We believe that anyone, anywhere should be able to safely make transactions with.. well, anyone anywhere! On our mission to simplify peer-to-peer business, one fact has never been disputed; no great product without great usability!
Therefore, we’re looking to extend our team with another driven and ambitious frontend developer to help us deliver even better products.
Are you a selfstarter who sets the pace for the people around you, and dare to try things you’ve never tried before? Would you like to work with a fun group of likeminded people, all while disrupting a business area that’s stayed the same since the early 90s? We got you!
Who we are
Swiftcourt’s platform was launched in 2017 and is helping some of the best and biggest online classifieds in Europe become transaction-focused and data-driven. Together, we’re creating the peer-to-peer transaction of tomorrow. So far, we’ve helped over 980,000 buyers and sellers make a safe deal on the marketplaces we work with. With a mindblowing user rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot, we’re looking to take the next steps towards making complex transactions smooth as a pancake for end users. This includes improving our one of a kind escrow payment solution, and improving how users can buy insurance quick and easy with just one click.
What we can offer you
As a frontend developer you will be a central part of our team, responsible for making our product come to life. You’ll work closely with BAs and other stakeholders, as well as our team of backend- and fullstack engineers to together build functionality related to clever contracts, escrow payments and sales of value-added services. You’ll get the chance to work on a varied set of projects where every month is different to the next. If you’re the outgoing type, there are opportunities to work directly towards our marketplace partners to help them build custom services for their users on our platform.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities will range from making improvements to already launched products and features, to helping us build completely new ones. You’ll join a fast-paced environment where it’s important to think on your feet, but where you also get the chance to see your work have direct impact both on end users and on your colleagues. We operate a flat hierarchy where every voice counts; especially yours.
Today, we’re sitting on a big AngularJs-based system, so it’s important that you’re comfortable working with this toolset. However, we’ll soon start to build version 2.0 of our platform. As we do, we’ll start to progress to more modern tools and micro front-ends - a journey that we’d love your help on.
Who you’ll work with
At Swiftcourt you’ll join a small, eager, and creative team that works hard but plays even harder! Check out our team page to learn more about the amazing people of Swiftcourt.
What you can offer us
Who we think you are
You’ve worked at a startup before and know what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment where what’s considered top priority can differ greatly from one month, week, or even day to another. You enjoy “wearing different hats”, i.e. taking on tasks of varying nature, and are a true team player. From planning to production – you have experience in starting up projects and seeing them through.
We think that you identify with the following:
A self-starter who takes pride in your work and ownership of your deliverables
A pacesetter ready to try new ideas, fail, and still dare to try again
A braveheart who dares to voice your own opinion but also listen to other’s and admit when you’re wrong

What we need you to know
You know your HTML / CSS, JavaScript and JSON as well as your own pocket
You’re an experienced user of Webpack or similar building tools
You have extensive experience working with AngularJs
You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a frontend developer and have built SPA and SSR from scratch
You’re used to working closely with BAs and other stakeholders to translate tasks and projects to highly effective products
As it’s our company language, you can write and speak English on a high level

Psst! You get bonus points for knowledge of:
Web components
Design systems
Typescript
Backend development
Micro frontend
Docker/Kubernetes

The position is full-time and our office is located in Malmö. However, we love flexibility as much in our work as we do in our platform. Therefore, remote work is not a problem, but we all try to be at the office at least 3 days a week to enhance cooperation.
Application!

Are you our next Growth Manager?
If there’s a key factor to why our service is so great, it’s that we know our users. We know who you are, why you are here and what you need at this exact moment. And we use it to help over 1 million users buy and sell safely online.
But this knowledge hasn’t appeared out of thin air - and we can always learn more. That’s why we’re looking for one more Growth Manager to join our team.
As a Growth Manager at Swiftcourt, you will be working at the intersection of business, marketing, insights and product, making sure that the areas support each other and work dynamically. You will be responsible for driving and supporting the growth of our contracts and services, by making sure that all steps from activation to revenue are as high as possible. You’ll be part of the Growth Team and will work alongside our Chief Growth Officer to optimize conversion, gather user intelligence and drive feedback loops between our end users, our teams and our clients. You’ll also be responsible for reporting performance, taking part in branding and communications, and helping our CGO to identify new revenue streams.
The Growth Team is a curious team and we expect you to be too. We want to know something about most things and everything about what’s worth knowing. That’s why you’ll be expected to dedicate at least four hours a week to researching new methods and innovations; we don’t only want to keep up - we like to be ahead. With that said, you also need to be structured and have a thirst for proof. We work in a hypothesis-driven environment where we test first and conclude after.
Most importantly, you need to be a self-starter with a keen analytical eye and a passion for understanding your user. Our main goal is to produce a win-win product that helps marketplaces become transactional and users to buy and sell safely and easily.
You’ll contribute to this by:
· Identifying strategies and tactics to propel our clients’ platform growth and conversion.
· Working continuously on improving our best-practice growth methodologies for activation, referral and revenue.
· Using data analytics tools to understand and analyse user journeys, and implement growth activities or suggest product improvements based on the analysis.
· Implementing "non-technical" optimization initiatives, including planning, idea management, testing, optimization, reporting, and forecasting.
· Growth monitoring – keeping track of our North Star KPIs for each platform and reporting them to relevant stakeholders.
· Assisting the CGO in researching and identifying new revenue streams and income models
· For the right candidate, we’d also like you to head up our SEO initiatives and continue to build on our already successful SEO strategy
To succeed in this role we believe that you:
· Can express yourself well in both written and spoken English
· Can write good and effective UX copy in English, Swedish or Norwegian and at least one other European language
· Have experience in running successful growth hacking initiatives and workflows
· Are used to working in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio (or similar)
· Have an analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting as well as presenting data to other team members, clients and stakeholders
· Understand A/B test principles and methodologies for controlled experiments
· Possess a keen business sense focusing on value-driving actions
· Have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO
We’ll like you even more if you
· Are an advanced user of Google Analytics and/or Tag Manager
· Are a star at both content and technical SEO, used to scoring featured snippets and setting up crawl friendly web structures
· Are comfortable with UX and UI principles, and wireframing
· Are a genius at statistical modelling, data representation tools or data queries
· Have advanced coding experience
· Speak and write Finnish, German, Norwegian or Danish fluently

We are seeking an experienced software engineer with the ability and drive to code our established product to the next level.
Who we are
Superheroes, athletes, geniuses, daredevils… Oh, wait, this was supposed to be about the company? Right, right.
Swiftcourt is a fintech startup working towards the vision of making P2P transactions simpler and safer. We provide our users with smart digital sales contracts, secure payments, and other related add-on services. Our contracts have been used by over 980,000 users and the number is increasing rapidly every day. We’re partnered with 12 different marketplaces from all over Europe, and also work with private businesses who want to make their customers’ lives a bit easier.
What we can offer you
What you’ll do
Do you have experience working in a startup? Good! Then you’ll know that the distinguishing feature of a great start-up is its ability to listen to its end users, and adapt and improve its products based on their feedback. The downside? You end up with a large platform that could have been built to be more effective had all the requirements been known in advance. The upside? NOW they are. And that’s where you come in.
Your job will be to develop solutions to the architectural challenges that we face daily. As we’re growing at a fast pace, you’ll join us in building Swiftcourt 2.0 to make existing processes smarter, faster, and cooler. Our core product is a version-controlled contract platform with payment and add-on extensions. You’ll work in Node.js, Docker, Postgresql, and MongoDB to mention a few.
Whether you’re into advanced user systems, version controlling, payment and checkouts, or user interfaces such as drag and drop builders, we’ve got the project for you. By breaking out existing services into micro services you’ll improve the performance of our product, and enable us to quickly adapt to new users and opportunities by creating products catered to specific needs. You’ll be trusted to voice your opinions on how to deal with challenges we’ve never dealt with before. And just like we do, you probably think that that’s a pretty darn fun way of working.

Are you the next Customer Success Representative at Swiftcourt?

At Swiftcourt we’re all about simplifying peer to peer business. We’re setting a global standard for how business between peers can be both safe and easy. And we’re looking to step up our game.

We already have an amazing product, we already have amazing users (actually we have 170 000+ of them), and we already have an amazing team. What we need now is a way to make our product even more intuitive and take our customer care to the next level. That is where YOU come in!

Your mission?
As the excellent customer relationship star you are, your mission will be to help our many different users, located in many different countries, on their Swiftcourt user journey from start to finish.
Your goals?
You’ll be working with users in various stages of their user journey and your goals will include everything from making sure they feel safe to identify opportunities that could result in upsell. You’ll easily reach these goals by just being you and by working proactively in regard to the user’s need!
And don’t worry, you’ll of course also have quantitative goals on your own journey to become the world’s best Customer Success Representative.
Your team?
The customer success team’s passion in life, or at least their passion here at Swiftcourt, is to provide our users with the tools they need to make it through their user journey. As we’re still in a startup phase, this means that we’re still trying on new things from week to week until we have a proven way of work. To fit in, it’ll be of the utmost importance to be the type of person who loves working in ever changing environments.
As an important part of the team, your opinions and suggestions for improvment will not only matter but be vital to the work we do!
You?
People seem to keep telling you that you’re humble and love to help people, and they’re absolutely right!
We think that you’re a real people’s person and have probably worked within areas where you’ve been able to use these skills in your everyday work life.
You always have a set goal in mind with every customer you’re talking to and you consider every conversation as an opportunity to do some heavy representation on the products you’re selling as well as acting an awesome ambassador for your company. You do this, not because you love to sell stuff (you do that too), but because you believe that what you’re selling is actually something that your customer needs.
About the job
The job will include answering and following up all incoming queries from different users across all our different channels such as email and chat. The queries vary from legal ones to technical ones, meaning you’ll need to be a bit of a know-if-all, or at least set out to become one.
You’ll be expected to do upsells in a proactive way, which will require you to be a sales oriented customer care person.
As you’ll be the best skilled as well as the most equipped Swiftcourt member to do what you’re doing, it’s important that our users can depend on you to solve whatever problem they’re having without being handed over to somebody else. Our aim is always to provide them with a one-stop-shop solution to their issue, meaning that you need to love having full ownership of your job. At the same time, we expect you to be the type of person that dare to ask questions when you’re not sure about the answer.
Except for answering user queries, you’ll help us on our road to minimize the user’s need of your help, and find ways to move your efforts from center stage to behind the scenes. Your work assignments will, therefore, vary from week to week but could include assignments such as producing templates our creating blog posts. Be prepared to work in an agile environment and do some heavy lifting!
About you
We believe that your CV will tell us that you have a background within the customer care area and probably a little bit, if not much, within the tech or finance field as well. What you lack in those areas, you weigh up by being very curious about them. And to be honest, your attitude is far more important to us than your merits.
You’re a problem solver by nature and your first instinct when encountered with a problem is to try and find the solution yourself and not to tap your neighbor on the shoulder for a short-cut answer.
You also have excellent, and we do mean excellent, writing skills in mainly Swedish & English, but probably also in either German or Norweigan.
You probably:
Love to learn new things & you learn them extremely fast
Have some legal knowledge, perhaps even studied some law.
Have high technical aptitude
Are very structured as a person.
Have a very positive attitude at the same time as being patient and confident in what you do.
Are a self-starter and have no problem taking initiative.
Are comfortable working outside of regular office hours.

Other things that could be useful:
Knowledge of basic HTML (for example from blog-editing) is always a plus, but not a requirement Visa mindre

What we can offer you
What you’ll do
Replacing our beloved SRE Mattias who is moving on to new adventures, your job will be to manage our AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure to meet the needs of all stakeholders, in a changing and fast-paced environment. A high degree of automation is provided in CI/CD pipelines managed by you, and enables developers to deploy to various test, staging, and production environments. Tooling to monitor applications is also part of the infrastructure provided and part of your responsibility.
At Swiftcourt, we love to automate and optimize to make our work as efficient as possible, and as free from human error as… humanly... possible. With the groundwork of our infrastructure already built, you’ll join our team at the best time; the time where it’s all about making our current systems even better. Working closely with our head architect, we’ll expect you to keep up with new innovation and best practice, voice your opinion, and help us to improve our way of working every day. In exchange, you’ll get a lot of freedom to try new things, learn on the job, and make a real difference both for yourself and your colleagues.

What we need you to know
Broad AWS knowledge but with a focus on compute services (EKS, EC2)
Experience in working with containerization infrastructures; Docker and Kubernetes to create micro-service architecture
Experience of building and managing CI/CD pipelines based on GitFlow using Github Actions or similar
SRE mindset using Infrastructure As Code ( for example Cloudformation) and extreme automation
As it’s our company language, you can write and speak English on a high level

Psst! You get bonus points for…
Experience in working with event-based systems such as RabbitMQ (even better with Amazon MQ for RabbitMQ )
Experience in working with data Lake services/tools such as Glue, S3, EMR, Kinesis, and Athena
Experience from monitoring of applications and infrastructure using Elastic ELK stack
Experience working with RDS or Postgre
