We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Customer Education Specialist to join our team and manage the development, delivery, and optimization of our customer educational platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering users through high-quality learning experiences, driving educational programs adoption, and fostering long-term customer success. This position offers the opportunity to support educational strategies, collaborate globally, and directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration:
• Manage and optimize the Customer Education Platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user accessibility.
• Create and manage educational events/contents, such as global webinars, product training course, etc., and reporting on the education platform.
• Work closely with the platform vendor and assist in responding to local admin inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Test and review new features, updates, and improvements on the platform. Working with digital marketing team to support the technical part of the improvement projects.
• Provide technical solution to enable the new use case development on the education platform.
• Assist the local markets to implement the new functionality to the platform and deliver relevant trainings.
• Analyze platform metrics and user feedback to measure event/program effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on content and delivery methods.
• Suggest improvements or enhancements to improve the user experience.


Communication:
• Convey important updates and reminders to local admins and stakeholders.
• Support in global educational events communication tasks, such as event key stakeholders and speaker communication, vendors management, and event promotion using Salesforce Pardot email, social media and other channels, and follow up reporting communication.
• Respond to customer feedback emails and managing the Salesforce Tasks.




Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• 2+ years’ experience in educational technology, virtual event platform, and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Experience using Salesforce account management and Pardot tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-regional teams and adapting content for diverse audiences is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

The team you will join - Arjo MOVE platform
The overall purpose of the role is to support the team in growing the business through delivering well-designed and innovative sales enablement (SW) applications by assuring high quality data through-out the whole flow and reporting.
The team works in a truly global setting with multiple touchpoints both internally in the markets and with external partners. We consolidate the needs of the markets and the Arjo clinical specialists, and collaborate with our external partners delivering the actual development. We own the lifecycles of the applications; from development to UI testing, and once in market, maintenance, required changes and updates, data quality checks and support.

Focus areas
SW Application QA/UAT testing and validation during release processes
Create and maintain relevant test data

The ideal candidate
BA or Master degree in Business Administration, IT or Data analysis studies

Join the vibrant digital customer experience team as Digital Marketing Specialist based in Malmö at Arjo HQ. You will be reporting to the Director of Digital Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and update the digital ecosystem containing primarily website, PIM, DAM, marketing automation & analytics platforms.
· Become superuser of Arjo's digital platforms, manage the support channel and ensure that all users receive appropriate and timely support, access and permissions.
· Work closely with digital management team and developers to ensure that the digital ecosystem is functioning correctly and troubleshoot issues.
· Coordinate work with global and local market & communication managers to edit or add new pages on the website, including editing product descriptions, images, and documents.
· Create customers flows and landing pages to drive traffic to the website and improve the conversions.
· Ensure that all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
· Ensure that all visual elements, such as images, colours, typography, and layout, are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and style.
· Participate in and manage CX projects and support campaign management activities.
· Monitor and maintain web optimization / SEO tools such as SiteImprove and pro-actively propose and deploy improvements.
· Conduct end-user training and maintain training manuals of the entire digital CX ecosystem.
· Adhere to quality standards based on relevant SOPs.
The ideal candidate have:
· Academic degree or equivalent within the area of digital marketing
· Experience in integrated digital ecosystems and primarily web estate with strong technical understanding. Experience in Optimizely DxP (EPIserver), marketing automation Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is an advantage
· Good understanding of SEO to ensure that the website is optimized for search engines and to implement strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
· Experience of publishing global communication across different digital channels and running digital marketing programs.
· Knowledge and/or experience of graphic design software such as Photoshop.
· Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn and continue to develop and optimise digital ecosystem / journeys

As the Regulatory Clinical Affairs Specialist you will be responsible for:

Clinical Evaluation
• Develop clinical evaluation reports (CERs) and post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) reports, as well as summary of safety and clinical performance reports (SSCPs) in alignment with applicable clinical and regulatory standards and business needs.
• Compile, appraise, and evaluate data from multiple sources including clinical trials, medical literature, design verification/validation data, and product complaint data. Includes development of literature search strategies and methodical evaluation of medical literature.
• Create analyses to evaluate product benefit/risk profile and safety and performance and develop profile of adverse events. Identify potential clinical evidence gaps and contribute to development of prospective evidence strategies to address gaps.
• Ensure alignment of clinical data with product risk documentation, product labeling incl. IFUs and marketing materials.

Clinical Support
• Provides clinical input to product development and post-market sustaining teams.
• Participate in projects as clinical support.
• Aid in the development of regulatory responses for regulatory submissions
• Maintain and develop efficient clinical evaluation procedures.

Quality System Duties and Responsibilities
• Clinical SME in Health Hazard Evaluations and Product Risk Assessments
• Maintain and develop efficient clinical evaluation procedures.


The skills you will need
• Masters degree in scientific or medical discipline with familiarity in clinical evaluation report writing in the medical device industry or in scientific writing
• Knowledge and experience with MDR, MEDDEV 2.7.1 Rev 4 Clinical Evaluations, and MEDDEV 2.12-2 PMCF
• Experience and skill performing systematic medical/ scientific literature searches (PubMed, Google Scholar, etc.)
• Knowledge of research methodology (including clinical investigation design and biostatistics) preferred
• Excellent written and oral communications skills- strong attention to detail related to consistency, grammar, syntax, and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, including leading discussions and presenting to internal business and regulatory stakeholders
• Ability to identify and mitigate or escalate risks; identify roles/individuals to involve for decision making within clinical evaluation assessment and report development
• Project/timeline management skills and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and adapt to change as needed
• Self-starter attitude with ability to learn quickly and self-educate on different medical device products and procedures; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Endnote
• Bio-engineering, Medical licensing or healthcare experience preferred .
• Knowledge and experience with ISO14971 Risk Management is a plus
