As a Discipline Lead within .NET one of your most important tasks will be to create and foster a community that’s built on sharing knowledge, a sense of belonging and a high level of collaboration. As the Head of Discipline Development, you will create the strategy for the long-term growth regarding both capacity and competence within your discipline so that it goes along with the organizations business needs. To do this you will cooperate with different Head of Disciplines, Discipline Leads and Delivery units to establish processes and policies for the organization as a whole. You will also work closely to the Sales organization and different Business units to make sure that we’re going after the correct opportunities and helping out in understanding, and later on, preparing the technical parts of the offer.

The role will focus on the analyst's ability to understanding testing requirements, test case creation, test execution, and reporting test results for to all client’s for assigned projects.

For this role we are looking for someone to drive the Employer Branding part, including Internal Branding towards existing employees. The position also involves planning and executing small- to big events. Always keeping the importance of details and experiences in mind, to provide an innovative and premium sensation. It could be anything from smaller theme-dinners to big Hackathons and recruiting events. In this role you are truly sitting amidst the Marketing- and the People & Culture teams as the majority part of the role will be focused on different activities and events related to Employer Branding. Apart from the work with Employer Branding you will at times support your marketing colleagues in leading projects related to client-oriented marketing. This might include everything from blogposts, customer cases and events.

We offer you a bootcamp that is led by some of our sharpest architects and developers, who shares their knowledge and insight in their day-to-day work. Over five weeks' time, starting from the 18th of July, you will be learning a bunch of new technologies, gain experience working in development teams and how it all works in the real world. You will have the opportunity to improve your skills within application & software development, cloud services like Azure, AI, Data and Analytics and much much more.

After five weeks of intense work, you will graduate from the bootcamp as a junior consultant and join one of our development teams. Here you will get hands on experience in real-world projects, and help bring out the best solutions to our clients. Whether you have an interest in data management, backend development, or frontend, we will set you up with the best team to work with. Most of the projects that we work on are executed in-house within Stratiteq walls, in our majestic turn of the century office in the central of Malmö. The Bootcamp will begin on the 18th of July 2022.

If you're joining from Stockholm: The bootcamp will take place at our office in Malmö and we will sort out your accommodation in Malmö during the bootcamp. After five weeks of intense work in Malmö you will graduate from the bootcamp as a junior consultant and go back to the Stockholm office to join one of our development teams.

Det sker inom projekten, i umgänget med dina kollegor och genom att du går öppna kurser. Sen vet vi alla att en grym utvecklare har ett stort privat intresse av teknik utöver det du gör på jobbet.Att du är en lagspelare ser vi som självklart.
