Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.

Our organization for development support is growing and to be able to continue delivering great result we welcome an IT Security specialist. To fit our agile team, you need to be a senior IT Security specialist with proven experience on designing and maintaining complex IT environments with focus on security. As an agile IT Security specialist, you will have a broad set of responsibilities, as you will assist in the design and maintenance of an environment based both in a classic data center and in AWS from a security perspective. The solution has integrations to several other systems as well that needs to be maintained and reviewed. The system is constantly evolving and growing and needs continuous re-design, automation and adjustment. You will be heading up a newly formed unit within Global IS/IT responsible for compliance and cyber security and reporting to Global Director IS/IT.

As CISO you will be responsible for both developing existing security and build an efficient security foundation that supports the strategic direction of the company. This involves, among other things, responsibility to equip the company with a fit-for-purpose Security Management Framework and Strategy. The position requires someone with a vision and the capability to question the norms, knowledge in how to manage enterprise risks and the ability to lead with assertiveness.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain an effective information security architectural approach, ensuring that the approach is implemented in accordance with appropriate standards.
- Lead information security and enterprise risk management activities that evaluate and prioritize business risks based on business capability exposure.
- Engage with partners in the industry, law enforcement and threat intelligence vendors to share and exchange standard methodologies and relevant information.
- Define metrics and KPI´s and set information security goals and objectives consistent with organization business need, objectives and strategy.

- 5+ years of experience in Information Security field of work, preferable within a regulated industry.

We are looking for an Information Security Threat and Incident Manager to strengthen our Security Threat and Incident Management team. If you have experience within IT security and security threats and managing day to day security incidents combined with a strong technical understanding of security monitoring tools you might be the perfect candidate.

In this role you will work closely with both IT and the business to identify and resolve security issues; asses and communicate information about the issues and threats we face as organization and identify sustainable solutions in collaboration with your colleagues in Information Security.

- Drive log and monitoring issues by creating action plans and engaging appropriate parties to implement improvement actions
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Log and Monitoring Management process to continually improve the process
- Engage appropriate subject matter experts to affect implementation of improvements to the log and monitoring process
- Review and analyze threat intelligence to identify new threats and utilize our SIEM capabilities to mitigate threats

Your profile

As mentioned it’s important that you have experience in managing security log and monitoring, threat intelligence and have a good understanding of Security terminology.

We expect you to be experienced in:

- SIEM, Log Management, DLP, compliance and vulnerability tools
- Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory and the possibilities to control access, data and application through these tools
- Technical understanding with ability to translate into business concepts
