Your.Rentals’ Product team is looking for a talented intern with an ambition to learn more about Product Management, preferably a student towards the latter end of their university studies. You will work closely with a Product Manager as your mentor and in close collaboration with the rest of the Product Team in Sweden and Vietnam.

What will I be doing?
As a product intern you will work alongside a Product Manager to help them discover, refine, and develop product features that will make our customers businesses easy and profitable. Your goal is to deliver value from the first iteration and over time improve our services together with a cross-functional team of experts.

- Identify new business opportunities for Your.Rentals and our customers through data analytics, customer feedback and market research
- Turn insights and opportunities into actionable solutions for your team to implement
- Support our cross-functional team process by helping out in discovery, refinement and implementation phases of the feature development together with multiple stakeholders
- Visualise features with UI-design to represent the teams iterations
- Collaborate with Product Managers to learn the business side of Product development by understanding revenue drivers, ROI-estimations and prioritisation management
- Collaborate with UX/UI-Designers to understand how research activities can turn into innovative workflows, wireframes and prototypes that gives mutual value for both our customers and our company
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and assist them when transforming business needs into clear requirements and perform backlog refinement to support the Product Manager

What you’ll definitely need
- For this role, ideally you should be conducting studies within Business or Operations management or a Technology related field relevant to software development and human-computer interaction
- You should be available to commence the internship for 6 months for up to full-time (40h/w). The start date is flexible and will be agreed on between you and your mentor

Necessary experience:

You will provide a valuable service to our customers by working closely with our customer facing teams and will join a growing international team in our offices in Malmö and Hanoi.
What will I be doing?
As a LEO Lead you will develop workflows, conduct research, perform testing, build reporting, influence product features and evaluate the results of LEO activities.
Your mission will be to own the research and the discovery phase of new projects to develop processes to optimise listings based on online travel trends and market data to maximise the conversion of listings.
The workday will be spent mostly by planning, developing, coaching and keeping track of the metrics of LEO activities in all OTAs. You will also be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting the large set of data to support the decision-making process in the early stage.
Initiate research and discovery to identify metrics to make higher property page scores in all relevant OTAs.
Ensure data scientist and analyst colleagues are well briefed on analytical requirements to support this research.
Plan which metrics can be positively influenced and create guidelines and processes for LEO team members.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in our system.
Create, develop, and track improvement metrics in our dashboard to measure the impact of LEO activities.
Guide the work of the LEO team by setting KPIs and scheduling the team members’ workflow based on the KPI.
Work closely with our Product team to codify learnings into our software features and API connections to OTAs.
Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure our customers are aware of the actions they can take to improve their listing metrics.
Produce a monthly LEO Report for each customer to show them the change in LEO metrics and opportunities to improve.
Work closely with the Sales and Customer success team to ensure that LEO services are applied for all new customers.

What you’ll definitely need
Minimum of 2 years work experience in an analytical role in an agile Service industry.
Professional level written and verbal communication in English.
Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar data-related role.
A good grasp of the scientific method with experience in running experiments in a commercial role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data-sets.

What will I be doing?
As a Business Sales Manager, your role is to convert leads, close new deals with potential big accounts, sell the benefits from using our software (SaaS). You will use the phone and online tools such as Hubspot and Google Meet to engage in both inbound and outbound conversations with your prospects. What will I be doing?
As a Product Manager Software you will develop and manage customer centric product features that deliver value to our customers and our business (we see the PO role as a sub-set of the Product Manager role). Work closely with our SEM/SEO specialist, product and customer success teams to create a multi-touch communication journey to address the pain points of our leads and customers, and optimize the journey continuously.
Develop materials for lead-in/sales enablement to move people down the funnel (e.g. conversion-optimized headlines, testimonial, case studies, ROI calculator, battle cards, video content, email content)
Together with our creative director, develop landing pages that convert.
Manage the production of content that supports the pre-sales and customer lifecycle

What will I be doing?
As a Key Account Manager, your role is to engage with our customers, helping them to improve the results from using our software (SaaS). Skills and experience
We're looking for a positive self-starter, with previous inside sales experience and a lot of ambition.

1-3 years of work experience in Account Management or Business development.
Fluency in German.

Must have
3+ years relevant work experience.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team based, learning environment.

Responsibilities
You’ll be part of our Marketing team but also providing services to our Product team and Sales and Key Account teams. As elements of this role are strategic, you’ll also work with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
Be responsible for top-of-funnel customer acquisition via paid and organic lead generation, including strategy, budgeting and planning, execution and optimisation.
Analyse attribution and revenue for our customers to better target campaigns to deliver high value customers.
Build a strong relationship and processes with our Sales and Key Account teams to ensure customer acquisition works hand in glove with sales.
Work closely with a group of customers to help them to grow their business, including sourcing bookings from guests and generating leads from landlords.
Together with our product team, develop a model to provide marketing services to our customers, including planning the tech set-up, recruiting team members and managing from an operational perspective.



Requirements
5+ years of digital agency experience, working with multiple clients including technical set-up of campaigns, performance reporting, return on spend and client relationship management.
Experience in planning and running SEM campaigns.
Experience in driving organic referrals via an SEO strategy.
Experience running campaigns across various online advertising platforms including Google Ads, Fb Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads and able to learn and keep up with the updates of the platforms.
Expertise with Google Ads Editor, Master and sub accounts, automated campaign generation (from database content), optimising automated campaigns etc.
Experience in hiring new staff, developing and leading a (remote) team.
Data oriented, having a sound understanding of web user behaviour and its analytics, can monitor and execute campaigns based on performance data.
Eager to test new marketing tactics and initiatives, using data to analyse and optimise outcomes.
Excellent written English skills, ability to produce high-quality ad copy. An additional European language will be a plus.
Well organised and detail-oriented.
Agile and open minded.

Responsibilities
Be our Google Ads and Facebook Ads go-to person. Set up, manage and continuously optimise multiple campaigns in scale to maximise conversions and minimise acquisition cost.
Analyse data of each campaign and compare results between Google Ads and Facebook Ads to provide insights for budget allocations across paid channels, markets, demographic and devices.
Run A/B tests and manage an experiment board.
Manage the creation of conversion-focused landing pages to optimise the ad performance.
Install tracking to enable the marketing team to analyse the conversion results and the sales team to follow up with leads.
Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities to support both SEM and SEO.
Create weekly and monthly reports to share any highlights/learnings, and provide insights for next tests.



Requirements
3+ years of digital agency experience with a proven track record in paid ads that drives high ROI growth.
Strong understanding of the web ecosystem and user journey.
Experience in managing one or more of these channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO.
Ability to work independently to identify conversion opportunities, explore ideas, and prioritise tests.
Data oriented, having a sound understanding of web user behaviour and its analytics, can monitor and execute campaigns based on performance data.
Eager to test new marketing tactics and initiatives, using data to analyse and optimise outcomes.
In-depth experience with tools, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce, Hotjar, Mailchimp, and certain experience with Intercom, SEMrush, Wordpress.
Excellent written English skills, ability to produce high-quality ad copy. An additional European language will be a plus.
Well organised and detail-oriented.
Self-starter and self-learner continually looking to deepen their knowledge.

Are you a native French speaker with experience working with clients in French and English speaking markets?Your.Rentals is looking for a Key Account Manager to be responsible for the growth of our French and English speaking key accounts. You'll be joining our motivated team counting 10+ nationalities in a startup environment. We're located in Malmo?, Hanoi, Uppsala, Copenhagen and Buenos Aires. In a flat organisation, you will work closely with other team members every day.What will I be doing?As a Key Account Manager, your role is to engage with our customers, helping them to improve the results from using our software (SaaS). You will use the phone and online tools such as intercom.io and Google Meet to engage in both inbound and outbound conversations with your accounts. Your goal will be to ensure the growth of your account portfolio in terms of revenue and active listings per account.Responding to Inbound contacts from your accounts, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (live chat). .Making Outbound contacts to your accounts, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (push messaging and live chat).Engaging in conversations with your accounts to answer their questions, and help them earn more / save more time from using our software - using phone calls, emails, in-app messaging and online meetings/demos.Develop a relationship with each account in your portfolio to understand their business needs, and build a stronger profile of each account.Growing the value of your portfolio by analysing portfolio and individual account performance, spotting opportunities and creating monthly plans to drive growth.Working closely with our customer support and technical team to solve user issues.Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to users.Working with other parts of our company to improve our product offering and business processes.Skills and experienceWe're looking for a positive self-starter, with previous inside sales experience and a lot of ambition.What you'll definitely need to bring:1-3 years of work experience in Account Management or Business development.Native fluency in French.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Natural confidence in cold calling, speaking with customers and controlling conversations.Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information.Experience analysing a portfolio of key accounts.Confident computer skills (PC or Mac).Strong self organization and time management.Intellectual curiosity and good problem solving skills.Goal driven attitude.Work permit allowing you to work in Sweden (EU national).Nice to have experience:Experience in a SaaS or other software company.Use of a live chat software, CRM software or case based customer support software.Experience in using spreadsheets and manipulating data.Fluency in another language.About Your.RentalsYour.Rentals is the first performance based SaaS provider of software for alternative accommodation property managers (vacation rentals, apartment rentals, b&b's etc).
