We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to our Controlling team in IKEA Industry. As Business Controller you are the natural speaking partners for the production units, connected leaders and colleagues when it comes to business performance. You have a key-role where you will be a part of a team-oriented workplace with diverse tasks in an international environment.

You will work in close connection with a large international network of people with different backgrounds and skill sets.
Job Description
Follow up business performance for a group of production units (factories), act on deviations, initiate and drive proactive activities for improvements.
Support the production units to be proactive in analyzing and interpreting financial and other performance data.
Lead to develop programs and processes that helps the production unit to be more efficient.
Support the IKEA Industry organization to have relevant information to be able to take actions to secure and strengthen our position.
Be active part in and evaluate business development cases and investments.
Perform benchmarking between production units both within and outside IKEA Industry.
Follow up and perform monthly analysis on financial performance and business KPI’s.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to be business oriented with strong analytical skills. You like the challenge of working in an entrepreneurial company and have a strong focus of driving improvements and change as an informal leader.
You are a team player, with good written and oral communication skills, interest in working with digital tools and developing modern, digital processes.
We believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:
Share and live the IKEA values every day
Some years of work experience as Business Controller in an international company, preferably production industry
Fluency in English
High general understanding of IT systems and an interest in working with digital tools like Power BI

About the job
• Secure the Inter IKEA Group Supply Chain Security (SCS) program is maintained and developed following business needs and external factors including governance, requirements, steering documents, ways of working and communication.
• Develop, implement and maintain a SCS organizational setup across Inter IKEA Group supporting the business implementing SCS requirements.
• Follow up and provide assurance on the level of compliance to SCS requirements within the business.
• Periodically report the status of SCS including incidents, trends and actions to relevant management
• Develop, implement and maintain an incident management system for SCS incidents.
• Secure SCS competence in the business through communication and training.
• Ensure that SCS requirements are reflected in relevant key processes, steering documents and working methods.
• Conduct investigations into high severity SCS incidents together with relevant business partners following applicable policies and rules.
• Proactively identify current and emerging SCS related risks and secure that these are addressed in the business following the Inter IKEA Group risk assessment methodology.
• Keep updated on SCS news and trends and communicate these across the organization where relevant.
• Identify talents and develop people to secure succession planning.


About you
• Strong experience in Risk Management and/or Supply Chain Security
• Strong leadership skills to work with all levels of the organization in a complex environment.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant Supply Chain Security policies, tools and working methods within Inter IKEA relevant to the market and local Regulation
• Knowledge of Global Supply Chain Security Regulations, Certifications and Customs Procedures WCO, CTPAT,AEO,ISO28000,SAFE
• Ability to conduct and document Supply Chain Security Investigations
• Customs background a plus
