About the Role: Join a leading Data Management team driving the organization’s Data Governance and Data Management initiatives. The team plays a pivotal role in developing processes, methods, and tools that ensure high-quality, trusted data supported by clear ownership is readily available for reporting, digital solutions, automation, and AI-driven analytics .We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in DBT, Databricks, and data Lakehouse architectures to contribute to one of the data teams within Network Operations or Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and architecture of data products.
Develop and optimize data pipelines using DBT and Databricks (including potential streaming data via Kafka).
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, analysts, and application teams to deliver reliable and scalable data products.
Implement data governance, testing, and CI/CD best practices to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in , Python, and modern data transformation frameworks such as DBT.
Expertise in Databricks (Spark, Unity Catalog).
Strong understanding of data lake and data Lakehouse concepts (e.g., Parquet, Iceberg, Delta Lake).
Experience with Git (preferably GitLab).
Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and comfortable communicating in English.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
Experience with Kafka is a strong plus.

This role is critical in designing, configuring, and delivering scalable, integrated solutions that enhance business processes and support digital sales operations across global markets. The assignment involves contributing to a core digital retail solution used in physical store environments across multiple markets. The tool supports key use cases including sales order creation, product navigation, and real-time stock information empowering sales teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Solution Development : Act as a key functional consultant for D365 FO and Commerce, designing robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve business processes.
Integration Architecture: Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions between omnichannel sales order capture systems and D365 FO & Commerce platforms.
Enterprise Alignment: Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional architects, developers, and product teams to convert business requirements into scalable, end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate journey mapping workshops, preferably with experience in B2B or sales contexts.
Guide teams in understanding and applying customer journeys and service blueprints to inform strategic decisions.
