Responsibilities
Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
Driven: Efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity. Become proficient to perform all common repairs and some complex repairs autonomously.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and over the region) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to help develop your technical skills. And by also sharing your own skills and knowledge with the team, you’re a part of driving the whole group forward.


Requirements
Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Sweden. You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel when needed.

What You’ll Do
Inspire and lead all individuals at your location, to create top talent and future leaders of the company.
Coach and mentor your team for successes, recognizing their strengths and growth areas to achieve individual and operational growth.
Provide your team with the right tools to succeed, eliminate any roadblocks, and lead by example to show what good looks like, meeting and exceeding targets.
Keen eye for customers, drive attention on customer experience to exceed their expectations through the service experience.
Understand and own every aspect of service center metrics, driving continuous improvements and partnering with support teams to drive performance when necessary.
Financial accountability of the service center, ensuring the location is healthy and in line with set expectations.
Location responsible, ensuring the place of work is well organized for individuals and business needs, partnering with facilities to drive improvements.
Responsible for tooling inventory management, cost controls, and tool orders.
Support in the development of future solutions – ideate, share and develop future proof solutions to improve service

What You’ll Bring

Knowledgeable – you have the ability and drive to quickly develop a good understanding of set processes and workflows. Automotive industry experience is a bonus.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be visiting customers out in the field and carrying out a wide range of technical vehicle repairs, as well as focusing on the continuous development of your technical skills. Responsibilities
Investigate upcoming repair cases, ensuring you fully understand customer concerns and have parts available
Plan routes, prepare parts, load vehicle and drive out to customers to service their vehicles, consistently meeting the daily customer target
Provide excellent mobile service experience, exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile and taking ownership of your customers
Educate the customers on technical information and general usage of the vehicle
Meet the customer and perform basic repairs such as (but not limited to) replacing interior components, general maintenance, charging issues, alert analysis, implement recalls/bulletins, fluid replenishments, door handle maintenance and adjustments, basic diagnostics and body adjustments
Fill out service repair orders in Ranger app/SCA and make payment settlement with customer
Liaise with a mobile service advisor if follow-up with customer is required due to unexpected or unforeseen changes



Requirements
Technical work experience from automotive industry or a related industry (aeronautics, engines, electrical, marine, aviation, other mechanics or industrial mechanic etc.)
Ideally a minimum 12-18 months of Tesla workshop experience, having good knowledge of all systems and apps
Strong communication skills in English, and a local language, is essential
Ability to engage with customers on a technical level and a strong customer focused mindset
Passion for Tesla and serve as advocate and brand ambassador to our customers
Demonstrate a safety minded attitude and safe work practice
Ability to work independently as part of a bigger team and motivated to work in a high paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
Be strategic and proactive. You must think and plan ahead
