Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. Troubleshooters North West is a sub department of Technical Support NCE, which support regionally the Service and Construction business with technical knowledge and acts as the link between R&D and local business units. Main tasks for the department include providing advanced remote troubleshooting and technical planning on stopped turbines, direct support to service technicians in the field, software focus including remote upload, turbine performance, providing answers to technical questions both internal and external to customers, and attending customer meetings were required.

Responsibilities
The Technical Support Operator role is the link between Technical Support NCE and Technology R&D and the role is handling stopped turbines on a daily basis in a shift plan.
The main tasks are:
Advanced remote troubleshooting on stopped turbines
Participate in stopped turbine calls and in on-site support in troubleshooting of difficult-to-solve/first-of-its-kind issues
Identifying the correct documentation, components and tooling needed to carry out the job
Evaluating technical customer questions and reports and providing answers and presenting technical matters at customer meetings
Creating, updating, and maintaining guides (VGAs) for Service Technician

The Construction Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed - and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with the logistics, procurement, and finance departments, the team keeps the project on budget and on schedule and ensures that our global safety and quality standards are met. Construction also works closely with the Sales and Legal Departments to ensure that each wind farm delivers the highest energy yield within the client's specifications.
The Project Documentation department is responsible for the whole documentation scope within construction. The aim of this function is to provide the agreed scope of project-specific as-built documentation to the project's customer and enable internal departments like Service to access the documents.

We are looking for the right person to join our Sales Business Performance Management team. At the forefront of finance, our department is key in supporting the regional CFO, while acting as a trusted partner towards the Sales organization.
The position is responsible for providing advanced and comprehensive financial risk management, analysis, controlling and reporting for the assigned projects to the Sales organization and Management. You would actively engage with the commercial departments and other operations and finance stakeholders to enable decision making of the project business cases.
