Do you have a strong background and passion for the sustainability transformation of the private sector? Then you might be the person we are looking for! We are now expanding our sustainability team and are looking for a Group Sustainability Specialist.
You will join our inspiring journey from our headquarters, located in the heart of Malmö. This position reports to the Chief Sustainability Officer and is part of a global sustainability network with members in Malmö and at our production sites and sales offices across the globe, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other on a daily basis.
The role as Group Sustainability Specialist
Our challenge is to bring all co-worker’s knowledge, curiosity and entrepreneurism into contributing to the sustainability transformation of our company and the market where we operate. As our Group Sustainability Specialist your mission will be to develop and drive Nord-Lock Group’s sustainability programme together with our Chief Sustainability Officer. Your focus will be on improvement projects, sustainability reporting and performance analysis.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Drive and develop monitoring and reporting processes including digitalization of sustaina­bility KPIs and information related to for example Scope 3, CSRD, SBTi, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD and other external requirements on us directly or through our owners;
Offer support for various sustainability projects, guiding our Business Unit’s sustainability teams to plan, execute, and report on sustainability initiatives as part of our Continuous Improvement Process;
To synthesize complex sustainability data into actionable insights, analyse large datasets, main­tain systems of record and provide valid information to internal/external stakeholders;
Audit compliance and drive quality assurance in regards to sustainability performance, monitoring and reporting;
Support companywide collaborative initiatives through project management, technical advisory, and coordination and engagement for meetings, calls, workshops, trainings, presentations and events;
Chair the HQ/Central Functions sustainability network;
Manage the Sustainability Intranet and the Resource Hub for practitioners
Keep abreast with emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvements inside our organization and with external stakeholders.

Your profile
You have a solid understanding of sustainability matters and how those multifaceted aspects apply to a manufacturing company. You have a deep insight in the sustainability reporting landscape and hold yourself up to date with latest standards and methodologies. You have experience of working in an international environment with reporting and concrete improvement projects on a production site level.
As a person you are embracing change with a drive to develop and improve your task at hand. You have an analytic mindset, are good with numbers while also having networking & project management skills from being an efficient communicator. In your way of working, you are an independent team player with a structural approach.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering/Environment/Sustainability/Safety or other suitable degree
Several years of experience, preferably with a background within the manufacturing sector
Experience from working with concrete improvement projects related to sustainability
Experience in either Scope 3 data management, the SBTi process, Life Cycle Assessments calculations or Supply chain sustainability risk management would be an advantage
Fluent in both spoken and written English language
Good skills in spoken and written Swedish language

You will join us on our fantastic journey from our modern office, located in the heart of Malmö. This position reports to the Business Systems Manager and is a part of a tight IT team with members both at our HQ in Malmö and other offices across the globe, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other on a daily basis. Nord-Lock Group works with the latest IT solutions such as Dynamics 365, Sana Commerce E-comm, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, EPiServer Digital Experience Cloud and Adobe Cloud Solutions. We have a strong focus on making sure our cloud solutions are secure as well as user-friendly and suitable for our business needs.
The role as Dynamics 365 Specialist
As our Dynamics 365 Specialist your mission will be to manage, develop and support one of our most critical groups of services. In your role you will be working with:
Management and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and attached services like E-comm
Modifications and change management.
Maintenance and upgrades of the services
Issue and problem analysis and management
Requirement management

The role includes 3:rd line support and maintenance of general IT services as well as daily tasks within the IT department.
Your profile
You have a deep knowledge in security solution architecture with focus on Microsoft cloud services. You have excellent understanding of standards and leading methods in managing, configuring, and deploying cloud services in enterprise environments.
As a person you are communicative, co-operative, and team-oriented since you will be sharing your knowledge and driving initiatives together with your colleagues. You are also self-going, responsible and driven and thrive in a role that includes both operative and strategic tasks. In your way of working, you are structured, prestige less, flexible, and innovative.

Requirements
Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (D365)
Good knowledge of business processes in collaboration with D365
Ability to see and understand business needs
Experience of PIM/PLM solutions is an advantage
Experience in E-com solutions integrated with D365 is an advantage
Experience in participating and organizing testing before Go live
A couple of years’ experience working with IT infrastructure

We are now looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will accelerate the development of our internal and external content. This position is part of a dynamic Global Marketing & Communications team with members both at our HQ in Malmö and other offices across the globe.
This position reports to the Marketing Operations Director and is based at our head office in central Malmö.
The role as Content Marketing Manager
Your will revolve around content management and social media marketing. Your skills will play a key role in helping our Group engage with customers and strengthen our brands. You will be responsible for our content production (for various platforms from print to online) –, idea sourcing, content planning, coordinating contributors, repurposing content, coordinating localization.
You will have the main responsibility for copywriting in English for different audiences, including proofreading. You will be a member of the Global Marketing Team consisting of 30+ members based in North America, Europe, and APAC. The membership enables involvement in the Group’s overall marketing strategies and projects.
Your Profile
You possess an extensive set of skills, within marketing communications and digital media.
You are a quick learner and can condense and explain complex topics.
You are a natural with social media and keen to learn about and follow online trends.
You have excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing and grammatical skills.
You have strong project management skills – have an eye for detail, great organizational skills can manage many deadlines and open projects and tasks simultaneously.
You can pitch and conceptualize in a cross-functional team, including engineer and sales.
You are a team player, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You love to take your own initiatives in order to develop your role and support your team.
