About the position
Perstorp is seeking an experienced Indirect Tax Manager to join our team in Sweden.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing indirect tax matters across the group, with a main focus on VAT, for our EU entities as well as providing support to non-EU operations. The position combines operational responsibilities—such as VAT reporting and compliance—with strategic involvement in projects like SAP implementation, process improvements and M&A activities.
This is a key role within our tax function, offering the opportunity to work in a global context, contribute to efficient tax processes, and ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations.
What will you do
As Indirect Tax Manager you will:
Support in monthly VAT calculations and manage VAT reporting for Swedish entities, both domestically and internationally (with external support as needed).
Ensure efficient processes for handling and reporting excise duties for Swedish entities.
Establish and maintain effective VAT processes for EU-based companies.
Manage VAT issues (e.g. VAT handling in new transactions, amending prior filings, questions and audits from tax authorities and litigations) for EU entities.
Provide support on indirect tax issues to EU entities.
Provide high-level support on indirect tax matters to non-EU companies.
Inform and support internal teams (e.g. EMEA Shared Services, ITOC) on EU VAT rules and system compliance.
Support e.g. VAT-related aspects of SAP implementation in EU companies and tax transformation projects that impact indirect tax strategy, processes, policies and technologies.
Address indirect tax considerations in strategic projects, including M&A and site developments
Monitor, communicate, and prepare the organization for changes in EU indirect tax legislation.
Identify and, to extent possible, mitigate indirect tax leakage and negative cash flow impacts.
Report and update VP Group Tax on significant matters related to the above work assignments.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for a structured and driven professional with a strong background in indirect tax, particularly within the EU VAT framework. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and have the ability to navigate complex tax matters in a multinational environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A university degree, preferably in Law or alternatively in Economics.
At least 5 years of experience working with EU VAT and other indirect tax matters, ideally within a large multinational group.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered a strong advantage.
A good understanding of how multinational businesses operate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; experience leading or participating in cross-functional projects.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the position
The treasury team is responsible for payments, cash flow forecasts, administration of currency and interest and the company’s netting system. What will you do?
This position will provide you the possibility to explore and in the long run master many areas of Corporate Finance. As a few examples you will be working with;
Financial Reporting and accounting (book manual transactions, preparation of monthly treasury report, monthly closing process)
Cash management (monitor day-to-day activities relating the group cash pools)
FX - Risk management (prepare weekly FX position report, reconciliation external trades)

Teamet är totalansvariga för våra globala MES plattformar, vårt globala ”Advanced Process Control Centre of Expertize” samt de ML/AI lösningar vi utvecklar till våra fabriker. Som Product Owner kommer du att leda ett mindre team av MES Ingenjörer och Data Engineers i alla aktiviteter som teamet ansvarar för - inklusive full MES portfölj/plattformsutveckling, support och maintenance. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar att skapa en tydlig global vision och strategi för portföljen, säkra relaterad roadmap och utveckling samt leda support & maintenance för existerande aktiva plattformar - frontend och backend (inklusive dataarkitektur). Ansvarsområdet inkluderar att identifiera en tydlig kravställning från våra interna kunder dvs alla fabriker, logistik och inköp, att säkra att portföljstrategin samspelar med vår övergripande strategi inom våra affärsområden samt att utveckla ett nära samarbete med våra externa partners och vår interna IT avdelning. Participate in, provide support and advice for relevant projects.

Who You Are

You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

You are fluent in spoken and written English.

You have a solid understanding of demand planning concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

You are analytical, results-oriented with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.

About the position

- We believe you have experience from commercial and/or technical roles in the chemical industry, where you have proven your strong business acumen, project management, business development and cross-functional leadership experience in a B2B environment.

To further building for growth in Resins & Coatings, one of the strategic segments for Perstorp, we are now looking for a Launch Manager who will take responsibility for how we successfully take new products and solutions to the market. As the product offering will be targeting a wide range of end-markets, the Launch Manager will be encouraged to evaluate and develop tactics to reach multiple stakeholders throughout the value chain in various industries.

About the role

In this role you report to Director Global Marketing/Marketing Excellence. You will be a part of our Marketing & Business Excellence team in Commercial & Innovation. A key responsibility in this role is to launch new/existing products and/or services, in close collaboration with The Strategic Segments, Innovation, Sales & Business Management and MarkCom. Also to support with Product Lifecycle Management, Process development, Systems Management and routine marketing tasks.

Your main tasks, among others, will be:

- Drive and coordinate the last phase of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process - launching new/existing solutions

- Build partnerships with all involved functions and form a strong launch excellence network to improve on the overall launch process and promote best practices

- Monitor and secure the progress on launch milestones and take action/escalation to remove barriers in a timely and effective manner. Report progress and ensure full visibility and support

- Follow-up on launch KPIs 12-36 month during the post-launch phase

- Support with Product Lifecycle Management, Systems Management and routine tasks, including:

- Gather, analyze and present market/customer/competitor insights

- Support with developing internal agency briefs with clear core objectives

- Support the development of marketing- and internal training material

- Support with price analysis and price benchmarking

Your background

- You have a business education (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or a technical education (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc.).

- You have 2+ years of experience from commercial and/or technical roles, where you have had the possibility to develop business acumen, your marketing skillset and cross-functional collaboration skills

- You are an effective communicator who writes concisely and can influence also without direct authority

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing communication team. You will be working with marketing campaigns on web, social media and with e-mail marketing. Last year we implemented Salesforce Pardot and we are now looking for the right person to develop our way of working with marketing automation further.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Perstorp you will build effective and efficient marketing automation campaigns and play a vital role in driving the marketing automation agenda. You will also be responsible for developing and coordinating the operational work with Perstorp’s external web channels in collaboration with the Digital Communications Manager. The role also includes coordinating Social Media activities in collaboration with our Social Media Manager.

You will report to the VP Marketing Communication, and be part of a fun and dynamic team working with all aspects of communication.

- Develop, update and optimize content in our CMS systems for our web sites
- Re-write and transform content for our web channels

Do you also have?

- Educational background in Digital Marketing or Communication
- You have a few years of relevant working experience within Digital Marketing
- Experience from working with marketing automation, data analysis, Salesforce and Pardot.
- Interest and basic skills in HTML programming
- Sitecore and WordPress knowledge is a merit
- Experience in working with Social Media is a merit


Other information

Right now, all staff that can are working from home but when the situation allows us to return to our offices, this position will have Malmö or Perstorp as its’ base. When the situation allows, travelling between offices will be required on an as-needed basis.
