Nu söker vi ett flertal montörer inom slutmontering till vår kund som är verksam inom en spännande bransch! Detta är ett konsultuppdrag via Ants på heltid med start så snart som möjligt, som sträcker sig 6 månader och med chans till anställning hos kunden. Kunden har sin produktion i Fosie, ca 30 min med buss från Malmö C.

Kunden är en internationell kontraktstillverkare och systemleverantör för elektronikindustrin med avancerad tillverkning. I Malmö är de ca 200 anställda. Här kommer du att arbeta med elektronikproduktion med inriktning på slutmontage och test. Efter introduktion och upplärning ska du självständigt kunna utföra arbete i mikroskop, mjuklöda samt arbeta med härdplaster. Du kommer arbeta mot att din avdelning når sina kvalitetsmål och leveransprecision.

- Arbetar du enskilt eller i en arbetsgrupp med styrda takttider.

- Förbättrar du arbetsmetoderna så att arbetet går smidigare.

- Strävar du efter att förbättra och förenkla arbetssätt och rutiner. Gärna med grundtankarna på ”Lean värde”.

What can you expect in this role??

As the Head of Delivery at Aricoma Digital Sweden, you will lead the delivery unit across Sweden, overseeing a team of 130+ professionals and driving continuous growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the delivery of Aricoma Digital in Sweden, ensuring alignment with the global delivery model and evolving trends. Collaborating closely with Account Leadership and Sales, you will deliver exceptional results for our clients. Additionally, you will partner with People and Culture to manage capability, capacity, and quality while also integrating current and future OpCos.

Beyond this you will be:

- Lead solution strategy and implementation for complex business tasks

- Collaborate with Account and Sales Leadership to structure teams and respond to project needs and client inquiries
- Encourage the sharing of knowledge within the team to promote career development.
- Manage local resources and optimize operations to integrate at the global level
- Represent Aricoma Digital in Sweden
- Plan and execute the Sweden Delivery Unit budget.


We believe that you have:

- Proven experience in a significant leadership position within IT service provider for custom or product software development, ideally 10+ years.
- Experience in leadership roles in rapidly growing Technology businesses, with a background in managing operations across multiple geographies.
- Experience in planning and developing business and technical skill sets throughout the organization.
- Proficiency in operational delivery management at scale, including planning and managing budgets.
- Possess a resilient and collaborative attitude with a can-do and will-do approach.
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business School?
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written?


Your key expertise:?

- Experience managing large-scale software service delivery operations in an international context within the IT service provider industry
- Experience in successfully driving and managing fast growth rates, including through organic growth and mergers and acquisitions
- A continuous focus on developing high-value-added services
- Adaptability to changing circumstances

Som teknisk support kommer du att vara en del av Operations-avdelningen. Teamet lägger stor vikt vid hög transparens och teamwork.
