Play a key role in our Installation tendering team
NKT’s Installation tendering team is growing and we are looking for a Consent Compliance Manager. Are you interested in orchestrating NKT’s consent compliance through its marine installation projects at a key stage of any project – the tender? 

Secure our permit compliance and join a diverse work environment
You will be surrounded by colleagues with various offshore and onshore engineering disciplines all leading the installation tendering process for assigned projects. As the Consent Compliance Manager, you work alongside the proposal managers and local specialists to ensure the constraints, opportunities, costs, schedule impacts and risks, associated with the project’s consenting regime, are accounted for at the tender stage.    

You responsibility will involve :
* acting as the main support to Proposal Managers by ensuring NKT’s installation proposal is comprehensive in terms of compliance to restrictions to the installation scope and also the consents/permit management obligations during the project
* review of client requirements in terms of consenting and permitting obligations in order to:    advise proposal managers and engineers to help ensure that the installation solution is compliant with any restrictions/obligations
* advise the cost and risk of consenting work for the project
* input into proposal documents such as method statements and deviation where required 

* identifying when support of external support is required and be the main point of contact 
* liaise with the execution teams to identify and implement lessons learned  
* researching project consents and the impacts thereof
* further development of NKT’s consenting strategy

Analytical and collaborative specialist with a positive mindset

You also have:
* A relevant degree (e.g. engineering, environmental science, marine spatial planning etc )
* Some experience within the marine environment or onshore cable installation industry
* Experience with compliance management or similar
* Competence to grasp the cost, scheduling, and resource impacts of compliance
Fluency in English

Learn to master the commercial scope in our large, global projects? 
As a Junior Project Sales Manager, you will be part of a tender team delivering tenders and negotiate contracts for high-voltage cable systems that enable efficient energy transmissions between countries, from offshore wind farms and to offshore platforms. As you learn and develop, you will take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.

Together with a Project Sales Manager, you ensure that the project tender team meets the customer requirements and expectations. In the tender, you work closely with many others in the organizations such as front-end sales, engineers, production units, HSE, planners, legal and installation experts. With the team, you ensure that the tenders move forward, negotiations are conducted in a structured way and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.? 

As you grow in to the role, your tasks will be:
* To deliver high-quality tenders and meet the demands of both customers
* Presenting our solutions to customers and internal stakeholders, leading negotiations, and further developing our extensive network of contacts 
* Connecting, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally 
* Organizing sales strategy activities in alignment with management 


You will be a part of a skilled team of colleagues placed mainly in Karlskrona. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in Karlskrona (Sweden) or Malmö (Sweden) Travel, within and outside of Europe is to be expected.

Commercially motivated project manager with technical understanding 
To thrive in this role you are motivated and can build genuine relationships and collaborations. You coach and motivate your project team members to meet targets. You are a good negotiator with great communication skills and the ability to present complex matters to others. Since you will work with highly intricate and technical projects your analytical skills and commercial mindset will be of great value. 

Additionally, your CV comprises: 
* A university degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
* A few years of experience within sales, project management or management consulting from the power, offshore, construction or IT sector.
* An understanding of technology and complex contracts.
* Fluency in spoken and written English

Optimizing processes and executing is top of your agenda
As Head of Procurement Investment your main task will be to develop and maintain long range plan for ‘Investment Procurement’. You will oversee contracting, supplier management and business partnering together with your team, which you lead and develop. You deliver cost optimization programs in close collaboration with the business. 
Among your responsibilities and success criteria:
* Establish, implement and communicate Investment Procurement Strategy.

* Build Investment Procurement processes and blueprint.

You are part of a skilled and global team with colleagues placed all over Europe. We are open for candidates from Southern Sweden with the flexibilities to be at our factory in Karlskrona with an average of 1-2 days a week and approx. 1 day at our HQ in Brøndby, Denmark, where your manager and other Procurement directors are placed. We also have an office in Malmø, where you can work from – besides the possibility of working from home.

Great business insight and the ability to improve performance
To thrive in this role you have experience as a Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager or similar role in a global manufacturing company with a focus on investment. You have experience of supplier management, optimizing procurement processes, governance, and performance management. You have experience as a manager and leader, and you coach and develop your team for better results. You also have experience in change management and have been a member of a leadership team.

With your enhanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, it is easy for you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality, legal, and finance. You are good at creating efficient processes and have an organizational mindset and good business understanding.

Your CV also includes:

* Experience using procurement tools and Excel.. 
* Knowledge of sustainability practices and their integration into procurement processes.
Proficiency in English
