WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DOHere’s the main elements of the role...
Plan, set up, and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus on social platforms.


Handle the day-to-day operational activation of campaigns.


Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data. 


Manage budgets efficiently and ensure proper allocation across channels and markets. 


Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and messaging. 


Collaborate with Media team to ensure strong ad performance. 


Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. 


Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns within digital platforms.


Strong operational expertise in paid media advertising, with a strong focus on social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit etc). 


Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics.


Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Analytics, etc.) 


Budget management experience and understanding of media pacing.


Ability to build structured performance reports and dashboards.


Experience and comfort working across multiple markets globally.


Fluent English (Swedish is a plus, but not a must).

Sharkmob is looking for a Community Developer to join the Exoborne team!

We see that you are someone with a great understanding of video game communities and fandoms and wants to help us in growing the Exoborne community and looking after our existing Bloodhunt fanbase.

You are a very organized person, with a proactive attitude, and ability to listen to players or “Read the room” when it comes to the state of the community and act accordingly. Our Developers will be coming to you for feedback on what the next steps should be when it comes to improving the games for our players.

You enjoy writing articles and need to be fluent in English in both written and spoken form. Importantly you are a pro in social media management with a great understanding of both PC and console gaming culture.

As part of the on-site marketing team, you will be reporting to the Player Relations Manager, and have the following responsibilities:

- Daily hands-on with moderation of our forums

- Support to the team and external agencies with ideas and best practices in managing gaming communities.

- Act as point of contact between Sharkmob and organic influencers to build strong lasting partnerships (In collaboration with influencer manager)

- Manage Sharkmob ambassador relations on a day-to-day basis

- Assist the existing Community team in content ideation and execution

- Manage various assigned projects within the community team

- Support setting up streams for marketing and community

Requirements

- Proven experience in community management for video games, or running a gaming related YouTube channel

- Experience with creating and running discord servers

- A strong grasp of social media management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experienced in creating written content, such as patch notes and articles

- Good knowledge of video games in general and player trends

Bonus points

- Able to script and program bots such as stat bots

Sharkmob was founded in 2017 and has offices in Malmö, Sweden, and London, UK. The studio develops AAA-quality games for PC and console, using the Unreal Engine to power its ambitions of taking multiplayer games to new heights.

Kommunikationsavdelningen
Kommunikationsavdelningens främsta uppgift är att utveckla Malmö universitets varumärke utifrån värden och ambitioner som lyfts i universitetets strategi. Kommunikationsavdelningen är en del av lärosätets gemensamma verksamhetsstöd och består av tre enheter: internkommunikation och ledningsstöd; forskningskommunikation och press samt studentrekrytering och utbildningskommunikation.

Vi arbetar med såväl extern som intern kommunikation, både strategiskt och operativt. Det innebär att vi bland annat utvecklar och förvaltar kommunikationssystem, stödjer utvecklingsprojekt och ledningsfunktioner, arbetar med studentrekrytering, forskningskommunikation, opinionsbildning, genomför insatser som visar på samarbeten med omgivande samhälle samt ansvarar för universitetets musik- och ceremoniverksamhet.

Innehåll och arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker dig som har dokumenterad erfarenhet av filmproduktion och har en god känsla för berättandet med rörlig bild. Du ska kunna ta ett projekt genom alla faser inom filmproduktion, allt från att ta emot beställning, manusarbete till att filma och redigera själv. Uppdraget kräver att du är självgående från start. Du kommer ingå i ett team bestående av två medieproducent och ofta samarbeta med andra medarbetare på kommunikationsavdelningen. Du ska kunna jobba under tidspress och hantera flera parallella projekt och ha god förmåga att lyssna till behov och upprätta en god samverkan med olika aktörer. 

Kvalifikationer
Du har examen inom medie- eller filmproduktion, journalistik eller medie- och kommunikationsvetenskap eller motsvarande utbildning. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av filmproduktion och är väl förtrogen med arbete i olika digitala kanaler och har kunskap om hur olika format fungerar bäst i t ex sociala medier. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av livesändningar/streaming. Du har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i bild, tal och skrift, och vet hur du ska anpassa kommunikationen till olika målgrupper, kanaler och syften. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska krävs. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.

We are looking to expand our multi-national marketing team with a Content Manager for our global markets – group.ONE is serving customers in 149 countries across 11 languages.
As Content Manager, you will be responsible for producing, publishing, and optimising written content to drive organic traffic & revenue. You will be joining our Organic Team consisting of the Head of Organic and SEO Managers. You will be highly involved in both evolving and executing our SEO & content strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Organic, you will utilize your content expertise, analytical approach, and your creative skills to produce highly effective content pieces. Your goal is to increase our organic traffic and new customers derived from organic traffic across all markets where group.ONE is present. You are a skilled writer with ambitions to take your writing skills to the next level while also utilizing your outreach skills to push our content further than our owned media channels to drive awareness, traffic, and backlinks.
Premium content will be the main driver of traffic going forward so we are looking for a Content Manager that knows how to utilize content on all different levels - from foundational content to infographics, or longer, more detailed offerings like deep-diving pillar pages, e-books and whitepapers, or multimedia content like courses, AMA’s and webinars.
What you’ll be doing
Imagine, Draft and Publish content that matches customer intent and inspires action
Manage localization and publishing across 11 languages through a network of freelancers
Review, refresh and optimize our existing content and turn it into customer acquisition tools
Conduct keyword research and dig into industry-related topics to meet opportunities and trends
Drive your own content projects across the organization
Stay updated and act on the latest SEO and outreach trends
Analyse organic competitors and aim to outperform them
Help with content projects across group.ONE
Repurpose content
Promote content across different channels
Create premium content



The right person is required to have
Proven experience as a Content Writer, Content Manager, or similar position
Excellent English writing skills
A deep understanding of SEO; especially outreach and link-building/attraction
Strong time- and project management skills


We’d love it if you have
Experience working for e-commerce subscription businesses
Team skills: an ability to function autonomously while actively liaising across departments
Initiative and natural curiosity in seeking out new information
Hands-on experience with WordPress
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
