Vad du kommer att göra som vår Payroll Specialist
Som Payroll Specialist på vårt lönecenter arbetar du med lönehantering för ASSA ABLOY-koncernens svenska bolag – för närvarande 17 bolag och totalt ca 2 500 löner. Rollen är varierande och utvecklande, och du blir en viktig del av vårt arbete med att harmonisera och effektivisera våra processer.
Du kommer bland annat att:
Ansvara för löneberedning, systemförvaltning och hantering av behörigheter och personaladministration.
Ge support och rådgivning till chefer, schemaläggare och medarbetare i löne-, pensions- och försäkringsfrågor.
Säkerställa korrekt tillämpning av olika kollektivavtal.
Delta i utveckling och förbättring av processer, med möjlighet att bidra med automatisering och digitalisering.
Utföra enklare HR-uppgifter och stödja teamet vid behov.


Färdigheterna och erfarenheten du behöver
Vi söker någon som:
Har 3–5 års arbetslivserfarenhet, gärna inom service, administration, HR, ekonomi eller liknande.
Har god systemvana – erfarenhet av Agda PS är ett plus, men vana från andra lönesystem eller affärssystem är också värdefullt.
Har förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya system och processer.
Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift.
Har intresse för digitalisering och automatisering

What you would do as our Manager Public Cloud Services
The Manager of Public Cloud Service is a key position within Global IT (GIT), reporting directly to the Service Manager for Hosting and Cloud Services. GIT oversees ASSA ABLOY's shared infrastructure and global applications, as well as application management for selected divisional solutions. In this role, you will lead the Public Cloud Service area, driving continuous service improvements and managing both delivery and operational tasks to support this service.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders and external strategic partners to enhance and maintain the quality and efficiency of the cloud services provided by GIT to the business. You will be managing the Public Cloud architect team in close cooperations with Cloud Service Owner and have the responsibility for the delivery and operations team.
You would also:
Lead the Public Cloud Architect Team, including recruitment, performance management, and administrative tasks.
Own the overall budget for the Cloud Service.
Develop and maintain the Cloud Services roadmap.
Either drive or participate in projects and working groups within the Cloud Area, establishing and continuously improving processes.
Ensure proper reporting and analysis of service metrics and maintain the Service Catalogue and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for cloud services.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in leading and managing global teams.
Brings at least 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure with a solid knowledge of public cloud fundamentals .
Has extensive experience working with global infrastructure outsourcing partners.
Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, local language knowledge would be beneficial, but is not mandatory.
Is highly organized, proactive, adaptable to changes, with experience working in a global organization.
Is willing and able to travel internationally as per the business need (valid passport and visas required).
Holding ITIL certifications would be beneficial within this role.

What you would do as our Power Platform/Fabric – Developer
As a Power Platform and Fabric Developer you will work closely with our cross-functional teams globally to quickly understand their needs and requirements, and translate these into end2end solutions. The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2–5 years in information security or a related field, ideally within a global or enterprise environment; experience with Microsoft security applications is an advantage.
ISO 27001 Auditor/Lead Implementer, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or similar certifications are considered a plus.
Fluent in English (critical); Swedish or additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite and ServiceNow platform

About you
We think you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Previous experience of working with services, physical and/or digital, experience with B2B, stakeholder management, and indirect sales (through partners, sales channels, etc.) is considered an advantage. Prior experience with ASSA ABLOY products is also an advantage.

Drive effectiveness and Improvement with relevant KPI measures and Reporting towards Stakeholders 
Build an effective relation with ASSA ABLOY Global Security Council and Global Operations Center to drive operational improvements 
Ensure processes and practices are in place for infrastructure incident handling, assessment, reporting and escalations, and tracking issues to closure/mitigation as applicable.
Facilitate and review infrastructure security technologies, hardware, and software; work with vendors and procurement to obtain best pricing.
Develop, implement, and monitor applicable metrics for related infrastructure security operations
Develop and deliver periodic reports to our customers  
Contribute in securing personnel having adequate skillset for service in portfolio
Other duties as assigned 


Tasks 

Constantly improve areas within infrastructure security. 
Driving security excellence of infrastructure design and a well working operation within areas of Firewalls, Load Balancer, URL filtering, intrusion detection/prevention system, as well as tooling for administration. 
Securing monitoring of security systems in place and analysis of Service metrics performed
Contribute in improving selected ITIL and GDPR and similar process for the services 
Establishment of processes for well-defined Service requests and operations 
Contribute to the Security Services roadmap 
Secure the Service Catalogue for Security services are updated and Services are up to date within the CMDB. 
Contribute and Suggest security improvements in the Network infrastructure area 
Contribute in securing vulnerability scanning tool setup is being performed in the best way.     


Qualifications 
Demonstrated experience with infrastructure Security from an global perspective
Knowledgeable of Software defined DataCenter tools and techniques, incident response and handling, network security methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, networking and global team-building skills
Abiliity to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment 




Education and/or Experience             
Minimum of seven (7) years of working experience.

The Senior Hosting and DC Services Engineer is a position within Global IT Shared Service Center (GSSC) and reports to Service manager for Hosting and Collaboration Services. Global IT Shared Service Center is managing ASSA ABLOYs shared infrastructure and global application as well as application management for selected divisional solutions. The GSSC strategy is that the services we offer are outsourced in a multi-sourcing setup.
In this role, you will be part of a global Hosting Team, interacting with peers in other regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
What you will be doing
In this position you will work closely with our internal customers and external strategic partners to support and drive quality and efficiency for IT infrastructure services that
GSSC provides to the business. Examples of services provided by hosting team is:

Tasks
• Secure Hosting related infrastructure security improvements
• Drive our sourcing partners and secure adequate setup, design and well working operation.
• Keeping monitoring systems updated
• Driving or being member of projects and groups within the range of Hosting area.
• Support in reporting and analysis of Service metrics
• Contribute in improving selected ITIL process for the services
• Securing establishment and continually improvements of processes for well-defined Service requests and operations
• Contribute to the Hosting Services roadmap
• Securing that the Service Catalogue and CMDB for Hosting services are up to date
We are looking for someone with the following experience
• Expert knowledge in DC/Hosting Services and Delivery Processes and integration of those in an international enterprise.
• Minimum of 5 years professional background in Microsoft platforms with great technical skills, MCSA / MCSE Certifications desired
• Long experience in working with global Infrastructure outsourcing partners
• ITIL certifications is strong plus
• Solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and internet fundamentals
• High level of verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore employee must possess a valid Passport and can acquire valid visas.
Language Skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
