Bring your life
Are you passionate about CRM and digital solutions, and eager to shape the future customer experience? Do you want to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform and drive impactful change? Join us at Thule, where you’ll step into a key role linking IT, Sales, and Customer Service - leading the roadmap and ensuring our systems support both business goals and customer needs.

What you’ll do at Thule
As Product Owner Salesforce, you’ll be responsible for the development and optimization of Thule’s Salesforce environment. With a holistic view, you will gather needs from the business, translate them into scalable solutions, and prioritize initiatives that enhance both efficiency and customer experience. You’ll lead the platform roadmap, work closely with stakeholders from Sales and Customer Service, and coordinate ongoing development with IT and external partners.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll also be involved in configuration, testing, and providing user support. You’ll act as a bridge between business and tech—ensuring that our Salesforce platform is not only functional, but truly valuable to the people using it. User training and change support will also be part of your scope, helping the organization get the most out of our CRM tools.

What you bring
To succeed in this role, we believe you have solid experience working with Salesforce, ideally from both a business and technical perspective. You understand the daily needs of Sales and Customer Service and know how to translate those into smart system solutions. Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud is an advantage, as is a background in agile development environments.

You may have worked in roles such as Product Owner, CRM Manager, or Business Analyst, and you’re comfortable taking ownership of roadmaps, leading change, and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared goals. You are structured, communicative, and fluent in English - both spoken and written.

Why you should join Thule
At Thule, we believe in strong teamwork both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another.

Within Thule Group you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values, and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.

Hiring Process
Apply by submitting your application and resumé through “Apply for position” on our Thule Career Site. The application deadline is August 3, 2025.

Due to summer-break, we will begin reviewing applications only after the application period has closed. No screening or interviews will be conducted before that. All candidates will receive updates after the deadline. Kindly note that we do not accept applications via email.

If you have any questions about the role, feel free to contact our Talent Acquisition Partner, Oscar Persson, at [email protected]

We look forward to hearing from you!
