Accountant - with interest for Group Accounting
Are you an experienced accountant who enjoys structure, responsibility and making things run smoothly — but also wants to be part of a fast-growing tech company? ????
At Nimblr, we’re bringing our accounting function in-house and are now looking for a skilled Accountant to take ownership of our financial accounting. You’ll be handling monthly closings, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory reporting working closely with our controllers and CFO. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys improving processes, and wants to make a real impact on how we manage and report our finances.

Key Responsibilities?????
Take full ownership of the accounting and financial closing processes


Assist with the group accounting and consolidation, compiling data and developing consolidated financial reporting together with the CFO


Prepare and execute monthly and annual closings


Manage posting and payment of supplier invoices as well as taxes and fees


Reconcile balance sheet accounts


I/C reconciliations


Have responsibility of taxes, VAT, and fees


Prepare annual reports and tax returns


Serve as main contact for auditors, authorities, and other external stakeholders


Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and routines



What we are looking for????
Post-secondary education in finance or accounting


8–10 years of relevant experience within accounting or finance


Solid experience of month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings


Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations


Experience from consolidation work


Comfortable taking ownership and working independently within your area


Language skills: English is our corporate language, but you need to be confident using Swedish in your day-to-day business.


Used to working in structured financial environments


Nice to have?

Authorised accounting qualification


Previous experience in an international or multi-entity organisation


Interest in process optimisation and finance development


Experience in Fortnox

Finance Assistant

In this key role, you’ll support smooth financial operations, streamline processes, and collaborate with teams across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities
As our Finance Assistant, your main focus will be on accounts receivable and sales administration, but you’ll also contribute to the development and improvement of finance processes as we scale. You’ll be well suited to this role if you enjoy improving workflows, take initiative, and can adapt to the varied needs of a growing company. The role involves tasks such as:

(AR):
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Manage international reminders and dunning letters
Follow up on overdue payments, collaborating with external collection partners
Reconcile and analyse AR accounts
Improve and standardise global AR processes

Sales Administration:
Support sales teams across countries with quotes, orders, and customer records
Improve workflows
Generate sales statistics and reports

Group Collaboration & Intercompany Invoicing:
Contribute to the overall finance operation
Support monthly closings
Manage intercompany invoicing with accurate documentation
Coordinate incoming finance queries
What we are looking for You have a post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
A few years’ experience in accounts receivable, ideally within an international context.
A strong understanding of multi-currency invoicing and international VAT regulations.
You have excellent attention to detail, with a genuine interest in streamlining and improving financial workflows.
You are a reliable and collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment
Familiarity with finance systems, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-border setting
English is essential, and you should be confident reading Swedish for internal documentation

Nice to have
Experience from a SaaS environment 
Familiarity with tools such as Younium, Hubspot, and Fortnox

The front end developer role is broad and includes responsibility for Nimblr's platform. Nimblr utvecklar och säljer molnbaserade IT-säkerhetsutbildningar till företag och organisationer. Våra intuitiva lösningar bygger på samlad kunskap från Cyber security och edtech.
I ditt arbete hos oss kommer du vara ett av företagets viktigaste ansikten utåt. Du kommer arbeta med problemlösning och ett gott kundbemötande. Vid inkomna ärenden är du kundens första kontakt och ansvarar för att möta deras behov.
Du kommer ha en viktig roll i det löpande förbättringsarbetet som ger dig möjligheten att utvecklas och bli vassare inom IT. Du kommer ansvara för att sköta företagets supportbox och svara på mejl från våra kunder. Du tar emot inkomna supportsamtal, konfigurerar tjänsten och sätter upp konton. Vidare gör du felsökning i våra applikationer, men även till viss del i kundens system. Du identifierar problem och beskriver behov av nya funktioner. Du kommer hålla i kundmöten online och att upprätta vår FAQ.

Har minst 2 års-erfarenhet inom IT-branschen. Yrkeserfarenhet eller relevant utbildning.
