Coordinate Global Learning and Talent Programs activities and support learning journeys
Do you want to join a global organization contributing to the green transition and enabling people development across NKT? In this role, you will coordinate global learning and talent programs and ensure high-quality learning experiences for colleagues across regions. As part of a growing People & Culture function, you will support the Organizational Development team with program planning, logistics, and communication. 


Organize global trainings and talent programs across NKT
You will work with planning, organizing, and executing global learning initiatives across the organization. The position includes coordination of virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring logistics run smoothly, and providing operational support throughout the full learning cycle. You will prepare materials, manage scheduling, update the Learning Management System (LMS), and collaborate closely with trainers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. The role also includes gathering feedback and supporting continuous improvement of training and Talent Programs activities.


Your responsibility will be to:
* Plan and organize training programs, workshops, and events
* Coordinate logistics, communication, session hosting, and stakeholder alignment
* Maintain and update global LMS content, enrolments, and data
* Prepare and manage program materials, documentation, and participant support
* Collect and analyze training feedback for evaluation and improvement


You will be part of the Organizational Development team and report to the Head of Functional Academy. The role is based in Malmö, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark, and includes approximately 45–60 planned travel days per year (mainly within Europe).

Service oriented, accurate and structured coordinator with a global mindset
You are service oriented, comfortable collaborating with many stakeholders, and enjoy contributing to an inclusive learning experience. You communicate clearly, handle changing situations with ease, and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work. You are comfortable working both independently and within a team, and you value supporting others through organized and reliable coordination.


You also have:
* Minimum 5 years of experience within a coordinator role, such as event coordinator, project coordinator, executive assistant or office coordinator
* Training coordination, Learning & Development, HR operations, or event management experience is beneficial, but not a must
* Experience managing complex projects across functions
* Experience with LMS platforms or digital learning tools a plus
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Advanced English skills, spoken and written

Develop and implement a global security framework
As Global Security Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of NKT’s security and business continuity strategy across all sites and business units. You will own the physical and travel security frameworks, emergency and crisis management processes, and ensure compliance with global standards and regulations. In this role, you will enjoy a considerable degree of freedom and visibility, substantially shaping our operational fortitude and the confidence of stakeholders.
Your responsibility will be to:
* Develop and implement NKT’s global security governance and strategy
* Own physical security, travel security, emergency and crisis management frameworks
* Collaborate closely with local security -, facility - and HSE responsible
* Facilitate security workshops, training programs, and awareness initiatives
* Conduct risk assessments, facilitate improvement initiatives and interface with enterprise risk management
* Monitor and implement relevant legislation, standards, and customer requirements

You will report to the Head of Group HSSE and collaborate closely with a broad set of stakeholders (i.e. site managements, facility management and local safety and security managers, legal, commercial, procurement and communications.) The role can be based in Sweden, Portugal, Czech Republic, or Poland, with travel required 1–2 times per month across Europe.

Additionally, you will represent HV Solutions in alignment discussions with other business lines, improve data quality, and ensure user training and onboarding.

Your responsibility will be to:
* Manage HV Solutions Business line specific CRM development activities
* Generate ideas and manage CRM system changes
* Prioritize business requests and changes
* Ensure data quality and user training
* Coordinate with IT to solve technical issues


You will report to the Head of Business Development, HVS, and collaborate with CRM users, IT, sales, market intelligence, and other stakeholders. This position involves travel of 10-20 days per year and can be based in Karlskrona (SE), Malmö (SE), Copenhagen (DK) or Cologne (DE).   We offer a hybrid work model.

Communicative and self-propelled CRM enthusiast with an interest for the business
We are looking for a motivated, goal oriented and organized person. You should have great communication skills and attention to detail.

You also have:
* An interest understanding the HV Solutions business practices
* An affinity with databases and CRM system functionality
* Project management skills
* Proficiency in MS 365 product suite
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. SAP C4C or Salesforce), is beneficial, but not required.

You will report to the Head of Business Development – HV Solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally. The position is based in Karlskrona (SE), Malmö (SE), Cologne (DE), or Copenhagen (DK), with approximately 20–50 travel days per year. We offer a hybrid work model.

Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset

You also have:
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years in power cable systems, from a role in R&D, Sales, or Engineering
* Experience in international product management in a project-driven business
* In-depth understanding of High Voltage cable systems, manufacturing, internation IEC and CIGRE standards/recommendations, and cable accessories
* Fluency in English, knowledge in German or Swedish is beneficial

Guide initiatives from conception to execution
As a Product Manager for Service & Installation, you will focus on products for maintenance, failure prevention, repair preparation and execution of offshore power transmission solutions.

As part of NKT’s Marine Operations Department, you will be surrounded by colleagues with various offshore engineering and operational disciplines. The Vessel Operational Manager role consists of vessel coordination and marine management tasks.

The NKT Marine Operations Department is growing. Since 2017, we have operated the NKT Victoria, and now we are building a new cable lay vessel, the NKT Eleonora. In addition to our own assets, we need to utilize marine assets and vessels from the spot market to meet current and foreseeable market demands.

You will have the opportunity to broaden your operational expertise across a variety of tasks and projects.

Tasks

Typical tasks and activities include:

* Responsible for optimal performance and management of assigned vessels, and providing support to the organization in maritime-related matters.
* Operationally responsible for maritime technical performance, including leading the implementation and execution of vessel maintenance strategies supported by our Technical Management Team.
* Ensuring assigned vessels have the required equipment and are suitable for intended work scopes.
* Operational management of vessel maintenance and performance.
* Leading maritime technical projects with responsibility for an agreed budget.
* Ensuring projects adhere to the highest standards, are delivered as agreed, and that maritime support is provided to major upgrades, internal and external clients as required.
* Planning and execution of repairs, port calls, and yard stays, including 5/10 yearly plans and lifetime management of vessels.
* Leading by example, following NKT values, and contributing to strengthening an already successful marine operations culture.
* Producing technical and support documentation for projects and tenders from conceptual design to detailed design and engineering.
* Acting as the interface to the Project Installation Manager and efficiently planning operations.
* Leading the onshore Marine Operations Emergency Team.
* Leading the technical development on vessels to build a green footprint for our own assets to comply with NKT sustainability goals.


Requirements:

* Experienced Superintendent, Project Manager, Captain, or Chief Engineer.
* High leadership focus in an international environment with a strong safety awareness.
* University or College degree in maritime or technical discipline (Experience as Captain or Chief Engineer may compensate for lack of formal education).
* Knowledge in ISM, MLC, DNV, and IMCA.
* Full understanding of the opportunities and associated risks involved in offshore construction projects.

Tell the stories 
You will write texts, white papers, website copy, come up with compelling headlines, proofread to ensure quality and make a difference in how we present ourselves as a company. Your tasks will include: 

* Transform technical and industrial terminology into accessible, benefit-oriented information.
* Generate compelling web content to increase web KPIs and SEO rankings
* Conceptualize, own and independently run content creation projects across various business units and different stakeholders

As Head of Procurement Investment, you are responsible for governance and performance across our global procurement organization, with a focus on our big investment project in Karlskrona, where we right now are expanding our factory.

Optimizing processes and executing is top of your agenda
As Head of Procurement Investment your main task will be to develop and maintain long range plan for ‘Investment Procurement’. You will oversee contracting, supplier management and business partnering together with your team, which you lead and develop. You deliver cost optimization programs in close collaboration with the business. 
Among your responsibilities and success criteria:
* Establish, implement and communicate Investment Procurement Strategy.

You are part of a skilled and global team with colleagues placed all over Europe. We are open for candidates from Southern Sweden with the flexibilities to be at our factory in Karlskrona with an average of 1-2 days a week and approx. 1 day at our HQ in Brøndby, Denmark, where your manager and other Procurement directors are placed. We also have an office in Malmø, where you can work from – besides the possibility of working from home.

Great business insight and the ability to improve performance
To thrive in this role you have experience as a Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager or similar role in a global manufacturing company with a focus on investment. You have experience of supplier management, optimizing procurement processes, governance, and performance management. You have experience as a manager and leader, and you coach and develop your team for better results. You also have experience in change management and have been a member of a leadership team.

With your enhanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, it is easy for you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality, legal, and finance. You are good at creating efficient processes and have an organizational mindset and good business understanding.

Ensure supplier quality standards and contribute to our growth journey
NKT is expanding the Group Quality Team with a Group Supplier Quality Engineer. You will manage supplier quality programs ensuring that products delivered from suppliers comply with NKTs standards. Do you enjoy establishing relationships, thrive in an international setting and want to contribute to a greener world?

Provide supplier quality analysis and create strong supplier partnerships
You will be responsible for ensuring that supplier-related quality concerns are promptly addressed based on validated data. Your duties will include the overseeing implementation and validation of corrective actions to safeguard NKT operations against supplier errors. This necessitates a strong partnership with suppliers. You will also collaborate closely with both group and local quality and procurement teams at our headquarters, NKT production sites, and major projects to ensure supplier quality performance. This means, presence at our different sites, offices and suppliers is key in this role.

Your main tasks will be to:
* Manage supplier quality KPI’s, escalate deviations to suppliers, initiate improvement actions and follow-up internally and externally. 
* Support group supplier incident management processes and Business lines quality teams with best practice and expert advice 
* Supply quality input to and support Group Supplier Audit organization 
* Train and give guidance to NKT suppliers risk assessment, non-conformities handling, root-cause analysis tools
* Set up workflow to capture key requirements and standards 
* Lead and/or participating in process changes, improvements and efficiency activities 


You will join an international and collaborating team. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in Germany (Cologne or Berlin), Sweden (Alingsås or Malmö), Poland or Czech Republic. If you’re located in the northern part of Europe and prefer being home-based, that is a possibility as well. Frequent travelling is to be expected.

A relationship builder with experience in supplier audits
As the ideal candidate for this position, you possess strong relationship-building abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills. Your proficiency in planning and organizing, alongside your capacity to prioritize tasks, is crucial for success in this role. Demonstrating a proactive attitude, you consistently take ownership of deliverables. Your collaborative work ethic and positive demeanor contribute significantly to team dynamics.

You also have:
* BSc. in Engineering or equivalent education
* Experience in supplier audits – ideally as a ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
* Some years of experience as Supplier Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment
* Experience providing Root Cause Analyses and using tools as Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D or equivalent
* Fluency in English
