standardized IT services and solutions for the entire Diaverum group, including network and infrastructure, computers and servers, security solutions, global IT support, and a collaboration and productivity platform based on M365.

Within identity and access management, you will ensure secure access to our IT environment through, among other things, a well-functioning Active Directory. You will play a key role in developing and continuously improving our M365 environment and identity and access management of our entire IT environment.

The opportunity
In this role you will provide operational support to the Smart Residential/Yale Product Units and Market Regions within EMEIA with focus on assuring productivity, efficiency, quality, cost optimization and on-time delivery with external supply partners and inter-company manufacturing organizations.

Propose improvements and evolutions of products and production tooling to R&D teams
Assist and supervise production partners to realize production prototypes in line with project timescales
Identify issues related to production tooling and drive corrective actions.
Ensure product related (operational) information is obtained and populated within relevant ERP and/or Product Information Masters.
Work closely with engineering, product management, internal customers and operations/production entities to define, track and ensure completion of new product launch objectives.
Perform supplier Process Audit through on-site visits
Work closely with EMEIA Tech support, Engineering and Product Management to drive product quality improvement towards our suppliers
Coordinate operations deliverables as required by the gateway process

Quality
In collaboration with quality function, ensure all quality requirements are implemented at supplier’s e.g. in-coming quality controls, in-process quality control, out-going quality controls etc.
Provide technical contribution in the resolution of problems or non-conformities both internally and with suppliers in close collaboration with quality. Help to manage quality of sub-contracted products.

Education / Qualifications:
Essential:
A Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in a relevant field: business, operations, supply chain management, engineering.

Desirable:
A Masters degree (MSc) in a relevant field: business, operations, supply chain management, engineering.
APICS, CPIM and/or CIRM certification is also a plus.
MBA is preferred.



Experience:
Essential:
Deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes for both mechanical and electronic products
Strong supplier management skills
Significant operations management experience and progressive responsibility within a world-class manufacturing company preferably in consumer electronics
Ability to influence and work through cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of an organization
Experience of working in multi-cultural teams
Prepared to travel extensively in the role, mostly within EMEIA, but occasionally elsewhere in the world

What we are looking for
We believe that you probably have a university degree slanted toward one or several relevant engineering disciplines.
You have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience, a majority of time spent on embedded platforms and local systems architecture. If you have experience of working with consumer electronics, this is highly valued. Further it is highly desirable that you have experience specifically from working in the video domain.
If you have experience from working in a global organization, working across time zones and international travel, this is a plus.


Necessary skills for success:
General knowledge of all aspects of system engineering.
Experience from working with low power embedded systems, optimizing boot time or methods of putting systems in stand-by.
Hands on experience and familiarity of the domain of video products, general and future trends, codecs, various levels-, and methods of video (and audio) analysis etc.
Experience from working with IoT security, and comfortable with authentication principles, encryption concepts, cryptographical methods.
Working knowledge of the current, or even next generation capabilities of chipsets, and able to establish capabilities versus cost.
Basic knowledge of concepts such as computer vision, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and is able to understand necessary computational power relative different applications and performance levels.
Experience from working with communication protocols (e.g. Zigbee, BLE, Z-Wave, WiFi, and GSM/LTE)
Fluency in English and being culturally aware are also important areas to master.
