What will you do?
As a Customs and Excise Tax Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the logistics processes of the R&F Group. Your expertise will ensure compliance with customs and excise tax regulations while driving innovation and efficiency across our supply chain.

This role requires travel within Europe, focusing on regular visits to our headquarters in Malmö, Sweden.

Some of your responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance: Develop robust customs and EMCS processes to meet corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Build and lead: Build up and lead a team of international colleagues/partners to ensure compliance throughout our group.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Develop and implement efficient logistics solutions for deliveries to and from our different logistic locations, ensuring compliance with customs and EU regulations.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and optimize data usage.
- Innovate and Automate: Improve process automation and system integration to streamline operations.
- Challenge the Status Quo: Drive change and develop successful new strategies that support our company's goals.
- Solve Complex Problems: Work with executives to tackle business challenges and develop decision-making materials for operational management.

The must-haves:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of customs law, EU trade, and the EMCS procedure.
- Practical experience with excise tax and customs regulations.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience in travel retail or duty-free business is a plus.
- Good experience in MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of German and/ or a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

Are you an experienced and productive Brand Manager who enjoys working in a transforming environment with exciting brands? As a Brand Manager at R&F, you will be responsible for brand building of alcoholic beverage products on the Swedish domestic market and within Travel Retail. Working in the Data Maintenance Service - Team you will have the responsibility provide all necessary data for purchasing, storing and delivering goods in all of Europe. You will be responsible for cooperating with different departments of R&F AB, supporting the sales team, the product management team and the warehouse by providing information and keep all systems updated and ready for use. You are also participating in projects for developing systems, processes and procedures for supporting the growth of the business and enabling the acquisition of new customers. - Continuous improvement of system knowledge and understanding of the complexity of using master data

- Support the development of robust processes in data maintenance to meet company policies and legal requirements in different markets

Who are you?
To be successful in this role you will need to have a solid background as an accountant, a specialist dealing with inventory management systems, some background in working with Product Information Systems or with warehouse systems. You will also need to have a good overall understanding of supply chain procedures and preparation of data from the purchasing to sales as well as pricing and logistics. We also expect you to have a positive approach to life and a forward leaning “doer” attitude and experience from working in a cross functional international working environment. We believe you have a passion for structure, the right order, details and accuracy.

- Experience as a professional accountant, inventory specialist of related subject or similar

As a Key Account Manager, you will work with some of our largest customers in shipping, airport and border trade. Your focus is strategic planning, financial follow-up with clear activities and goals to achieve. You will work within the customer's organization on several different levels. What will you do?
As a talented and motivated Retail Sales Manager, you will exercise independent judgment as well as develop strategies to drive your business. You have the ability and desire to motivate and inspire your store leadership teams to provide excellence in merchandising presentation, customer experience, and operational execution. Some of your key responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing the team, resources, and category targets through direct reports. Manage overall product portfolio performance
- Accountable for the stores´ P&Ls; - Leads, coaches and develops professional aspects of Product & Procurement team members
- Ensures that Category Strategies are highly aligned to current and future Business need and that the supply base is capable of supporting these strategies
- Manage governance within the portfolio ensuring commercial decisions are aligned with the overall business strategy and up/downstream stakeholders

Who are you?
We are on a journey adding several new retail units to our business. This calls for candidates showing entrepreneurship and specifically experience from establishing stores and negotiating rents and other landlord terms. We are looking for someone who is a pragmatic and agile doer with comprehensive retail management experience. To be successful in this role you will preferably need to have a solid background from international retailing. We also believe that you have strong business development skills and a commercially savvy attitude. Should you have previous experience from the Travel Retail business or nearby sector, it is considered to be a plus. As Retail Sales Manager, you will need to be independent, self-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Your level of drive lies far above average, and your problem solving skills enables you to challenge the status quo and come up with ambitious solutions.

The must-haves:
- A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees or equivalent work experience and/or professional achievements
- Advanced knowledge of the Office product Suit and especially Power Point & Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

In order to build strong One Company concepts across the company, we are now looking to strengthening the team with a Restaurant & Bars Development Manager. This role reports to our Group Food & Beverage Manager and will work across our entire network of 18 routes and 36 vessels.

What will you do?
As Restaurant & Bars Development Manager you will have the overall responsibility for standardisation, development and continuous improvement of our Food & Beverage outlets. You will also be responsible for the achievement of standards, quality and profitability. It will be your mission to develop and manage concepts and products for all restaurants and bars onboard our vessels. You will work closely together with the regions to ensure a One Company approach to products & concepts onboard our vessels. In this role, you will also drive and optimise the sales and gross profit within the Food & Beverage area. This role requires a fair amount of travelling onboard our vessels, so it’s perfect for you who likes a bit of adventure!

Some of your key responsibilities:


• Optimize Onboard Sales and Services (OSS) profitability in line with budget expectations through provision of attractive product ranges, product cost and revenue management as well as dynamic promotional activity, marketing and POS
• Set standards and agree with the routes, provide documentation to support agreed standards
• Work with regions and Standards and Services Manager to ensure standardisation of products & concepts are maintained
• Quality control and ongoing quality development
• Responsible for ensuring route execution of concept and product development for all restaurant, café and bar locations, ensuring optimum alignment and standardization
• Use customer insights, root cause analytics and best practices to identify improvements, realize and develop plans and ensure implementation
• Support systems and digitalization development for F&B liaising with system owner and Transformation Lead
• Suggest, plan and execute promotional activities onboard in cooperation with onboard crew
